661  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Electroneum a SCAM??? on: December 14, 2017, 04:08:29 PM
A password stealer in a miner from official site is such a present. Not a scam for sure Cheesy

Don't get surprised if you won't see tokens on your wallets some day  Wink

I don’t like new currencies which are growing with a high speed in a short time. But otherwise of its price Electroneum isn’t looking as a scam. Maybe the price is pumped such kind of things everywhere now.
662  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is King and Ethereum is Queen , Do you agree ? on: December 14, 2017, 04:00:38 PM
There are a lot of kings and kingdoms now. Maybe they are small but quite wealthy. Bitcoin of course is mainstream on the market and the first virtual currency. But Ethereum has many competitors altcoins.
663  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple deliberately keeping their price down? on: December 14, 2017, 03:48:08 PM
Honest question, and I've been a Ripple supporter and believer since the beginning. Is Ripple purposefully keeping their coin as low as possible for the next few years so banks will scoop it up by the tens and hundreds of millions when the time comes for them to fully integrate into crypto currency for exchanges? I mean, look at David Schwartz's sarcastic comment obviously full of jest, and suddenly ripple's price explodes today. we're talking 80% + gains. then Ripple gets super serious with everyone on Twitter "Pissing in our Cheerios" and suddenly price falls again. Look at Ripple historically, huge news, a quick spike in price and then a gradual decent to where it always is. This is happening repeatedly. So i ask: Is Ripple Colluding with banks so they can buy in at the cheapest possible rate? are we getting screwed??
Please don't turn this into a ripple hate/love fest, i want honest answers. thanks fellas.

Seeing what the price do, what records are made I think it is hardly to say that Ripple developers successful in the pulling down the price artificially. Maybe it just hard to them to curb the growth of whole cryptomarket.
664  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins in 2018? on: December 14, 2017, 03:01:14 PM
Why are you so worried? Do you want to buy BTC coins for your altcoins? This is not the time to do such thing. See at the prices in dollars and you will feel easier. BTC grow with all its forks and other altcoins also.
665  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: best altcoins to invest on: December 07, 2017, 04:15:34 PM
Hi,

I am new to crypto and am planing to invest some amount in following coins. Please let me know these altcoins are good or need to change.

digibyte,
cardano,

I have some money and invested in some of this (except adex, digi). It gave me significant amount of profit yet. So in future I think it will grow!
666  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you surprise by bitcoin price now? on: December 07, 2017, 04:11:05 PM
To say that I am surprised is to say nothing. I am almost shocked how fast Bitcoin reached 15 thousand after its recent fall that happened on November, 30! I bet it will be running forward even faster!
667  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: For how long btc will remean leader in crypto on: December 07, 2017, 04:04:36 PM
like my thread is saying i would like to know any opinions and assertions on durity of btc as leader in the land.
thank you

I think it might be the leader of the cryptomarket until the last Bitcoin is mined. Since its capitalization is only growing, and big players take part in the game, they will not let BTC falling. It will be constantly going up.
668  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing $100 weekly on: December 07, 2017, 03:49:47 PM
Hey guys. I’m able to invest about $100 weekly. Could go $200 on certain weeks but only if it’s soemthing that’s about to sky rocket or something.

I was looking for some help as what is the best approach for someone who can invest this amount weekly. I know it isn’t much but I’d like to hold long term instead of expecting big returns right away

Actually it does not even depend much on how regularly you invest. The problem is to find the right altcoin that will start giving you the profit. Keep an eye on IOTA, ETH, Cardano, NEM, NEO.
669  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Price Sudden Rise on: December 07, 2017, 03:46:08 PM
Hello, y'all.

Its true that bitcoin keeps increasing in value, but I would like to know why the value increase has been better and faster in the last few months and even reaching a new all time high

The growth will be continued, and the hype will be only widened. Thus 2017 has become the year of Bitcoin. Maybe 2018 will bring the correction, but I doubt it will restrain the BTC growth.
670  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH chances on: December 07, 2017, 03:42:33 PM
Hi

ETH has already the largest market cap. But when will they really lift off.
The smart contracts are still not working.

I am pretty sure as soon they launch the first smart contracts ETH will rise like BTC at the moment.

What do you think

Well I do not think that Ethereum will repeat the road of Bitcoin. It is a different project, and ETH does not need to cost as  much as BTC to be considered the most powerful one. Maybe in several years it will reach the value that BTC has now. (hope)
671  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO geography on: December 07, 2017, 03:36:54 PM
Hi!

I'm trying to find statistics on geographic locations of ICOs (i.e. if a legal entity is used for ICO, where was it incorporated). Does anyone know of such source? All I could find was just a top 10 ICO compilation or references to individual cases.

Thanks!

Judging by the existing ICOs, most of them come from Asian countries, but not China now. I meet online much information about projects, which developers come from Russia and Ukraine. However, most of ICOs teams are international.
672  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoins speculation for 2018? on: December 07, 2017, 03:25:59 PM
Hey guys,

A bit of BTC speculation for you. Where do you see Bitcoin going by the end of 2018? http://bitcoin-bug.com/2017/11/28/bitcoin-easily-reach-40000-end-2018/

Some guys here, who speak about 20 thousand for Bitcoin by the end of 2017 seem to me real fans of BTC. The correction is coming and it might happen when the coin price grows up to 17 thousand. IMHO
673  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / The USA officially recognized Bitcoin — what now? on: December 03, 2017, 02:31:10 PM
The United States officially recognized Bitcoin. Soon the sale of BTC on Chicago Mercantile Exchange will start. The event is planned to December, 18. I wonder, how will it affect the price of BTC? Does it mean there will be another jump of this crypto?
674  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CryptoRuble - Any thoughts? on: December 03, 2017, 02:07:06 PM
I have read in the news tape that Putin said that Russia must have its cryptoruble. I am sure it will have some other name, but I am not sure that if this currency appears it will be decentralized. Banks will control it.
675  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are best day trading alts on: December 03, 2017, 02:00:35 PM
Dear members

I have observed that eth blue and btc red are very potential for day trading. Personally i got profits fron this.

What are your coins ?

Sometimes the best days for trading are the periods before the coming fork. You should catch the day when the crypto is small enough to be bought and sell it when fork comes and its price will grow. But this is not something which can be called a rule, Crypto market is always unpredictable.
676  Economy / Economics / Re: why bitcoin is so much special than others currency ? on: November 30, 2017, 06:27:46 PM
Bitcoin is special as this crypto appeared long ago, in 2009. Since that time its capitalization has grown tremendously! When the other cryptos called altcoins appeared it was already strong and too many people believed into it. Thus, it will be virtual currency #1 for long
677  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you choose to hold Bitcoin or Ethereum? on: November 30, 2017, 06:22:59 PM
I choose both cryptocurrencies. Last two days I was so glad watching how Ethereum and Bitcoin are growing! However, the last day of November, 2017 showed that their recent rise could be the highest step they reached this year.
678  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some insight on ADA coin/Cardano on: November 30, 2017, 06:18:26 PM
Cardano is a very promising project and a good altcoin. Its capitalization already reached $3 billion. Cardano uses a new programming language for smart contracts and the fact that the platform code is written not in C ++, but in Haskell is also curious.
679  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What if IOTA fud is true? on: November 30, 2017, 06:14:14 PM
Oh Gosh, how can he be a drug addict or a dealer if he works with crypto, which needs clean brains and quick wits? IOTA is a very curious project , and many guys s buy and keep these alts  to trade and to buy with this crypto things in internet
680  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Thoughts about Smartcash? on: November 30, 2017, 06:12:30 PM
It is better not pay attention on its price as the prices of all altcoins since BTC and ETH jumped is less. I see that Smart Cash is a very interesting project. Here you can learn more about it https://smartcash.cc/
