Ken,
Please DO NOT pay dividends on Nov 6 through BitFunder.
Given that BF is closing down, and there are endless posts of people having problems getting BTC out, please do NOT use bitfunder for dividend payments.
If you need to, withhold dividends and accumulate them for shareholders, until the sh!tfest is solved.

What was the point of asking users to become verified then?? I finally got around to submitting my documents today, please ignore the files uploaded and have them destroyed.
Thank-you
+1000 Why bother with the whole verification process? I hope for the sake of ALL people who got verified, that you allow them to become 'unverified' and destroy all their documents. Or ... perhaps a conspiracy theory ... perhaps you knew you were going to close, and this was your chance to get a crap load of real peoples identifications so that you can profit from the data

A question ...
Since the rounding is only to 4 decimal places, what happens when you put in an order ... do you go to the back of the queue?
If not then, how does it work.
I had a sale of 1000 shares, and 5 shares were sold. Yet at the same price, there were 6 transactions after mine at the SAME price, yet it didn't come off my balance. I still had 995 shares sale on order.
So, is it random?
Any help is appreciated.
PS: sorry if this is covered previously, I couldnt find it.
3 days and no answer?

I've been using my dividends to buy more shares. Eventually I'm going to own the whole company bag!
Don't worry, I fixed that for you

Heads up:
This morning I withdrew a small amount (<0.5 BTC) and it went through immediately.
However I just tried to withdraw approx. 12 BTC and I got the dreaded "Error contacting 2nd stage server" error. Transaction in "Processing" status.
For what it's worth, this happened to me several months ago. A large transfer of BTC out got 'stuck' for over 24 hours. This is way before all the bitfunder issues and conspiracy theories of late. My guess is that its actually either a technical issue within the site, or else there is a need for withdrawing from a cold wallet. Either way, this is not a new thing suddenly occuring ... its an old issue, and it got resolved.

Ukyo, please attend to support on Weexchange.
My ticket LGX-083908 still has no response.
When I set up my account ages ago, I used a nickname not my legal name.
Now, I need to change my name in order to match the verification documents.
Help!

the BFL forums used to be the primary place for LRM information... and more often than not info was posted on the BFL forum and not on BTCTalk.... can you please switch to BTCTalk permanently (as you appear to have done) and announce this as the place for all future news. Really frustrating and confusing trying to work out where to look.

Is there a way to see the top list of shareholders ... Similar to how it can be seen on BitFunder?
Even on BTCT would be good - since Labcoin is still listed there.
Anyone know how to see this info?

Well... LabRat asset-list address number : 391 Remove the 2 or 3 LabRat address and you have maybe 388. (correct me if you have the good numbers) 388*0.025 BTC = 9.7 BTC... 9.7 BTC for this week and maybee the next. Sorry but 9.7 BTC for manual payout when Bitcoind API's are here to send multiple paiement with a file, i found this very expensive. It was not 9.7BTC charged. It was closer to 5 or 6. I also do not hold any bonds whatsoever at this moment (even on the issuer account, which is my only account). I can assure you I don't want to waste another Saturday sending out dividends manually and should have an automated payout in place by next week. The other way I could have charged a fee is by % and then I have the guys holding thousands of bonds jumping down my throat. Either way it's unfair to someone. My apologies, but at least I'm paying out dividends instead of looking for a way to jump ship like half the other issuers on BitFunder. I've only just gotten back to find this chaos. I checked and I received no dividends ... what can I do? EDIT: ignore that. Just learnt the divs were paid to the public address, not bitfunder. all good

ActM shares now listed on Crypto:Stocks
So do we transfer manually? Yes. Sell and Buy, at this point. 600,000 Available. thats going to crash the price I don't think so, as they are at the ~same price as on Bitfunder. YES! it will crash the price. If people have to sell on BitFunder to get over to Cryptostocks and rebuy, there is going to be a heap of selling pressure ... and people will be forced to sell lower and lower. Meaning the price WILL fall. It has already fallen to .0007's and will continue as people have to sell now, instead of just transferring. How am I going to transfer 120k of shares ... sell them on BF, crash the price to .0003's, then buy back at .001 at cryptostocks and make a 70% loss. Ken, it is scary that you actually think this is ok, and won't affect the price.

I just find it absolutely amazing, that every time there is an 'update', it's a complete stuff up, and more bad information is released, and the share price tanks. Just amazing.
Now 1/3rd of what should have been locked shares have disappeared.
.000001 here we come.
