I have many coins that I stacking I don`t want to lose them, they're mine.

Please do not create any new transactions until your client is fully synced"} We have latest wallet and resynced 2 times already. Nothing. Coin transfer impossible for 2 days already. Wallet/blockchain has issue. We offered swap several times here. Looks like dev don't care. he tell you long time ago close wallet and you not listen. all of us have our coin moved in past 2 days. is your problem now i hope customers know you dont listen to advice when given................. I suggest closing all 10k and BALLS markets until the swap, encourage people to withdraw ASAP. Nothing is wrong with the coins, but it's time to start getting the word out that shit is about to do down -OR- You're more than welcome to swap coins for your customers when the time comes. Our 10k wallet switched to "safe mode" and not sending anything. We tried full resync but it stuck at "blocks":107996 with only errors in debug.log. Need Your assistance or our customers can't move their coins for swap.
do you have a list of usernames with balances ? Yes of course ok then if you send me the username, coin name, user email, balance with the wallet file then i can do the rest for them thanks Paul We can't reveal our customer's logins, e-mails and balances. They can have different username at Your system. This will not work well. Why don't just swap all our coins to new coins? We give You our wallet.dat - You give/send us new coins instead. Once we replace wallet daemon - our customers will be able to withdraw new coins. We can do it free of charge. If You don't want to do it - make 10k blockchain functional so traders can withdraw their coins. Also it would be good to extend swap period because nobody can send coins to You since at least yesterday. |

After that - stop wallet, move Your wallet.dat back and launch with -rescan option. Should be fine.
Our wallet opened for deposits/withdrawals.
my coins that i withdrew to trex are nowhere to be found. Not on c-cex, not on trex. Can't find the txid in the block explorer too. Same issue here. According to c-cex, this should resolve automatically, though. Some withdrawals now has: "confirmations":-1 because of wrong chain at the moment of withdrawal. Just throw us a ticket and we will resolve it. |

Wallet has syncing issues. Tried to full resync but it is not syncing according to block explorer. All coins sent/non-received should be fine. We just need to get wallet to right fork. Dev, please get in touch.

Our wallet stuck at "blocks":475510
We already did full resync it and stucked at same block again.
Dev already PM'ed but he is not answering.
Of course we will not remove wallet until we have a solution to make withdrawals possible.
Currently we are working on solution. Trying to resync with salvage and resync with fresh wallet. Give us some time.
