Nope, it will just continue to hover above the fake bidwalls for now. I donīt think that those bidwalls are fake, i rather assume that they wanīt to get filled. they are fake otherwise they would have moved down, they are all that is hodling price up You could easily test if they are fake/real, you simply have to market dump at least 4-5000 BTC, we will see if the rest gets pulled after that. |

Maybe this was a actually a good happening today and the western ones will decouple a bit more(get independent) from China as todays actions were too obvious faked to take them 100% seriously and consider them without a doubt as market leader all the time, just like all the other exchanges did with Gox after a while.

Posted this a few months ago: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=752432 Letīs keep it simple. BTCChina were the only chinese exchange that had NO fees for a few months, look at the the picture. A few weeks ago they decided to go back to no fees. Can anyone see a difference? Iīm not talking aobut "faking" volume, iīm taking about "real and relevant" volume, thereīs a difference. BTCChina could be the volume market leader without having more than 1-2kBTC on their exchange, why would you follow such an exchange? Huobi and OKcoin always had no fees btw.  |

Watching BTCChina melting is pretty funny.
All of those smaller buys, 2-20 BTC, they donīt even appear in the orderbook.... This also happened a few weeks ago, when their website and also API was down, but magically trades were going through all the time.. Same thing happened on MtGox  |

If i were a conspiracy theorist i would say someone is trying to use China with fake CNY and fake BTC to get his bids at Stamp and Finex filled.

Stamp decoupled a bit from China in the last days, they donīt care that much about their movements anymore . Stamp is also almost 2% above them right now.

That fake volume on huobi... 400btc trades out of nowhere and without any ask even near. What a joke  OKCoin is also doing an OK job.   Yep... would never put a satoshi on the exchange like that Bitcoinwisdom stacks the orders, its not one alone 2 x 3000+ BTC trades within 20 seconds and not a single ask or sell "wall" (not even 100+ BTC) has been seen in the orderbook during that timeframe... |

Itīs sure worth to take all the effort(more than 18 months now?) to get an ETF approved just to sell 120k coins......
Because the bitcoin markets are so illiquid that it is impossible to sell that unimaginable amount of coins....
Real pity attempt to spread low quality FUD guys!
They could have sold those coins splitted in the last months for higher prices even if they would have only used BTC-E!

For quite some time I though that wink twins were only playing the community and that they dont own even close for what they are saying. They either sold or never even bought that much and they just want to become some sort of gurus of the community.
i hope someone else in the money 2020 give good lecture about bitcoin ... Bitcoin empereor JorgeStolfi is going to speak tomorrow! I expect at least a 300% rise during/after his speech, and that is still a conservative outlook. |

So the Winklevoss twins did not even mention the COIN ETF at Money 20/20, is that right? I suppose that there are restrictions about what one can say in public about an ETF before it is approved by the SEC. But they did talk a lot about it before, e.g. on BloombergTV, right? Could their silence be somehow related to the alleged freezing of SMBIT by the SEC? Excellent FUD Jorge!
