I agree about that; however, there are various practices, such as fractional reserve banking, that exist in various financial circles that have become acceptable means upon which to transact - and sometimes there can exist some murkiness regarding whether any laws are being violated, especially in an industry (BTC space) that remains largely unregulated.

First they laugh at you, then they send in the FEDs, then you are in jail.

Looks like triple top? Dump o' clock is nearing??

Nope, it will just continue to hover above the fake bidwalls for now.

I don´t think that those bidwalls are fake, i rather assume that they wan´t to get filled.

tbh I believe that most of those freaky walls (including the 30k bearwhale) are the product of the exchanges (I have very little faith in the data they output to us). But then again, got nothing to back it up except just a deep seeded mistrust in all the exchanges. I don't believe in monsters I guess is what I'm trying to say (be that monsterbear or monsterbull). To me it seems like those walls were put there for one of two reasons (1) To protect the price or (2) To do what bearwhale (30k wall) did, create the illusion of crazy demand at $300 (after all we did go from 275 to 417 by that act alone). That last part could actually turn out to be the reverse of what bearwhale accomplished; to create the opposite effect (down instead of up, once the wall is removed, which obviously could be their intention).

But I obviously might be wrong.

Buy stuff with non existent money is illegal anywhere, as far I know

and buying inexistent stuff with inexistent money?
I wonder if there are exchanges playing any sort of tricks at the moment. Why not? Because we see their numbers on our screens?

You could easily test if they are fake/real, you simply have to market dump at least 4-5000BTC, we will see if the rest gets pulled after that.

Don't get me wrong, and it is likely that I agree with you on the point that you are making.  The mere fact that there may NOT be regulations to govern behavior or to stop BTC manipulation or to stop certain kinds of fraud, various government entities can become very entrenched with selective enforcement of non-existing laws and to favor various status quo institutions.  So for example, very rich bankers will be able to get away with robbing people blind with millions and even billions of dollars and NOT receive any punishment at all, while regular people may be harassed and thrown in jail over a claim of a $1k tax evasion... or a claim of an inappropriately filled out form or some other supposed lack of compliance of a made up rule... so yeah, status quo forces can use ambiguity to divide and conquer and terrorize people who they fear to be challenging status quo institutions and "our way of life, as we know it" - mom, god and apple pie.

My dreams. I expect XRP parity with the dollar by 6 months. Probably 1 xrp = $10 within a year.

I did in the past, although the dumping of Jed McCaleb has resulted in XRP becoming worthless in practice. Sadly, XRP indeed turned out to be a bad example of pre-mined coins, although it surely could have worked. The simple fact is that McCaleb got arrogant, sold vast parts of his stack and is able to hold the XRP market in a deathgrip for years to come. I believe he is still sitting on on like 8 billion XRP that he could use to kill off any price rise. And he will do that, since he is working on his new toy 'Stellar'.

This. He got this trackrecord of never really finishing what he starts and next to that he pretty much screwed over every XRP holder by acting as he did. This guy his credibility has gone completely down the drain and therefore should at best be treated with a mild neglect.
