Don't trust, verify. Tongue

Hello, this is Leema Mathews here from Straddle.fund support !
...
You might want to avoid that as it is not likely that a lot of people in this section are going to believe that there is a *team* posting from the account. For Timelord, I doubt it matters which "staff member" of that project posts. Am I right?

Well... it tells me that one of their staff is straying from promoting whatever it is they are trying to promote, and jumping into threads head first without giving any thought to how badly that then reflects on the rest of their team.

Assuming of course there is a team and not just one person with multiple identities who feels the need to start threads about how they have been wronged... Sound familiar?

6543  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] TagCoin - The world's first cryptocurrency for Rewards on: October 17, 2017, 03:08:52 AM
For issuance of 100 million fixed New Tagcoin, will enable 1 to 1 burning of old Tagcoin to New Tagcoin, and setting aside 20 million for 10 years at least.

Shouldn't it be more like 16.277 New Tag per one old Tag?

100,000,000 ÷

Actually, they have that wrong - you can see the correct total if you do "getinfo" from your wallet...the true amount is just over 6 million coins.

6143589.07398300 TAG

=

16.27713032166850149188 (give or take)...

if it were one new for one old, then you're effectively telling anyone with old tag you're not really interested in buying them.

Hey Mark, would be a good idea to have the ICO under escrow (hint hint), as I don't think you're doing it in TAG. Could also be done 2-of-3 multisig with another. That is, if it's being done in BTC. You've got several months to decide.

I'd be prepared to assist as an escrow (two of three as Dabs has suggested) as I only have ~ 1,250 TAG and would be prepared to whip up some vanity Tag Wallet Addresses for the change over (no charge)

eg

(look at the date & transaction amount - ends in "2067")

1) Trust ratings are almost never moderated.
2) He's not in default trust, thus his ratings are not visible by default nor effect you by default.

Conclusion: If he/she/it/they do not want to remove their rating, there's nothing that you can really do about it. I have a ton of false feedback on me from butthurt people that I've busted (not saying that Timelord's feedback is or isn't false though).

...as I've told you before, I'm definitely "HE"...

You don't need to start a new thread every couple of days in the same section ( Bitcoins for cash trade. 10 October 2017, 21:21:58 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2254472.0 http://archive.is/eFnar#selection-463.0-463.29 ) - your local language version is fine where it is...

You *are* allowed to "bump" your own thread once per 24 hour period under BCT's guidelines (such as they are).

Either lock this thread, or the previous one (bottom of page on left hand side)

Good luck and beware of scammers.

6553  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Would anyone trade me PayPal for BTC? on: October 15, 2017, 12:24:47 AM
As long as you agree to send the BitCoins first you won't have any trouble getting offers via PayPal...

... but you might want to have a read of this first:

Beware of PayPal and other reversible transfer services https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=14632.0

...but then again, why are you wanting to go out and buy BitCoins to then turn straight around and sell them?

6555  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [SXC][NSFW] Sexcoin - v0.10.4.0 Released!! Mandatory Upgrade! on: October 14, 2017, 11:22:06 PM
OMG! Sexcoin? What was this ico all about? Is it a dating or more on free to order girls? Hope that I'm not late to be part of this ico. Looks interesting base on its name.
There's no ICO, this coin build for miners. Dev have plan this coin would be accepted as legitimate payment method. Also you can use sexcoin on https://sexcoinmaid.com/ to buy some sex stuff.

There's also a handy to use Android wallet for your portable device - head over to https://sexcoin.info/downloads.php for more information.

While you're on the website, be sure to browse the Development page https://sexcoin.info/development.php to read up on projects such as the webcam integration and the Age Verification System as well as the every handy paper wallet and even a proposed future Escrow system.

The block explorer changed locations around the time the latest wallet was released - an example wallet you can check is:  http://be2.sexcoin.info/search?q=SEX8NQXZs35BubjnkkqciSLg4WNqDLxSEX

I was looking at the biggest sxc wallets and noticed one with 10 million sxc and a few with a few million,
I was wondering who owns these ?

Various early miners and Devs associated with the release of SexCoin back in the day.  I have a fair sort of hunch who one of them is and another would be one who created the original ANN thread.

Rumour has it that there are 1,000,000 BitCoins sitting in one Wallet Address untouched from the dawn of BitCoin, so the phenomenon is not completely unheard of.

hey guys is private messaging available on SXC wallet? maybe that would be a good idea for more usage, eg. making donations and receiving private pictures or private voice calls.

Not bad ideas - feel free to joining the SexCoin forum or the slack page.  A few back office things had to be done first (such as adding in the age statement) into the latest release which can then be built upon in later releases.

@blackdarko You actually don't want all the coins free floating on markets  (too much fluctuation), nore do you want them in just a few hands (price can be determined by the bag holder).  Show me any AltCoin that doesn't have a couple of whales in the pool.  Most of the rest of your questions already have solutions if you'd like to scroll back through the last 63 pages, or join us in our own forums?

Refrain from using this thread since it's outdated. Use the updated one: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=276897.0

Perhaps you could ask the OP @marcotheminer to either close the thread, or put a link to the "new" thread (started fourteen months before this one...  Roll Eyes )
6560  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bleutrade on: October 12, 2017, 02:40:31 AM
I like this exchange but LTC withdraw fee is too high.
LTC 0.05 on Bleutrade
It is LTC 0.002 on Cryptopia, Livecoin.
It is LTC 0.01 on a lot of other exchanges.

So Bleutrade charges 5 to 25x fee compared with other exchanges.

Exchange for something else like DOGE and send as them to another exchange that doesn't charge like wounded bulls then convert back.
