6621  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA EURO 2020 Discussion Thread | Current Phase: Qualifying on: April 02, 2019, 06:49:35 PM
I agree with this. But they should organize qualifications for these tournaments in some other way. This way there is too many matches with clear favorites. I liked the format of Nations league where they group the teams by their strength. That way we have greater amount of excellent matches.

That would go against the spirit of the games. Weak teams like Monaco and San Marino are given a chance to compete against sides such as Germany and France once every two years (for WCQ as well as for the EUCQ). These matches mean a lot for these teams. And upsets are not that rare during these qualification matches... I still remember the Cyprus vs Portugal match in 2010 (4-4).
Monaco? LOL, they don't even have national team Cheesy. But yeah, I agree with your point. For small countries it's chance to see biggest stars of football, earn from tickets, TV rights and etc. But it's obvious that such games are boring for neutral spectators. Maybe Nations League format is more interesting because same level teams playing against each others, but I don't think that changes in qualification system should be made.
6622  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: April 02, 2019, 06:41:05 PM
Barcelona vs Villarreal today. This match is going to an interesting one for sure.Although Barcelona is on really good form but I think it wont be easy for Barcelona to handle villarreal. The key player is Messi, I think he'll again score today.

Atletico is playing now against Girona. 36 minutes have been passed It's 0-0 now.I think soon Atletico will score and seal the match.
Messi will start this game on the bench. Probably Valverde want to rest him before upcoming matches against Atletico and MU. But probably we will see him in second half if Barca will struggle without him.
About Atletico match, so far it's boring to watch. I expect that Atleti are going to win this game with their typical 1:0 result.
6623  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Are faucets a profitable business? on: April 01, 2019, 10:19:31 PM
Are you asking from faucet owner perspective? If yes, I think that this question don't have straight answer. Some faucets are really profitable. But it's very difficult to build profitable faucet nowadays. Many of faucets are closing down just after few days or weeks in business because owners failed to achieve profit. Being faucet owner requires lot of job - endless fight with bots, maintaing ads, their positions and etc to achieve best results. And after everything many of them get only peanuts as profit. Biggest part of earnings goes to refill faucet ballance, pay for hosting and similar expenses.
what a kidding question please lok on faucets like moonbitcoin or freebitcoin or even cointiply is totaly new and they show you that its more than profitable Cheesy
And many new projects like mininggame and Bits-Pays also show how easy to earn with such websites.
you only need knowledge Cheesy

regaqrds
Well, but Moonbitcoin and Freebitco.in are in business for long years already. But how much money they spend to build everything, how much effort this work required. It's not worth to compare them with basic faucets
6624  Other / Meta / Re: Fake team Bitcointalk forum. on: April 01, 2019, 09:58:14 PM
OP, you forgot to upload Archived link. When you start scam accusatiin this thing in neccessary because abusers may try to hide traces.
You seem to be under the impression that theymos is the guy on the picture. You're mistaken, theymos is the bottle. The picture is real!
Did you just called theymos bottle? I think it's offence! Thermos is thermos, not a bottle Cheesy
6625  Other / Meta / Re: Let's Keep a Record what Theymos did in April Fools' Day 2019 on: April 01, 2019, 08:35:57 PM
I'm ✅ Verified LOUD. I regreat that I haven't saved jokes from previous years like coin badges under our names or new rank requirements - it would be fun to remember Cheesy. It's strange that nobody still haven't made historic list of Bitcointalk April Fools Day pranks Cheesy
@LoyceV, you're not verified human anymore. I think we can say that "Verified crazy stastician" = verified AI of Bitcointalk Cheesy
6626  Other / Meta / Re: Real selfies in the KYC thread. on: April 01, 2019, 08:25:35 PM
I don't surprised at all that there was so many people who posted real their selfies. Most of them are new members who maybe don't know about April fools day pranks here and theymos stand towards KYC. But what is really strange to see many higher ranked users (Full, or Sr. Members, usually with 0 earned Merits) posting their selfies.
About these who uploaded photos of ID cards/passports with all details visible. You must be really dumb to do that. Posting their sensitive date public in forum's thread - sounds like a "great" idea. And it's not about being not aware about April fools day or having bad English skills to understand context. They are just dumb. And the we are surprised that people are falling into obvious scams...
6627  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Contest with $30,000 in GUARANTEED PRIZES now live! on: April 01, 2019, 08:10:15 PM
i would love to see a feature where we can send payments to freebitcoin users without fees.
be course you need only to pull over black number no need for a real bitcoin transaction.
I just found out that i often sending bitcoin to freebitcoin addresses .....
This feature would be great !

regards
I'm not sure, but I think that such thing like off-chain transactions between users was planned few years ago. I might be wrong, maybe I confused it with Faucethub.
Anyway, I don't think it's needed currently because transaction fees are really low for a long time already. Using of SegWit addresses also helps.
6628  Other / Meta / Re: Wall of fame / shame. Shit posts so bad that they are actually funny on: April 01, 2019, 08:04:05 PM
Is this a reason why so many posts by posters seem very stupid?
Difficult question. Maybe because that posters are stupid?
6629  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: April 01, 2019, 07:56:50 PM
Anyways, there seems to be some 'controversy' surrounding Barcelona and Messi. Last saturday, Messi scored a free kick goal against Espanyol, everyone seems to agree that Messi scored the goal...Except for Marca, the newspaper that delivers the trophy to the top goalscorer in La Liga at the end of the season, they believe it was an own goal because Víctor Sánchez tried to clear the ball, he actually touched the ball but it went in anyways.
I support Barcelona, but I think it was own goal lol Cheesy. But actually it's not first time when Marca had stolen goal from Messi, it already happened few years ago:
https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.givemesport.com/1442092-marca-claim-lionel-messi-has-only-scored-399-la-liga-goals-not-400%3famp
Anyway, does it really matters? No doubt that Messi will be top scorer of La Liga this season, one goal doesn't change anything
6630  Other / Meta / Re: KYC now required on: April 01, 2019, 07:43:04 PM

I just want to confirm that Lauda is my pet.
6631  Other / Meta / Re: f*cking scared me on: April 01, 2019, 09:44:13 AM
Ahh, fellow verified awesomeness bro. We truly are the best of the best. We should form a club.

Also I have a proposal for theymos - can we get a permanent "Verified Moron" tag or similar for everyone who uploaded a real selfie. Cheesy
Some of them uploaded not only selfie. I saw one guy posted selfie with his passport in hands Cheesy. And most of these selfies comes from people who have earned 0 Merit in total - I think these two things are directly realted.
I'm wondering how many of forum users tried to submit KYC details wth their income, net worth, list of Bitcoin addresses.
6632  Other / Meta / Re: Souvenirs from the Bitcointalk.org on: April 01, 2019, 07:41:43 AM
I'm poor because I only can buy Bitcointalk badge and some pencils. I'm begging for Merits because I want to buy pack of condoms Cheesy
BTW, If Merit become to be a currency, what is exchange rate of USD/Merit and BTC/Merit?
6633  Other / Meta / Re: KYC now required on: April 01, 2019, 07:32:25 AM
It's fun to see that people don't know what April 1st means and uploading their real selfies Cheesy. It's interesting how many of them have submitted all KYC data including their income, net worth and list of Bitcoin addresses. Unfortunately, I can't pass KYC because I don't know my blodd type :/
I'll get right on that, just as soon as hell freezes over.
So, does it means that hell just did froz over? Wow!
6634  Economy / Reputation / Re: Coolcryptovator and Shasan ABUSE MERIT on: March 31, 2019, 09:27:00 PM
OP, do you at least understand what does Merit abuse means? Seems that no.
You're just desperately trying to get rid of you red trust ratings. But it's impossible mission. By making such stupid topics you just bring more attention to yourself. Now you're least trusted Bitcointalk user. Congrats!
6635  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Playoffs Prediction Pool(ONGOING REGISTRATION) on: March 31, 2019, 09:13:33 PM
Great to see NBA playoffs prediction pool. You can count me in, I will send money in next few days. I'm not following NBA very closely as I prefer European basketball. So, I just want to lose some BTC lol Cheesy.
I hope you will find at least 20 participants to make big prize pool. But seems that people here are more interested in football...
6636  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: March 31, 2019, 08:43:49 PM
Real achieved difficult win against Huesca after Benzema scored beautiful late goal by Benzema. Today it was interesting to see son of Zidane - Luca playing as main goalkeeper of Real Madrid. Actually, I never heard about him before, I knew only Enzo Zidane :DHuesca played very well tonight, but after this loss I think they don't have chances to stay in La Liga. With 9 games to go they are 7 points away from safe zone.
6637  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why The Hell People Aren't Helping? on: March 31, 2019, 08:34:45 PM
It's nice initiative by you, but I find it strange that you're surprised that many people don't want to donate. There are multiple reasons why:
Not every person here is rich and some of them are counting every dollar that they earn, so they can't afford to donate.
You can't change the world with these tiny donations. Even if you will donate whole your wage, your donation still will have very small influence. We as individual people don't have much power
There are so many charity organisations in this world, if I didn't donated here, does it means that I don't donate at all. I'm simply not rich enough to donate every time when I see someone requesting for money. I have to work hard to earn money for my own needs, not to give away all money that I earn.
I'm not talking about you, but some people are sceptical about charity because often donated money don't reach people who really need it. Some charity organisations spend these money for other things like PR, there are so many stories about it.
Maybe it doesn't get the attention of right people, you can try to give the link of your thread on Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion where there are many guys who is holding bunch of bitcoin,so of them maybe willing to help.
It would be off-topic.
6638  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Contest with $30,000 in GUARANTEED PRIZES now live! on: March 31, 2019, 08:07:42 PM
I think so, 30k awards if you look at them the leader has like 600 bitcoins gambled, I do not think many people can afford to play like that, not only we do not have enough money to actually go for it as well but even if we did we wouldn't be probably gambling that money here because people who are not rich and than suddenly become rich are usually not aware of how rich they are and fail to do these type of bravery required things, even if I had like 10 thousand bitcoins, I would be afraid to bet anything above 1 bitcoin honestly Cheesy. So, when you look at the stats and who is leading and all that it is obvious that these are people who are both whales and also professionals because otherwise they wouldn't have the balls to do something this big.
I think you misunderstood how things works here. 600 Bitcoins wagered doesn't means that this player have 600 Bitcoins. It's possible that he had something like 1 Bitcoin on his account and he wagered it 600 times. But you're right that leaders of this contest are whales and they have big balls to play with large amounts of money
6639  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: March 31, 2019, 05:55:00 PM
What a disappointing race for Frerrari, they were faster than Mercedes but something went wrong. Vettel spinned while fighting with Hamilton and few moments later he lost his front wing. Leclerc was first, had big advantage against Hamilton, but then engine problems occured and he lost all his pace. He dropped to 3rd place just in matter of few laps. If there would be no safety car deployed in last lap, Leclerc would been finished only 4th. He really deserved to win today. And Mercedes are very lucky today with double podium.
And wtf happened to both Renault drivers - their engines died almost at the same moment. Very strange moment.
6640  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Importance of reading terms and conditions of a website on: March 31, 2019, 12:01:43 AM
It's important, but nobody reads these terns & conditions, privacy policy and similar things. These conditions are long very boring, people don't waste time on reading it and simply click "I agree". OP, I just don't believe that you read all terms and conditions on every website before making account.
Offcourse, not reading rules often leads to various problems. For example, your account can be blocked if you break one of service rules without even knowing that you did something wrong. Then user starting blame service for blocking account when it was his own fault. There is also privacy issues related with it. When user don't read rules, he don't know what social network can do with his personal data. So, by clicking "agree" he is giving away his personal data with easy hand.
