What if defaulted account owners try to get it back with a signed message from their BTC address? I guess incase of this, you will repay the original amount , right? then you can show them proof that account was given as collateral for loan that was never repaid and collateral was sold buy the lender, also i will confirm this and post proofs about this if needed |
