The amount raised is not bad to start with.
And even if the MoM didn't post the pre-ICO here in BCT, they still got investors.
So if the OP will be more presentable or has some visualizations of this project, I think it will easily accomplished the target amount for Pre-ICO.

Just want to say that any project tied or backed by gold usually ended up as a scam.
Very few here proved that they are legit. One good example is Xaurum.
Hope that this one will not have that fate of deceiving people.

From my side, since I'm not also online all day long. I check the trend of the coins that I have at least once a day.
Also, you need to read the thread related to that coin that you own so you will at least have an idea if it has the chance of doing great in the market or not.
If my gut feel says that this coin will do great in the future, I will hodl the coin as long as I can.
Usually, the downward trend for the coin depends on the dev team themselves.
You should know how to gauge if the dev team is about to abandon the project or will just do the pump & dump for the coin they created.
But if the development of the project is great and the dev team is active & really legit, then, there's high probability that you own a valuable coin.
Bottomline is, you need to be knowledgeable on what's happening to the coins you own even if you're not 24/7 watching their market.

Maybe this one is another MNE in the making!  
And one good thing here is that they are accepting full member and above.
Because if not, this thread will be much much longer and flocked by noobs and other alts with newbie/jr member status.
So that's the good part of this. And hopefully the dev team will sort out or remove the users who are not eligible.
For the noobs, you will have time for this and learn more about crypto.

The project is great especially to those in the mass communication industry.
But why such huge amount of requirement for this project to launch?
And the sig campaign is only for hero/legendary members?
I think you might want to review if that's the only level that you wanted to be in your campaign.

The project seems feasible but for the coins, why not someone just go to an exchange and convert it to the coin that you want?
Because here, you need to have an escrow first. Unless the fee is minimal or has an advantage over the existing exchanges.
For other goods or products, maybe it's more enticing to others.
But there's a challenge for the coin swapping service.

The idea is not new anymore. Catering the said target groups to have their money transfer to  Asia, Africa or South America.
But no one is successful yet for this kind of venture. The hard thing here is the adaptation from those individuals.
Even if you say it's user friendly, thru mobile app. Still, they have hesitations because for them, it's a new technology.
And they are not sure if it will work for them or is it really secure? For them, this kind of app is shrouded by doubt and suspicions.
So the bottomline is, the team needs to overcome the initial phase of launching this service and gain the trust from those target groups.
Also, of course, how to be knowledgeable in crypto is the major thing to consider when introducing to these people. Even basic ideas is sometimes hard to grasp if you are new to cryptocurrency.
