@FFI2013
Yes run power to the motherboard molex. You can test it by removing this connection than start your PC.
Thank You

I checked the bios for a setting like that this morning and didn't find anything.  I will check one more time this evening to be sure.   I have another board on the way so I will swap in the new board and see what happens.

The slot that is causing trouble is the x16 slot.  All the x1 slots are functioning properly (4 out of 5 are populated).

Thanks!
I dont no if this helps but the x16 slot is the main gpu slot is onboard graphics disabled I no some ppl where saying with it enabled they where having problems, I have one of these cards that I'm about to put together and my other rigs have and this will also have powered usb risers the question is should I run power to the motherboard molex even with poered risers  thanks

706  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [PASC] PascalCoin, deletable blockchain & bank account system [PASA] on: February 19, 2017, 12:49:47 PM
Ok I asked both coinmine and miningpoolhub to consider opening a pool lets see what happens and in miningpoolhub thread I also suggested to distribute accounts after mining x amount of coins so ppl can get accounts because as of now the only two pools aren't what I don't understand is they are just collecting these accounts if ppl cant get their own account or two to move coins off the exchanges and start using their own wallets this coin wont grow than what good is all the accounts that they collected going to do
707  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL] Mining Pool Hub - Multipool. Multialgo, Auto Exchange to any coin. on: February 19, 2017, 12:33:48 PM
Would you consider adding a PASC coin pool there's only two now nano and suprnova and nano is hitting 90% of the blocks in a hour I believe they are over 50% having a 3rd pool would be a lot of help the other issue is accounts in order to get a account you need to mine a block than the block reward is 100 coins and 5 accounts so ppl are having problems getting accounts the pools aren't giving them to the miners if you could figure out system lets say after you mine x amount of coins you get a account ppl would change to your pool in a min thank you
708  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [PASC] PascalCoin, deletable blockchain & bank account system [PASA] on: February 19, 2017, 12:34:20 AM
I dont understand everyone was complaining about nanopool now it seem they are hitting 90% of the block with 3 times the amount of miners arent they over the 50%

Is this exploit city then?
Double spending and all that?

Please stop spreading fud, there is no exploit anymore.  They just have the most hash, miners need to move over to suprnova. Suprnova will be distributing accounts too
They are simply doing what is most beneficial to them. No big deal. Game theory on its prime!
I think what we need to do is build a community pool the pool fee's go to the dev to help development and the donation fee's can go to pay the server than we can send account's to miners and community members look nano just hit 100 blocks in a hr thats 500 accounts what are doing collecting them

The only problem with nanopool is dishonesty. It has the biggest hashrate of this coin, why can't it play fair? why need to hold block, time attack, swap chain and all kind of manipulation for this coin. The dev tried to put timestamp on node calls to make the attack glaring as you can see on version 1.5.0  but still unable to deter nanopool.

A solution perhaps is to make big miners opt to solomine again. If only someone can create a stratum proxy for solo that uses sgminer. I know it exist, just nobody is sharing.
We have to figure something out this coin has potential and I no ppl would use it if we can get them accounts and split this mining up a little

I have a few questions the first is I edit the config file for start.bat than I have to edit the config files in claymore and the bat files in either sgminer or optimer than click start.bat and good to go but could I use a bat file in claymore and I no the miners can be updated but if I want to can I add the sgminer that supports monero just change the folder to sgminer-xmr than add a bat with %~dp0sgminer.exe and the rest Thanks

at claymore you need to only edit the config.txt
currently only sgminer pasc supported. in the upcoming versions i will add support for all sgminer with custom directory and algo.
K thanks

713  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Mining OS] SimpleMining.net - BETA UPGRADE 2-7% performance boost on: February 18, 2017, 01:49:14 PM
I've pretty much tried them all maybe your could sell keys like pimp $25 a key and minera implemented advertising to help pay if you dont like to see the adds than you can pay to have them removed I no some ppl will say I have to pay twice but the advertising part is to pay for the remote management of your rigs I also used multiminer which the dev no longer updates and removed the apps from the store which you could use multiminer for free but to remotely monitor and change pools is was $10 for like 5 rigs.
Or maybe you could do something like $25 a year for x rigs and more for more I no you put alot of time and skills into this and its one of the best and easiest mining rig OS the thing is I feel better about paying a yearly fee or something only because buy the time you add claymore or optiminer fee the pool fee than a OS fee I just feel like I'm getting fee'ed to death. But whatever you decide Im sure will be fair

715  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's Dual Ethereum Miner NO DevFee WatchDog/Proxy on: February 13, 2017, 01:38:49 PM
Personally I think zcash should pay the dev fee out of the 20% tax they put on us miners it's bullshit I stopped mining zcash because they launched with no good miner no win wallet a bugging shitty Linux miner than we have to pay 20% tax another 1% to the pool and 2% to the miner dev F zcash I hope it keeps dropping to 0
716  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's ZCash AMD GPU Miner v11.1 (Windows/Linux) on: February 13, 2017, 01:22:29 PM
We are all on "borrowed time" pretty much when it comes to mining. Our only catch at success is to sell ZEC, buy BTC and keep it and hope SEC approves the ETF and bitcoin goes to $10,000/coin.

You say that because you want to grab all the coins at a lower price because near this month zec price will go very high!

Maybe ETH or ETC, but not ZEC.

ZEC will not go very high because every month there is a large percentage of supply entering the market.

The price is at all time lows...but the market cap is at all time highs. All because of the daily supply of 7,200 ZEC coins.

So price will keep going down? Is it better to just sell. I made ~ $180 for the month of Jan and now I sit $190 for 12 days. I basically been mining to keep up with price drop.

Nop, claymore release will pump the coin. By the end of this month, zec will be in the range of 50$-75$

You really don't understand how mining works do you?

You really know all the markets react with news? good news pump, bad news dump! Are we expecting bad or good news?

For everyone using another miner than Claymore it's definitely bad news. Even for us it's not only good news. Load on cards and probably also power usage will rise and the higer hashrate will in big parts be compensated by higher difficulty.

While waiting for Claymore's turbo-charged 12v, I am using Optiminer v1.6.2 ~ I am speechless.... this one runs like Usain Bolt and my Hawaii and Fiji cards are having a field day!
what OS and drivers are u running my 290 doesn't get near my 390 I tried optiminer 1.6.1 and my cards keep freezing so I switched back to claymore
717  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Zcoin (XZC) - Implementing Zerocoin technology for financial privacy on: February 13, 2017, 01:15:18 PM
Does anyone no how older r9 cards perform on this I have 290and390 and thinking of switching but I hate losing a day of mining to optimize my cards to a new coin
718  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Zclassic, Zcash Fork No Premine, No 20% Founders Tax on: February 12, 2017, 12:28:09 AM
What I don't get is there taking 20% of every block yet zcash was launched with no win wallet a shitty bugging Linux wallet no miner yet we still have to pay claymore or optiminer for a good miner OK what the f did they do or are doing to make this money what pumped this coin for months before launch that's all they did
719  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [SUPPORT] CoinMine.pl Pools Support Thread on: February 11, 2017, 01:11:28 PM

720  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Kindly suggest some good Graphic card on: February 10, 2017, 02:38:46 PM
How are the 470 reference cards from what I read they are easier to find roms for am I correct or is there a brand that seems to be best I'm only asking because I have older cards and what to upgrade because of power cost but out of my cards my gigabyte has been running solid now for two years with zero problems my sapphires sometimes hangs or crashes if I push it to much
