im starting to doubt that this bull can run this year, but im hoping that next year will be a new start and will shock the world with a stronger market.

now we have no choice, how can hold for short term no point sell it caused price too low  Selling low is never my option as I can hold it for long term if required. Also buying on dips has being helping me so that if money required on immediate basis and if market is up I can sell it and book my profits easily. This way I get money as well and make profits as well in short term. |

I dont have much experience in cryptocurrency because i am join in 2018. 2018 is not a good year for cryptomarket and my portfolio drop more than 80%. Maybe i should wait and keep my coin for long term so i can change my economic situation
Do you have a nice job out there? You should take it seriously more than crypto. I think crypto market is just a place for investment and before reaching the state where you can do an investment, you need a good paid work first. If people know trading and can make a good money from it then one can consider it as a full time job . But only if based on investing it is not recepmemnded as market is down and job will give you a fixed regular income so you can keep paying your monthly bills . |

This predictions seem overboard but then, you never know, anything can happen! Sec can not continue to ruin project in the name of regulation. An ICO have already won against sec in court recently!
The prediction just makes me laugh and feels that hopefully such people are not investing in the crypto because they are the ones who on small dip also create a huge havoc by panic selling and disturbs the market more. SO only genuine and long term buyers would make the market move ahead. |

Nope, if this project is successful, it could be a great Altcoin, but can never become or beat Bitcoin.
In our country too I am getting a lot of invites to join this Q project and reading a lot about it. This is getting more and more popular among people and currently they are offering some free tokens as well for registration. Do not know the future of it but obviously nothing near bitcoin it can reach it atleast for next couple of years. |

of all that you mentioned just gambling that I haven't tried, but I recommend trading and mining more because both of them in my opinion give satisfactory results. but now mining is not good because the price is down and I decided to stop mining, now I am more active in trading.
Trading if done rightly can be the great option for the life time as you can do it full time by yourself and can earn huge amount daily. Wherever the market swings either ways you can make money but provided you know when to buy and sell else it can be a huge loss as well. |

Unfortunately, the author's expectations were not met. but there were many predictions about the big growth of bitcoin in 2018. few people expected such a drop in the cryptocurrency market. but I believe that bitcoin will cost 50,000 dollars, but not this year.
True that OP said it will reach 50k is not possible now. Even if it crosses 10k + for this year it will be more than welcome for now as almost double in 1 months from this level is a very good returns and also it will bring back confidence in the market. |

I still holding bitcoin and not sell when the price was lower. I think who have money, big investors bought a lot of bitcoin and if they bought at 3700$ and sell now they make a lot of money or if they still hold they will make more money.

in my opinion nowadays you are better off to invest in ethereum, because the price is too low and cheap, so I'm sure in the near future the price will rise and you will get a profit and depend on the funds you invest. One cannot ignore the btc as only if btc recovers the rest of the altcoins will start to move up else it is difficult that btc is stable and rest of the coins only rising it. One should always stay invested in btc as it will surely rise and when it starts rising it is very qucik and will help you to get good gains from btc and also from ETH as well. SO better to stay invested in both coins. |

Buying and selling bitcoins on a face to face basis is just really such a slight divergence from what bitcoin is meant to be - anonymosity. Trading bitcoin among friends or colleagues can also be nice. But generally, wouldn't trust a random stranger online. The best place you can sure of to get bitcoin is from localbitcoins.
It is quite risky as well because you do not know that person whom you would be getting money and might just know that you got scammed and person run away from their as their would be no escrow. So instead online would be a better option as you would have the escrow service available either on this forum or can trade on any reputed exchange. |
