641  Economy / Gambling / Re: Win one bitcoin on: March 10, 2019, 06:01:19 PM
I don't know how realistic this is.
But one this I'm sure is the faireum.io project is innovative towards the gambling sector.
You're just shilling out that shitty ICO.I dont see innovative thing on that one.

@topic

1 BTC jackpot is somehow realistic compared to those new lottery games do have multi millions of jackpots.  Cheesy
642  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price Analysis – BTC Price Is All Set To Hit $4000 on: March 10, 2019, 01:01:21 PM
blah blah blah.. drawing lines on charts based purely on previous lines on charts.... supports no logic.

i see no push on acquisition costs of bitcoin (mining) to assume that it will snowball to raise the sell/buy rate support on the market
i see no massive drama event, nor any big company needing to consistently buy bitcoin.

so i dont big reasons for any sustainable growth yet. all i see is just empty speculation meaning if there was a price spike, expect a price correction after

will the TREND ANALS stop trying to be technical analysts

You can see these TREND Anals everywhere  Grin

When theres a spike then presumptions without strong back up with fundamentals is somehow an empty analysis. We know that this market
reacts mostly with news.
643  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What causes a person to become intensely addicted to gambling? on: March 10, 2019, 08:34:11 AM
People are mostly addicted, as they want to get rich quickly. They are willing to risk something (money or something else) in the hope of getting something even greater value.
On most cases which people do see gambling is the fastest way to become rich or simply can able to make huge money in a short period of time without any hardship.
This is why they do play gamble but not all people since there are a few that do only play because of seeking leisure which isnt bad but addiction would
really be always tagged into a certain player if this activity is already done with severe engagement of your time and money.
644  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Are you want to be Quick rich? Then cut "Quick rich" from your dictionary. on: March 08, 2019, 06:57:34 PM
The best way to make money is to save it.
Do not expend all your wage every month, save all you can and invest it somewhere. ETFs and bonds are the safer choices usually

High risk investments such as bitcoin MAY help your stash to grow, however you can also lost money.

There is no quick rich scheme that is safe.
Corresponding benefits do really have the same level of corresponding risk behind it.So, between ETF & Bonds  with Bitcoin is really different.
So, as an investor we do have the option which one we would able to diversify our savings. Spent only a portion and not going all in.
645  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to Protect yourself from Excitement and keep your Winnings Safe on: March 08, 2019, 03:14:10 PM
If I'm unable to control myself and feel that I have a gambling problem, then I either wouldn't go to a casino, or I would take someone with me who will not allow me to spend more than a set limit. Fortunately, I don't have a gambling problem, and am able to control myself Smiley I don't understand people who win large amounts of money, and then keep playing until they lose it all. For them, it's not about the money, but it is all about the adrenaline rush that they get out of the experience.
Adrenaline rush is always been there as long we are engage on gambling. Winning bets would trigger it and thats how gambling sites do really like where gamblers
do able to reach out such state because most likely lose all of the money that they have won.If you do really know that you do have some gambling addiction then you shouldnt
play at all.
646  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin shortage - Is it Possible? on: March 08, 2019, 02:26:39 PM
I personally don’t think it would ever come to that point, since the value of bitcoin adjusts to satisfy the demand. I’d like to hear other opinions?
When full adoption do happens there would be shortage, imagine 21M total overall supply of BTC excluding for those coins lost forever then it wont really
be enough to circulate basing on total population worldwide which would use btc as a payment. There are alternatives though but if we do talk BTC supply then there would be shortage.
647  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Adoption Spreading Fast In The Automotive Industry on: March 07, 2019, 09:44:17 PM
Bitcoin Adoption Spreading In The Automotive Industry
https://cryptodaily.co.uk/2019/02/bitcoin-adoption-in-the-automotive-industry-buy-a-car-with-bitcoin

In the article, there is also a directory of licensed car dealerships that accept bitcoin.

Bitcoin adoption is spreading like wildfire in the automotive industry, its worth sharing so more people will know. Its very interesting to see this many authorized car dealerships accept cryptocurrency as a payment method and the list appears to be growing.

I love the old English proverb
(Slow but sure)
Let's read more about this kind of news
After a while, adoption will extend from car dealers to automakers.

Adoption cant really be stopped and Crypto adoption in car industry is gradually increasing and thats a good news yet it would really be beneficial to those people who are engage with crypto.
Hope that even bigger companies would consider on such adoption too soon.
648  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The danger is the addiction, not the odds on: March 07, 2019, 08:23:57 PM
yes, how big is the bet, even if it loses but if it's done only once, I think it's still reasonable and still safe. the dangerous thing is, when playing with small but continuous bets. meaning there is a sense of wanting to play gambling continuously.
as long as it's just for the pleasure it doesn't seem like a problem
everyone has their own way of looking for fun.
for some people, gambling is one way to get pleasure
And thats why gambling industry is booming up because people who do seek pleasure will always end up on
playing with casinos and other gambling places.

There would really be no other problem if you do know how to limit your spendings and about the odds it isnt really
a problem at all yet we do know how gambling works but tendency of addiction is high when you do let yourself
hooked with it for longer durations.
649  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: #Deletecoinbase - Agree or Disagree? on: March 07, 2019, 08:04:17 PM
Im not making any vote yet ive been using coinbase but not hating it that much where it should be deleted. As a crypto user we do have our own choice on which platform
we would use up in terms of wallet. If you dont like coinbase then you can simply skip and find another one.If you do plan to use it then you should be aware and be ready
on the things you are involving on.
650  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Reminder: Your funds are NOT safe in third-party wallets on: March 07, 2019, 07:11:55 PM
You can replace all this wall of text for:
Remove your money from exchanges and put them in a wallet where you hold your private keys.

Nothing is ever 100% safe, even with your private keys hidden someone can physically attack you and torture you until you give them up.  In some cases people feel safer with a 3rd party.  Not everyone wants to be their own bank.

You are right but the true essence of crypto wont really fit out yet entrusting your funds will be most likely with fiat banks.Nothing is really safe but
holding your funds with your own wallet do really gives out some convenience compared to other.
651  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Psychological Technique - Play without Pressure on: March 07, 2019, 01:00:59 AM
The pressure and the stress in gambling will not be controlled by any technique it will be a temporary on but if you need to be very calm and composed with your gambling you need to be experienced this will come only under you are spending a lot more time in gambling to learn about trading not to invest.
It doesnt need to have lots of time on gambling before you would able to obtain such control. You can eventually avoid or make calm of yourself
if you are really aware or sensible enough with your actions.Techniques would vary on each gambler on how they would handle themselves when it comes
to these times but you are right theres no such technique to handle out these things.
652  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The key reason for gambling on: March 06, 2019, 07:31:28 PM
I never had a physical casino experience other than some local street betting on fests and carnivals before i got introduced to online gambling. I started gambling for fun, to pass time on my free times. Then, i found out the possibility earn some quick money. That's how my primary focus changed from fun to money making. Whatever the reason may be, but eventually we all would be focused on money only.
But be sure not to go overboard with your aim on focusing to money making because this wont really suit out when it comes to gambling.
Gambling is for entertainment and not for long term money making aspects. Reason for gambling might vary on each person either for stress reliever, money making, habit etc.
653  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Trader Brutally Tortured on: March 06, 2019, 07:13:15 PM
This is the exact reason why I really dislike buying those bitcoin stickers and shirts. The last thing I want is to be tortured for me to give the criminals my private keys. Wearing bitcoin or cryptocurrency-related paraphernalia is pretty much like a huge "rob me" sign and is a huge unnecessary risk a person is taking.
Exactly.

Just like on my situation where i do put some Bitcoin sign into my own motorcycle and lately i realized about the possibility on being robbed because you do let
yourself become attractive to criminals since they do know that you are engage with crypto and would really have the money to ransom on or to pay up when they try to harass you.
654  Economy / Economics / Re: The mentality of an average wannabe investor on: March 06, 2019, 06:34:25 PM
People who say that bitcoin is a Ponzi scheme is arguably the first person to invest specifically in crypto and they happen to invest when bitcoin reaches the highest price in 2017. Those who invest then they will say that bitcoin is just bubbles, different from people those who invest crypto in the early years of the birth of cryptocurrency, especially Bitcoin, they will say that cryptocurrency is truly a promising investment.
Most cases where people do call it as a ponzi are those who lost big time when the market crashed not necessarily on 2017 ATH but in most cases where bitcoins price is still high when they do enter and then suddenly corrected then they do already proclaim non ideal things about it without even thinking the true potential on why Btc is created and so as with other altcoin investors too.
655  Economy / Speculation / Re: FRUSTRATED AT THE MARKET. on: March 06, 2019, 05:26:00 PM
Never expect big return through trading from the very beginning. It is always good to go with the market, even if the profiting scale is low when compared to the expected margin. Some badly get into trading investing big and expecting big. This will not happen everytime and should not take it emotionally causing frustration.
Most newbies do really experience this mistake even if they do have the money to invest on but with their carelessness on believing that they
can make big money throughout trading since they do have big capital, its really a very wrong mentality which do really end up on the reverse
thing that they do expect.
They'll should have to experience this scenarios as expected to happen, this also a way to give them some learning's and make them to realize.
More often they'll just quit when they don't understand the market and losing their money in crypto.
There's always a way to improve but of course we need to struggle first jut like these before we succeed.
Struggles and failures are part of our life and we wont eventually learn if we wont able to experience or face up those things. It would only
depend on you if you do accept and learn from it or would simply gave up on things and find another stuff once again. This is how things goes where you would
need to experience loss for you to learn.

658  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin could be used to pay for Bills, load and for travel in the Philippines on: March 03, 2019, 02:07:23 PM
Here in the Philippines we could use our local wallet called coins.ph to buy load pay for our electric, water and credit card bills and even book for travel.

With coins.ph wallet/platform you can eventually used these services which is really a great convenience specially for those people who do have crypto but on my part
im not actively using up my coins for the sake of paying up bills and other expense that you can use up with your coin.Better to save up for longer runs rather than actively spending it.
This is just my personal preference though.
659  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how with 5G be with bitcoin? on: March 03, 2019, 12:39:06 PM
Innovation or upgrades isnt really bad at all if we can benefit much more faster connections way than before but as far as i remember, does 5G issue already resolved?
https://www.sott.net/article/400047-Hundreds-of-birds-dead-during-5G-cell-phone-tower-experiment-in-The-Hague-Netherlands

Going back with bitcoin & 5g. I dont see any significant correlation for it to affect bitcoin in terms of adoption.
