Actually, that's the challenge. Adaptation is not that easy as you need to educate your target customers.
And usually, they will not accept that as they will say that they are fine with their current situation.
Why complicate things right? So I think that's one of the biggest hurdles with this kind of project.

If you have tangible proof of your product/service, then, marketing will just follow.
Too hard to sell something that you don't even have the alpha prototype.
At least show something to the community that you've got something under your sleeves.
