Any price predictions? How much dipper  Cry or maybe we will see reverse  Shocked ?

As long as btc is down everything else will be low also.
Beside on slack someone mentioned that big gbyte holder dumped most of its holdings.

Enjoy cheap gbytes.
683  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: July 16, 2017, 02:26:59 PM
WOW, buying in at .24 and .20 doesn't look like a good idea anymore. Since I am new to this coin, can someone tickle my ears a bit, with a ray of hope? I can feel my weak hands starting to give out and dropping this. Only thing holding me back is that I hate selling at a loss. However, I hate getting left holding the bag even more.  Roll Eyes

Just go to coinmarketcap and check whole 100 coins..,they are in RED.

Its not just GB, its normal. keep your coins and dont panic.

U will regret selling now. No one is happy with bagholding. But this is part of getting rich. buy and hold and sell at peak.

686  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: July 15, 2017, 12:28:47 PM
how about since next round  we have 30% to byteball holder?

it's more fair to byteball holder, seems a lot exchange address have linked with byteball..

that free byteball will drive the price went down. Smiley
Its more important to make less amount for bitcoin wallets.

its pointless now. original btc holders got a chunk of gb which gets compounded with 20% as bytes. coins needed to be marked somehow to show which were generated from btc and which from bytes.

if tony wants more new bytes in new hands he'll have to get creative. id honestly recommend after this round he halts or reduces it to like 1% to allow byteball to grow in use. the coins great but its getting a name for being airdrop free cash and once airdrops are over if it doesnt have a big use through services it'll work against it. its going to fast unnatural even. it needs to slow down and mature. of course the majority of you will disagree because you just want free coins to turn into bitcoin. am i right?

Im with this statement....

Byteball is known for airdiops and nothing more.

If this wont change we will see slow death after each airdops.
687  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: July 14, 2017, 09:56:20 PM
I pay you nothing in either outcome, nor do I accept bets from you anymore. Unless it is the GBs you wanted to sell to me at a discount for being wrong about Byteball.

What is this then:

I bet you 15BTC that you wont actually fulfill your words, its all empty words, retarded ideas, and no deliveries just like iotacoin.

?

Ohh snap..... I think time to grow up and once this is resolved pay to the winner.
688  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: July 14, 2017, 09:27:50 PM
As we all know, everything dumping. Btc uncertain situation is not helping.
People cashing in as much as they can. But closer to give away we will see rise.
After august all should be back as normal.

689  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Are my bitcoins safe in blockchain.info? on: July 14, 2017, 08:15:22 PM
You not serious.

You using blockchain.info? Seriously? Thats the worst choice u could make. Sorry to hear about your loss.

Remove your coins to any other place than blockchain.info.

Not only is unsafe because people behind it are retards without skills but also main FUDster ROGER VER is part of it.

Just google past screw ups thanks to them and make your mind with where u store your money.
690  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: July 14, 2017, 06:27:18 PM
so the change of airdrop is worse than last time for GB holders too?Huh Angry Angry
 only 10%? instead of 20%

please official confirmation!!!!

What's worst? Dev trying to weight what's good for coin not for individual.

U upset because u will get 10% of free money for longer than 20% free money for shorter period?

No one said this will be done for sure. It was light convo without any proper statement.

Beside, longer distribution means better awareness and higher price per piece. Which means GB really have chance to become something huge.
691  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: July 14, 2017, 04:43:59 PM
But yesterday i did read something about move towards GB holders.
Any particular info?
Now:
16 BTC gives 1 GBYTE airdrop
5 GBYTE gives 1 GBYTE airdrop
That's 16:5

Tony's ultimate ratio would be 16:1, for example:
160 BTC gives 1 GBYTE airdrop
10 GBYTE gives 1 GBYTE airdrop

This makes holding Byteball relatively more rewarding, and allows for a "soft landing" when the airdrops end.

This change here above in red i was referring to.

Hope people will see this as move towards wider visibility for gbyte.
692  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: July 14, 2017, 12:37:17 PM
4-6 airdrops left, so we are getting closer to the full distribution.
I think after the last dstribution, the price will dump a lot...

I heard these words so often that I start suspecting someone just wants us to believe in that. For some reason...

Might be more airdrops as tony the dev is shed some light for next after august distros.

Please check slack for more info. But yesterday i did read something about move towards GB holders.
This could be big.
693  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: July 14, 2017, 12:35:37 PM
Byteball got pumped hard, but the big wall of China at least isn't in the orderbook anymore, I think the whale already accumulated or sold everything he wanted. Now the price will grow again.

Pumped? I think u meant to say Dumped.

Every smart person accumulate as we speak. Or already in. Please check last month give away, same time same dump. From 14-15 upwards we should see rise.

695  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Guide] Handling splits: UASFs, BIP148, etc. on: July 13, 2017, 10:36:49 PM
I have a question about  wallets which use different services to send/recieve bitcoin.  No client except the bitcoin-core client uses the full chain downloaded.

Will coin AT REST be safe in all these wallets which store the private keys on your device (not web based -etc).

Jaxx
Copay
mycelium
Electrum
multibit
etc,

For how long will they be safe?  Will any of these wallets, when a coin is spent, be using a different version?  Is there any timeline or statements from each of these wallets on their chain usage?  Copay uses Bitpay, etc.  maybe could someone put together a comprehensive list of which networks and what they will adopt?

some info on electrum.
http://docs.electrum.org/en/latest/hardfork.html

Any help or input would be great peace of mind!  thz

Add trezor to this list as hd wallet.

Jeeezzz, let me tell you guys...this is so crappy thing its really scares the shit out of me.

Patience is nearly done for bitcoins and jihad and gang. I did try to be patient. But rollercoaster last months is just unnecesary.

If btc wont die because of some greedy miners than we fine. But otherwise btc will become another shitcoin. Anyone will be able to force people to what ever he wont.

697  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: July 13, 2017, 11:25:17 AM
Tony as Dev add one small thing for future rounds.

It will get interesting for Gbytes holders.

The 8th round is scheduled for the full moon of August (Aug 7, 2017 at 18:10 UTC). The balances will be snapshotted at the time of the first Bitcoin block after this date, and rules for this round are as indicated above. We will likely have more rounds until we distribute all 98%, the rules in the future rounds will change in favor of current holders of bytes.
698  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: July 12, 2017, 09:03:00 PM
Wall is there to scare others.
To limit those who want to sell for good price. People will sell for what ever price will be. Thats how accumulation works.

Big walls like that are meant to scare others. Psychological thing.
699  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: July 12, 2017, 06:35:56 PM

I think if we all just calm down a bit....

Noobs dumping gbytes. No one serious will dump at this price.
its typical after airdrop.

Please give it a time and everything will recover.
Also btc situation not helping.
