Pada pemilu kali ini, PDIP menjadi satu di antara beberapa partai dengan biaya kampanye yang paling tinggi, namun apa yang mereka keluarkan itu tidak sesuai dengan apa yang mereka harapkan, karena hasil daripada pilpres kemarin, Ganjar-mahfud kalah telak dan jangankan untuk bisa menang, bahkan usaha untuk bisa menjadikan pemilu jadi 2 putaranpun sirna. Sehingga mereka tak lagi punya harapan untuk bagaimana caranya pemilu menjadi 2 putaran selain daripada terus memperjuangkan hak angket, dan terus mendorongnya pada persidangan DPR-RI. Tetapi nampaknya perjuangannya itu akan kembali gagal, dengan adanya sebuah wacana bahwa partai PKB dan juga Nasdem akan kembali bergabung bersama dengan pemenanga pemilu, yakni koalisi indonesia maju. Sehingga yang tersisa menjadi oposisi itu tinggal PDIP, PKS, PPP dan partai kecil lainnya. Sementara itu antara PDIP dan PKS ini agak kurang akur, yang dimana menjadi hal yang cukup sulit untuk mereka bisa menyatukan ritme.
Saya katakan bahwa hak angket ini akan gagal, karena setidaknya sebelum ditujukan, hak angket ini harus mendapatkan persetujuan dari 50% lebih keanggotaan DPR-RI. Dan ini tidak akan cukup, jika wacana PKB dan Nasdem untuk pindah itu benar-benar terjadi.
kalau ganjar sebenarnya sudah selesai karena hanya peringkat 3 dan suaranya hanya 16persenan. dan jika ke MK untuk bisa 2 putaran butuh pembuktian minimal 16juta suara itu juga tidak mudah. jika terbukti pun yang lolos juga bukan ganjar tapi anis. jadi hal yang sulit bikin ramai dan gaduh hak angket interpelasi itu untuk membuar ramai jika bisa ingin pilpres ulang. karena apapun usahanya selain pilpres ulang sudah tertutup peluang untuk bisa jadi menang dan jadi presiden Hak angket ini datang dari kubu ganjar, dengan sebuah statmen awal bahwa suara dirinya itu lebih kecil dibandingkan suara partainya, dimana ganjar mengngap bahwa hal ini sedikit anomali, sehingga harus diselidiki dan diangket. Hal ini datang dari kubu ganjar namun ditolak oleh pak mahfud, tetapi disambut baik dengan kubu anis juga partai PKS, namun tidak dengan partai Nasdem dan PKB. Begitu pula dengan sikap dari partai PPP yang berada di kubu ganjar. jika hanya mengajukan minimal 25 anggota DPR dari lebih 1 fraksi, bisa 2 fraksi tapi minimal 25.
tapi untuk bisa di setujui hak angket tersebut untuk bisa di jalankan baru butuj lebih dari 50% anggota DPR. PPP jelas2 sudah menolak hak angket juga.
jika semua parpol capres no 1 dan no 3 tidak ada yang masuk angin ya hak angket bisa jalan. karena parpol yang mengusung capres no 1 dan 3 sudah lebih dari 50% anggota DPR nya
Dan pada kenyataanya tidak, karena baik Nasdem, PKB dan PPP menganggap bahwa dirinya tidak terbiasa untuk menjadi oposisi, sehingga ada kemungkinan bahwa tiga partai ini akan gabung berasama dengan kubu prabowo.. Dengan perpecahan yang terjadi pada kubu 01 dan 03, menjadi hal yang tidak mungkin jika hak angket ini akan mendapatkan persetujuan dari 50% anggota DPR...
pada saat ini situasinya menjadi semakin seruu.. untuk terus kita ikuti, dimana ada sebuah pemberitaan bahwa Ganjar Pranowo dilaporkan Ke-KPK atas dugaan melakukan tindak pidana korupsi. Dan terlepas dari apakah tudingan itu benar ataupun tidak.. tapi saya cukup penasaran kira-kira nanti siapa lagi ya.. yang akan dilaporkan ke KPK..?
