The premine is so high that even if you lock-in the fraction going to the team for 1-year is just fine.
As percentage of the money that you will be collecting from ICO will also go to the team - operations & dev team& tech.
So aside from the lock-in percentage of your team, you are also getting your cut from ICO.
I think that's too much already for your share.
And what will happen if you haven't met your ICO targets, are you still going to acquire a bank?

And from the look of it, maybe they have private investors already in place.
So there's high probability that this will be a reality sooner.
And I'm interested in the precision medicine aspect of this.
I believe if they will be successful achieving this part, treating a specific illness will be more precise.

Crypto Bridge is ok, Still beta though so dont send too much BTC there. It works good but support is really slow and a few coins have issues where they dont show in your account in a reasonable time. Ive been waiting 3 days for ICH deposit with no support

I have not used cryptobridge but from what I heard and have read it get a good review compared to other DEX exchanges, give it a go with a small amount and see ho it goes.

If you have your own respondents, you can use the platform for free, but they will not be paid. As for the token distribution, we will not give 70-80% of tokens reserved to the team. Future development is a huge, unavoidable cost; we cannot rely on open source contributions early on. We are only selling $8.5MM worth of tokens during our ICO, which is sufficient to develop an initial release as well as gain traction, but not for a full fledged national marketing campaign and development of enhanced features. Kinda sucks that this ico is over it seemed to really be gaining steam then again the fact that the ICOs over and things were gaining steam means that when it reaches exchanges demand should still be pretty high which should drive prices up. Means investors should be able to see a hefty return once that happens. Fact that the team didn’t give away many tokens and supply is rather limited means prices should remain strongly above ico pricing
You are not far from the truth phantam when it seems to gain more steam it ended well on a good note... What's the possible first big exchange contractnet is looking at? Well for selfish reasons I would say Binance  , I high doubt we'll see a down trend of price once ContractNet get listed, this is kind of project once listed the price takes an up trend. So roughly, someone can get 30 coins from you.
And if they will purchase about 2k coins which is approx. $2k, you will give $50 to purchase again your tokens.
Bottomline, someone can't get directly your freebies unless he purchased your tokens.
The problem lies when the price of each token drops below the ICO price, as it happens most of the time.
So it's the risk of your potential investor to think about. If he will purchase more or he's just happy to get the $30-worth of tokens (that may end up 5-20 bucks in value later on).
