6481  Economy / Speculation / Re: How high will it go this time? on: February 24, 2016, 07:15:20 PM
Well the last 2 days, it stop going up and until just now, it's starting to go up again although in a slower rate (up by 1% for today) and at $424 right now. The good thing with slower increase rates are that they tend to last longer than the usual scenario that exist on pump and dump cases so if it continues like this then $500 would surely be within the reach this time.
6482  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Uncovered - I've just reg'd the name. on: February 24, 2016, 05:45:44 PM
Wow, that domain name alone could make you a good profit whenever you decide to sell it here but in case you decide to keep it, then try to make something new in terms of dimensions and cover BTCitcoin in a fun way since all news sites I see are, practically of the same kind (it will be worth the effort if you make it unique).
6483  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Japan Considers Regulating Bitcoin as Currency on: February 24, 2016, 04:49:37 PM
It seems that they would try to tighten it's freedom in order to increase the security of it among users there and most affected one's would be those exchanges that operate there in Japan and normal people as well. Although what their trying to do is for safety purposes, I'm afraid their going to mess the whole situation even further up by getting involved directly.
6484  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So, why do we need to use Bitcoin? on: February 24, 2016, 03:41:26 PM
The reasons are many which I'll list base on my situation:

1. It allows me to purchase stuff through online means (which I couldn't before due to the country I'm in).
2. The fee is little to nothing as compared to other options out there
3. Fast and easily could send money to someone other than my country (normal ways, I had to go through 2 banks in order to complete these kinds of transactions)
4. Pseudonymity
5. No government in control of it
6. No restriction on who uses it
6485  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Looking for advice on BTC related website improvement on: February 24, 2016, 02:27:54 PM
Well I really liked your website (bookmarked). However the main problem that is clearly right there in the landing page is everything is too close to each other and the result is crowded information's all over the page and if someone tries to look for 30 minutes on your website, I'm sure, they'll get head ache very soon. Try to organize them into different clear sectors that are either separated or even better in different tabs instead.

6488  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What Behaviors Lead to Gambling Addiction on: February 24, 2016, 12:34:13 PM
One of the major factors are, them getting good early results in gambling which in return they think their going to always win, therefor they keep on playing again which as result, it leads to them losing some along the road, and then they will have the urge to get back what they lost, and so they keep on playing again and again. That's how addiction begins on gambling normally but there are some other factors too like some are so simple minded that whenever they see something too good to be true, they get convinced easily and that's it.
6489  Economy / Services / Re: Bitcoin Lottery with Trusted Escrow Holding Private Key and all funds on: February 24, 2016, 11:21:07 AM
1. There's a site that picks a winner daily (even though sometimes they seem to pick someone real and pay, recently the haven't paid anyone since most bitcoin addresses they choose is either new or very old and it seems more of a cheating IMO)
2,3,4. All good

My concern is, how winners would be chosen? Will it be in a completely transparent way in which a software will be used and everything will be video recorded for everyone to see if it's purely legit? If yes then you might have a chance, If no, then forget it.
6490  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price going to sub-400 again? on: February 24, 2016, 10:19:14 AM
Although the drop yesterday (3%) and today, so far at (0.36%), it's still in a range that is more or less still within being normal in which it always either goes up or down and not something new even though the signs shows something else. In terms of it settling again in around or lower than $400 then I doubt it will go that down this time.
6491  Economy / Economics / Re: US traders no longer legally can trade bitcoin futures anywhere! Bad news on: February 24, 2016, 09:21:38 AM
I notice this the other day as well and to be honest, I was expecting the exact outcome, specially after the recent criminal activity that took place in US, this is surely the governments way of shooting a target with one arrow and now what they did was to restrict completely with a reason of what happened recently and at the same time, get what they want, "CONTROL".
6492  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: 14 hours still no confirmations on: February 24, 2016, 08:23:05 AM
~Snipped~ Can anyone give me some insight as to how long I can expect to wait until these coins get confirmed? Is it possible they did this intentionally as kind of a middle finger to me for my negative comment on their forum thread? ~Snipped~
Well yours have been too long already (base on my experience) when I had someone send me almost the same size transaction, it took around 3 hrs only to get confirm so it's sort of surprising that it haven't got confirmed on your case (maybe it has to do something with being sent from many addresses in which it's prolonging it even further). Worst case scenario would be it gets cancelled and return to original sender. Regarding them doing this intentionally, there's a chance yes (not that I accuse them but they should have known this issue would rise since their not total newbies on this world).
6493  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you a bit-bug, hardcore btc fan and believer of financial world will collaps on: February 24, 2016, 07:19:07 AM
Well I'm a little bit of both since I believe BTCitcoin will remain there in top when all other bank backed currencies fails someday but again like most users here, still have bank account myself and use it from time to time although roughly a wild estimation of my BTCitcoin usage would be at 70% now and the rest goes to normal monetary systems and I truly hope one day comes that I would be able to use BTCitcoin only on all my expenses.
6494  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Biometrics + Blockchain on: February 24, 2016, 06:37:22 AM
Actually this will surely put security of BTCitcoin at more risk if this gets implemented. Imagine someone stilling you cellphone, then they manage to crack your password and get in, and then they happen to know how you look then they could change their faces to the one looking like you and then that's it, a selfie will lead to you lose all your money you have (although the chances are minimum, it's still a possibility).
6495  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin related Master Thesis Topic on: February 24, 2016, 05:55:21 AM
First of all I would like to point out that you focus on one of them only since you've mentioned BTCitcoin / cryptocurrencies / blockchain technology all together which it would rather complicate your thesis all throughout if you decide to go with all of them. Go with something that would show how limitations are lifted for users of BTCitcoin regardless of which country their in and how this could affect their lives in terms of bringing more opportunities for work and at the same time in low cost as a fee of transaction which could be the next thing that could be change in what $US dollar is doing now (most exchange currency among foreigners).
6496  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: .Casino domains worth anything? on: February 23, 2016, 11:54:19 PM
I think the drawback of it, is the price ($100+) since it's just a new extension although a good one to sort of give a tag to casino website owners out there. Since you said, you could obtain them for free then offering them for cheap price would be the ideal thing to do here.
6497  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchains and Bitcoin on: February 23, 2016, 09:42:53 PM
In regards to Coindesk, not sure where I red before but it seems their one of few news sites that get money from many sponsors to publish an article that would drive attention to those particular brands. It's just a recurring news that Banks are interested in Blockchain technology and not BTCitcoin so they could study and implement something base on it that they could at least control somehow. Same old news all the time.
6498  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The real death of Bitcoin... on: February 23, 2016, 08:39:28 PM
In regards to BTCitcoin being changed as opposed to what it's now, Isn't since start, it was supposed to be how Satoshi it self wanted it to be from years to come and that's what dev's are doing? AFAIK nothing would change unless Satoshi itself comes out and decides to tweak it a bit unless I'm missing something.
6499  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about Bitcoin Payments on Steam? on: February 23, 2016, 07:37:09 PM
Although you had a point, I disagree in regards with them not getting more sales since, the time they accept BTCitcoin (indirectly or better directly) would be the time, they open their doors to the whole new world of new users too. I travel on few countries in a year and in the country I'm staying at the moment, there's no way to fund my steam account (something I used to do when I'm in abroad) so there will be definitely an increase on sales.
6500  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Up to 6k faucet per hour (2k/20 minutes) on: February 23, 2016, 06:41:22 PM
Well it seems that it's more of a gambling site than a faucet so maybe you should move this thread to gambling instead. Anyways, after checking your website, I would advise to acquire a SSL certificate and also youse better picture and better designing in order to make it standout at least since it's very basic. Also there was a mistake on Tos page where in you repeated "Limited amount bitcoins in our hot wallet" on the next line too, so might want to correct that as well.
