661  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔮DestinyX.com | Where Fun Meets Betting, Gaming, and Crypto! on: November 02, 2023, 05:34:35 AM
I think you guys need to investigate your "restricted" country list, because I am not from a restricted country and I am also getting the restricted country warning. I enabled the VPN for countries that I know that are not on the restricted list and it gives me the same error.  Roll Eyes

I play without a VPN on many other Crypto casinos without any problems, so your list must be super strict or you might have a glitch in the system.

In any way, I will check in again.. to see if this was resolved.  Tongue
662  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Whales moved $230 Million to New Address on: November 02, 2023, 05:26:48 AM
Well, we know that we are on the brink of a Bitcoin pump and people predict that it is going to beat the last All-Time-High (ATH) price, so I guess some of the early Bitcoiners are getting ready for that.  Wink

A lot of people think this is just a movement of coins out of Cold storage by old miners to cash in on the free coins that were generated by the forks, because those forked coins are more valuable now.  Wink
663  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Still A P2P Electronic Cash System ?. on: November 02, 2023, 05:19:24 AM
The problem is not with the "users" of the technology, but rather with the governments and their definition of Bitcoin. Bitcoin is not accepted as a currency in most countries and they define Bitcoin (Crypto currencies) as a Commodity, so people cannot accept it as legal tender.  Roll Eyes

So, if merchants and businesses are not allowed to accept it as a currency and the government allow you to trade it as a commodity, then you hodl and trade it....and where there are online opportunities to use it as a currency, then you do that.  Wink
664  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2023-10-21] Bitcoin spot ETF launch could drive $155 billion in fresh money... on: November 01, 2023, 07:09:42 AM
I think it is going to happen soon, with all the military conflicts happening all over the world and investors looking for investment options that has a store of value.

I also think the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) are running out of excuses not to approve this and the submissions that are done are covering all the legal requirements for a approval.

The only reason why it might not be approved, is if there are some political influence not supporting this.  Roll Eyes  This is not a pseudo anonymous financial instrument, we are talking 100% regulated and centralized control and 100% KYC requirements.
665  Economy / Economics / Re: Isn't Fiat the Real Ponzi on: November 01, 2023, 06:55:32 AM
A Ponzi scheme takes money from people to pay other people and it does not generate any income from that system. Fiat currencies are printed by the government, so they are not taking the money from the people to pay the people... they simply print it out of thin air.

Yes, it creates problems like hyper inflation and the general public suffer as a result of that, but you cannot call it a Ponzi scheme. The same can be said about Bitcoin, because Bitcoin are created from "code" and it does not generate any income other than the increase in the value over time.

People should properly research the working of a Ponzi scheme, before they start spreading nonsense like this.  Roll Eyes
666  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is this how it start? (No or yes?) on: November 01, 2023, 06:47:24 AM
You become an addict, when you cannot stop gambling and when you start depositing more money than what you can afford to lose. The $20 that you deposited, might be a small fraction of your total income.. so it does not matter, but for some people... $20 is 80% of their income, so then it becomes a big problem.

My advice, stick to your weekly or monthly "entertainment" budget and do not touch any other money that are needed to pay the bills or to sustain yourself. (Food & clothing etc...)  Wink
667  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Looking for stake alternatives on: November 01, 2023, 05:55:05 AM
Which casinos have good keno game. (original)

But not rigged like stake

I am more interested in hearing more about Keno being rigged at Stake.com? Do you have actual proof that it is rigged or are you just a competitor trying to discredit Stake.com?

A lot of gamblers lose money at casinos and then they blame the casino for their losses, so are you one of those? Please post some proof that Keno is rigged, so that we can agree or disagree with you.
668  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is the irreversibility of Bitcoin transactions a downside for an average person? on: November 01, 2023, 05:46:11 AM
I personally support the irreversibility of Bitcoin, because it adds trust to a system that should in theory be better than it's competitors. Yes, it is bad when you are on the sender side and when you made a mistake with the transactions, but when you are the receiver and the sender cannot reverse a transaction... then it is a added bonus.

In any way..... we signed up for this, because we wanted financial freedom and also because we want zero third parties being able to reverse transactions... so we should accept the consequences and just be responsible.  Tongue
669  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - The Leading Crypto Casino - Drake, UFC, Everton, Alfa Romeo F1 Team on: October 31, 2023, 05:58:37 AM
Guess who got a halloween post monthly today, as usual stake.us, haha.

The forum is going wild again, which is easy to understand.
Seems like the appreciation level for the .com users is below the .us.

They said they have something coming up for halloween, and all I see are some random telegram NBA bonus drops ( 2 of them) that were gone in 10-20 seconds, also at a time where only US customers are actually awake.

Same old with this site.

Halloween is not just a USA thing anymore, so I do not know why they only gave a Post Monthly to the .US players.  Huh Huh  They also focus more on the US Sports when it comes to promotions and Bonus drops.

There was not one promotion or drop for the Rugby World Cup, that only happens once in four years.... and I am not seeing anything for the Cricket World Cup. (Just NBA / MLB / Logan Paul / NFL / NHL)  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes
670  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin: The smartest investment choice. on: October 31, 2023, 05:44:54 AM
You will never convince "old money" supporters like Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger that Bitcoin is a good investment, because they hate competition. They want money to be invested in Berkshire and it's investment options and not into some competitive offering that they do not understand.

This is why most of the old school super rich guys are against Bitcoin and making ridiculous statements about it. We should stop listening to people that do not want to change and those who do not want to evolve. Those people support their rich buddies and their circle of friends and the rest are just cannon fodder for them.  Roll Eyes

671  Bitcoin / Press / Re: 2023-10-20 Barrons - Fidelity Says Bitcoin Trumps Other Digital Assets on: October 31, 2023, 05:35:29 AM
I think many of the skeptics can now see that Bitcoin is much better than any other Alt coin, just by looking at the hash rate backing it and also the large merchant network that gives it utility value.

We just recently saw how easy a 51% attack was on one of the shitcoins {PlusOneCoin} ...and we know this is almost impossible with Bitcoin, so that in it self, should give investors and users of Bitcoin some confidence in it's security.  Wink
672  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is your one memory related to Bitcoin that you want to forget? on: October 31, 2023, 05:29:02 AM
I think it would be the time when I thought DodgeCoin was a waste of money and I could have bought it for next to nothing.  Roll Eyes  I also did the same with Shiba Inu ...when it came out and after Elon Musk hyped it, the price went balistic, so I would have made a killing if I bought a shitload of those tokens.  Tongue

In the beginning Bitcoin was King and in the opinion of many Bitcoiners.... all other Alt coins were shitcoins, so we never bought any of those coins and missed out on a lot of profit.  Tongue
673  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: New way to keep your seed phrase secure. on: October 31, 2023, 05:23:13 AM
Well, whomever got access to the Seed phrases will quickly realize that the Seed words were translated into another language and then they too can use Google Translate to translate it back to English.

If you want to confuse a thief with the Seed, you have to break up the Seed words and phrases into something that only you would be able to decipher. Example adding you own words or letters or breaking it into separate words or mixing the order of the words.  Wink
674  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What according to you should be the age to retire from gambling ? on: October 30, 2023, 06:13:58 AM
The sad truth is... a lot of old people are still gambling out of desperation. A lot of these Pensioners did not save up enough money to have a decent pension fund, so they try to win something huge to supplement their pension fund.

This obviously never happens for the majority of them and they lose a lot of money doing this. The younger people can still work and make more money when they lose a huge amount over time, so they have a way to recover when they failed.

It is so sad to see this, but there are exceptions.. where some of them are just doing this for entertainment.  Wink
675  Economy / Gambling / Re: Evolution — report for Q3 (HOW THEY EARN THAT MUCH?) on: October 30, 2023, 06:05:32 AM
I think when you have very little competition and most of the casinos are using your games, it is all about numbers. It is mostly Pragmatic and Evolution that are dominating the "Live" gaming space, so they are sharing most of the profit that are derived from that.

I also think the odds are stacked heavily in favor of these gaming providers to win most of the bets, so people that are uniformed ..will lose more money on these types of games.  Tongue
676  Economy / Economics / Re: Almost All Countries Affected by Inflation, Opportunity for Bitcoin! on: October 30, 2023, 05:47:56 AM
Well, one thing can help Lebanon ....

1. Stop supplying Hamas with weapons to fight the Israelis, so that your economy can improve, because those weapons are funded by money that could have been used to save their economy.

2. Switch over to using a more stable Fiat currency, like what happened with El Salvador ....or start buying some Bitcoins to beat inflation and to prevent hyper inflation.

Money are wasted on political egos and religious wars and the citizens of those countries are the ones that suffer the most.   Roll Eyes
677  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Solves This - Money and Banking on: October 30, 2023, 05:35:56 AM
Yea, the moment when you start to understand things like "Fractional reserve banking" and how Inflation are calculated and also manipulated and how much control governments have over the supply of fiat currencies, then the light goes on ...when you see how different this is with Bitcoin.

We live in a world where too many people live like sheep..... they do not question anything and they just accept the norm. This continue until something goes wrong... or until they see how it is supposed to be.  Tongue
678  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: PlusOneCoin was 51% hijacked on: October 30, 2023, 05:28:43 AM
This just shows you how shitty the hashing power is.. that are backing these Shitcoins. Also, now that this has happened... a lot of these Shitcoins will be shunned for it's weak security.  Wink

There has only been one attack that came close to a 51% attack on Bitcoin and the miners in those pools decided on their own... not to support it, because they knew a 51% attack would have destroyed the confidence in the technology and the value of their coin would have collapsed if it was successful.  Wink
679  Economy / Economics / Re: why super rich pay no tax but suggest giving all their wealth away (eventually) on: October 29, 2023, 11:27:39 AM
I also know about super rich farmers in our area that are buying farms around them with loans to reduce the taxes that they are paying at the end of the tax term. They buy huge tractors and vehicles for the farms and hire more employees, to show expenses that can be deducted from their income and expense sheet for tax purposes.

They openly brag about this... because they know it is a legal loophole in the tax system, so they misuse that loophole to avoid paying a lot of money for taxes. Also.... Capital gains only come into affect, when the asset or property are sold.... and this seldom happens. (they just acquire more land and that land generate wealth)   Angry
680  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Spirituality and Betting - Do they Have any Connection? on: October 29, 2023, 10:51:56 AM
I think it is just a troll that are creating things like this to get attention, because he or she knows Christians and other religions do not want people to gamble. Some people just like to be controversial or they are just poking and making fun of religious people.  Roll Eyes

You see these guys in the casino chat channels, using God's name in vain or saying things controversial to get some reaction from the religious people....  Roll Eyes  .... the best thing will be to ignore them, because they get a kick out of it.... when you do react.  Roll Eyes
