But how were they reduced? Did the company buy back shares and reissue them on Cryptostocks for a profit? We need more information here.

My best guess as to what is going on:

There was a holder of ~570k shares on bitfunder over the last couple of weeks after BTCT shut down. I'm assuming this account was controlled by Ken, and he has now retired those shares from BF and is selling them on cryptostocks.

No dilution which is good news, but those shares did collect divs over the last week as far as I can tell (didnt look very hard), which could be a breach of the prospectus..

What I'd guess happened is that a large shareholder saw the benefit of increasing availability to US markets, and realized that everyone stands to benefit (even if he stands to benefit a little more). So he organized with Ken to have his stocks switched over. Where do I sign up?

Are USA people supposed to sell and rebuy?  If so, there needs to be a bid wall at .1.  Otherwise, we are taking losses just to move shares to cryptostocks.  Or do we wait for Ukyo to push the shares back to the issuer account and you will reissue them?

This will definitely crash the price if we have to transfer manually...

Im not a US citizen but don't want to be registered with weexchange, will there be an option other than manually transferring to this exchange before ACTM has everything good to go on their exchange.

Also, yea where did the extra 600K shares come from?

ActM shares now listed on Crypto:Stocks

So do we transfer manually?

Yes. Sell and Buy, at this point. 600,000 Available.

thats going to crash the price

I don't think so, as they are at the ~same price as on Bitfunder.

YES! it will crash the price.

If people have to sell on BitFunder to get over to Cryptostocks and rebuy, there is going to be a heap of selling pressure ... and people will be forced to sell lower and lower.

Meaning the price WILL fall.

It has already fallen to .0007's and will continue as people have to sell now, instead of just transferring.

How am I going to transfer 120k of shares ... sell them on BF, crash the price to .0003's, then buy back at .001 at cryptostocks and make a 70% loss.

Ken, it is scary that you actually think this is ok, and won't affect the price.

Well maybe if Ken was CLEAR as to what we're doing with Crypto Stocks, all these questions and scenarios and FUD fuel for CRUMBFUCK (crumbs really just sits in here and waits to FUD? get some kind of life loser) would be cleared up in an instant.

But as it stands, Ken is not a master wordsmith.

Ken,

That is not an acceptable nor ethical solution.
There is not enough depth on BitFunder for that, and besides, it really IS your responsibility to make sure that shares returned to you on BitFunder get to the proper owner on any new exchange you decide to use.

Why don'y YOU put in a buy order for 600,000 shares at .00103 (Cryto:Stock takes out a fee) and allow everyone to sell what they hold on BF and then that way the transfer will be fair.

Please answer, in more than monosyllabics,
What will happen to shares forced back to you on BitFunder after November 1?

I hate being this direct and insistent, but you either are unwilling or incapable of giving responses which the CEO of this company should provide. Being as direct as possible seems to be the only option.

Why are you all guessing that this is what he's doing?

He has not at all said that this is the solution.

Ken has not clearly said anything.

In case people are missing it. Ken is NOT suggesting you liquidate on BF and move. He is creating an option for interested parties in the US to purchase shares.

Holy fuck guys. CHILL THE FUCK OUT. Read the full bitfunder notice. Your shares will be fine. Ken will come up with a solution before the first. This is an example of how retarded some Americans are. A lot of idiots lost money on this one.

Important Notice (October 8th, 2013):

Please be advised that BitFunder is implementing the following rules and procedures:

As of October 8th, 2013, BitFunder will not accept new registrations from any United States persons or entities. All new registrants must supply the information required to obtain "Verified" status on their linked WeExchange account. BitFunder may, in its sole direction, decline to accept any new registrations.

All current BitFunder users who are not United States persons or entities must supply the information required to obtain "Verified" status on their linked WeExchange account before November 1, 2013. Users will be able to withdraw holdings and Bitcoins from their BitFunder accounts before and after November 1, 2013.

All assets and issuers must demonstrate that they meet BitFunder's requirements for the listing of assets, or the assets and issuers will, at BitFunder's sole discretion, be denied access to, or removed from, the site. Issuers will be notified of any additional information needed to demonstrate compliance with BitFunder's requirements.

BitFunder appreciates your understanding in these matters as we move forward.

Sincerely,
BitFunder

Supplemental Notice (October 11, 2013)
