701  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: ŁTCrash - Crowdsourced, bustabit-like litecoin casino on: January 20, 2018, 07:03:59 PM
Yes, a single investor can only own up to 50%.
I will have 15% ownership and will put 20 LTC in the bankroll
Is there any way to check out the legitimacy of those people who did invest on? Or the address being used for that crowdsourcing? Just to be transparent if those money being transferred or investors are real ones not just good for visual thing.I do have still the doubts since because i have seen your previous announcement thread seems like no one is interested but you did manage to have lots of people invested on.

Thanks for asking. I have launched a beta test for investors. It has been up for 24 hours now. I think the best way to check our legitimacy is to check out the beta ourself:
http://dev.ltcrash.com:3841
You will find the investors there, testing, and playing for fun.

Please do not send funds to any account in the beta! (You CAN send funds on the crowdsale site)
So anything won until the official launch date in this beta test phase can not be withdrawn?
Are you a former player of bustabit or a former owner of ltcrash since it needed to change their name for not being mistaken to be part of or affiliated to bustabit & bustadice?
702  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: January 20, 2018, 06:58:46 PM
New Castle just scored and they just might get one point from the next league champions of the 2018 season.
Manchester City is only one goal up now.
The Castle goal was a beautiful goal though. Wink
703  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC 220: Miocic vs Ngannou Info and Prediction Thread on: January 20, 2018, 05:39:28 PM
Stipe Miocic vs. Francis Ngannou is a tough match to pick a winner.

They both are powerhouses and Ngannou is a very fast puncher. He managed to land 17 punches in a little under 9 seconds which I think is a record in UFC punch counts. Atleast in the heavy weight division.

Miocic is fast but he doesn't go in with a fury of punches but is more calculating with where he lands those punches.
So in reality he is a tactical fighter so he is deadly to let the fight go on past 3 rounds.

SATURDAY TREBLE BOOST!!! Manchester City, Atlético Madrid and Manchester United!

Are you ready for some super Saturday soccer? Just one hour until Man Utd face Burnley, why not make it a Treble for the day?!

Burnley v Manchester United
Atlético Madrid v Girona
Manchester City v Newcastle

Make a treble Multi-Bet with ONLY Manchester United, Atletico Madrid and Manchester United as the Match Winner selections on the 1x2 market and we will boost the price to 2.50!

For more info

I'm a huge football fan mate and based on current form and the league positions what with the end of the season rapidly approaching, that looks a decent treble on paper at a good price.
Just too bad that Atletico Madrid ruined it early on for this boost already.
One of the manchesters are still to go but it is pointless since one of the picks you had to made already lost early on.

I am beginning to think these boosts are sort of fixed to make it look like you are going to make something back in these sort of promotional betting boosts.
But in reality you are not.
Just look at the austrailian open on as well.
That one was a loss for anyone who took them up on that boost from a small amount.
The original odd for Del Porto was 1.71x and they only boosted it to 1.85x and not the 2.00x like they normally would of done.
And he lost!

Not worth it one bit, but this is my humble opinion.
Do what it is that you wish fellow gamblers! Grin
705  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: January 20, 2018, 05:28:45 PM
Surprised that Manchester United won today.
They just barely made it to sqeak out a win with a late goal, as it seems they mean to do in the dying minutes of the match to keep their fans on their toes right til the end of the games and their butts in their seats. Cheesy

Too bad for Everton going winless in the their last few matches though. Undecided

And the Arsenal game was funny with how many goals they put in the first quarter of the half.
Arsène Wenger is a mad man! Grin
706  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔶 YOLOdice.com 🔶 LTC Wagering Competition, over 45 LTC prize pool! on: January 19, 2018, 07:33:56 PM
I have just pushed an update to the web app. It should feel much faster now.

There was an issue that caused the web page to slow-down after a while, hopefully it's solved now.

And yep, it seems to work.

Another news: yahoo(8130) dominated the competition by wagering over 675 LTC, but the prize pool is now almost 60 LTC, which means the prizes will likely be 3x higher than listed!!!!!
Somebody mentioned that earlier on the second or third day of the competition while it was already underway.
The prize pool being 3x higher would be only towards the first place winner or for all places in the competition that make it in the 20 slots available?
707  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: January 19, 2018, 07:20:20 PM
Borussia  Dortmund needs to get back on track although their chances are slim now and they are only fighting for a place in champions league this year. These two teams if you see the statistics 90% of the time has produced 2 goals or more and out of this 70% both teams to score. The safe bet for tonight is total goals OVER 2.
I was looking at the match today and wondering why Borussia Dortmund's odds were so hight.
After reading about all the comments about what their team is going through right now, I can see why they are subpar now and not in league with Bayern Munich dominance as they were last season.
Last time I bet on them to win they lost that game badly and without a goal.
So I am so very wary to bet on them again. Even with all these changes being made, I am not about to get burnt twice on a bet like that one on BvB.
708  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: January 19, 2018, 07:13:25 PM
There's something wrong with Chelsea this year but I can't put my finger on it.  Is it Conte or the underperforming squad?

But the thing is Conte is very frustrated since the beginning of the season because he was unable to acquire the players he wanted.

And there are rumors that Allegri is already earmarked to replace Conte at the end of the season.
and what will make it worse is that the FIFA are investigating them for Signing 25 minors so they could be hit with a transfer ban so they need to sign couple more players this winter before they could be banned because they already missing depth in the squad with Real Madrid hovering on their Stars it will not be looking great for them for the upcoming seasons . They should make real Transfer with Batshuayi wanting to leave and Andy Caroll as replacement is definitely not a good idea I rather see Batshuayi stays and guess who their second target Benteke whom only scored just a single goal this season in like 17 games so Chelsea needs to more class center back.

Why didn't they try to appease Diego Costa is beyond me.  He's a great striker.  And to add to Chelsea's problems, PSG are keen on acquiring Kante this summer.

Anyway, I made another possible stupid bet.  Burnely at home to win vs Manchester United, +1 at 1.84.  No idea why, but I think Burnley can hold for some reason.  Lol.  :p
I think this is the reason why I didn't take Manchester United to win this match.
Burnely at home is an unknown to be honest because Manchester United always seem to ruin things for themselves going into a match being over confident and underestimating their rivals.
That is not a way to start a match even if they are on a winning streak, which they are on one and playing at someone's own home field, they have the advantage.
And they should be going into this match thinking this.
Just be always attentive to what your opponent is doing during the match and not just think you are capable of winning the match at any given moment.
As this is always the case with Manchester United has been over and over again every season.
709  Economy / Gambling / Re: Legal Risks of Cryptocurrency Based Gambling Ventures on: January 19, 2018, 05:05:57 AM
You can not operate without a license for one.
And two, you can not have a casino in the United States.
Because each individual has their own set of laws against anyone who is wanting to start their own casinos.
They are either governmentally owned establishments with their liquor and lotteries commissions or are owned by a very large chain of other casinos.
Then if some are not, you need to battle with the native casinos. Because it is their land and they have dibbs on who operates a casino on their own land or not.
It doesn't matter if it is cryptocurrency that is used & their own token system or not.
710  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: January 19, 2018, 05:00:09 AM
Can not believe we had our very first favorite of the A.O to exit the tournament so soon.
Stan Wawrinka was atleast expected to make it closer to the semi finals as there is about two weeks left to go.

Very bad luck for him to not put up much of a challenge for such a poor player he was defeated by. Sad
711  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin casino. Have anyone played them? Are they trustable? on: January 18, 2018, 07:46:32 PM
I would never deposit anything in a brand new casino because you never know just how long they will be online for.
They could be gone tomorrow.
Nobody knows with these type of sites that can be literally fly-by-night operations.
Just be wary before sending you crypto to any of these kind of sites and just do your due diligence.
You will be just fine.  Grin
712  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bookie - The world’s first decentralized betting exchange on: January 18, 2018, 04:05:29 PM
It is only limited as an app?
And who is the team exactly who are behind this PPY betting exchange?
It is a new venture in the market so just wish you had done an ICO for it or something like this when I first hear about this.
It is a different take on your normal sportsbetting site/app from a peer to peer interface.
713  Economy / Gambling / Re: ManyCoins.net - EASY-WIN GAME. Win now: BTC ETH LTC ZEC XMR DASH on: January 18, 2018, 03:28:35 PM
Very interesting name for a site but it makes it's intentions quite clear with it, never the less. Cheesy

I like that many more casinos that are coming out are beginning to realize that people are wanting to spend other alt coins they hold rather than their bitcoin because of the amount it costs to send them in the place is sometimes more they are willing to send over to these new crypto gambling sites so to test them out and see if they like the site or not.
Because I won't be sending more than 2mbtc to a new site and in the end it costs 1mbtc to send it in transactions fees alone.
So being able to use ZEC, XMR and LTC are a welcomed asset to a site if they are willing to accept them for a player's deposit.
Since they cost much less than sending bitcoin.
That is reason enough for me to give a site a try. Grin
714  Economy / Gambling / Re: The Bitconnect SCAM - DO NOT BUY BITCONNECTX on: January 18, 2018, 03:22:55 PM
Just to clear up what xplode78 had said had happened to them.

The bitconnect company did not close. Their lending platform did close.
The company has rebranded and will be an exchange using what they built up from the lending platform in these BCC tokens and will be using that as whatever they plan on doing with them.
Maybe they want to be contenders to what binance has done as they have had over 5 million sign ups in the past month or how ever it took them to achieve this mark in a customer base.

What they will be doing next is still up in the air and should be trend with caution if you want to continue on with them and hold their tokens.
It seems that alot of their members have made their decision and sell off their shares in BCC and have moved on.

That is their own right and the decision they have chosen.
As with every other ICO/token/alt coin out there.

You pick and choose which one you believe in and stick with them.
Through thick and the thin.

And at this moment and time, bitconnect is walking a thin line right now. Embarrassed

Nice design.
It is very catchy and soothing to the eyes the background you use for the site.
And you accepting wagering on there with ether or bitcoin is a welcome addition for anyone who wishes to use the two which are common in the cryptocurrency world.
So easier to obtain from many different sources.
Well done and will be looking forward to your promotional giveaway.
Those are always nice to see as a good welcome bonus for joining up at the very start.

716  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: January 18, 2018, 12:05:38 AM
Today have won many favorites: Federer, A.Zverev, Wawrinka, Djokovic, Goffin, Berdich, Thiem, Del Potro.
Raonic was instead eliminated!
Those names were expected to go thru and advance to the next rounds. Those are all the favorites to win their matches.
But Raonic is always a let down in the first few rounds.
I think I only remember him getting to the semi-finals once last year but once again he was eliminated to not go thru to the quarter finals. Very sad performance as they always have him as the favorite in most of his matches but he can never seem to finish well.
717  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: January 17, 2018, 11:59:48 PM
This is a very bad day for the superior teams lose both on the very same day.
This is a shock to me as I do not ever remember seeing this happening before in my decades of watching La Liga games.

I remember Real Madrid losing last week as well.

Top teams are not doing well at the start of this new year for soccer in Spain.
Too much partying for the Spaniards perhaps?
718  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambler's mindset! on: January 17, 2018, 07:43:54 PM
If you win, they paid you with loss gambler !

For me gambling is addictive things especially when I see massive promo that encourage to deposit real money.
But luckily I can resist myself from those addictive behavior !
Well this is a known fact.
If you view it in this way then it can be called a ponzi scheme since they are using other's losses to pay off the winners.
But the house needs to put up a fair amount of capital to be able to start of with to pay those that actually do win in the beginning of their gambling sites.
719  Economy / Gambling / Re: Similar website at onehash on: January 17, 2018, 02:07:09 PM
From when I frequented OneHash early in 2016 it is a PvP type of betting site.
Your odds are dependent on the other players bet wagered amounts on those particular games.
So the odds shift according to how many and for how much those other players are betting on those games.

There is a site that is quite similar in that respect.
It is BetBTC.
They only deal with sports matches (which seem to be what you are interested in betting since Directbet.Eu majority of matches were just these) and unlike OneHash do not offer any other variables to wager on such as the price btc or esports.
Their thread is located here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=856175.0

Welcome to the gambling thread and enjoy your stay. Grin
720  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcointalk English Premier League Betting Pool v2.0 | Current pot: £420 on: January 17, 2018, 01:55:08 PM
I'll give it 24 hours and hopefully there'll be a bit of stability as it seems to have steadied a bit already but who knows what will happen during the rest of the day. Most people will send the money in on the day I send the address out but it'll likely take a couple to get every one in and I would rather people not decide to pay just because others paid much less than them (or the opposite).

I'm on with anything. Probably best to fix a rate close to the value on the day... marlboroza's suggestion of 0.0025 BTC sounds like the best.  Even if Bitcoin drops a further 20% it'll be enough-ish. We shouldn't worry though, by the time the league's over, BTC will be at a new ATH Wink

Mempool won't get any better than this too, so I'd rather make payments soonish, 151 sats/byte looks good enough for a 6-hour confirmation time right now.

15 games left so this will feel like a quickfire contest. Can't wait for a chance at >0.05 BTC!
I would for one be an "aye" vote to have it set to 0.0025btc for first entry fee to join.
It is a reasonable amount and I am pretty sure most seasoned gamblers here can afford this amount for this second round to begin.

Been waiting on hilariousetc to get back to me with the pm he is going to be sending out to the ones on the list from the OP with the btc address so to know where to send payment too.

Can't wait cause this is the first pool I have participated in for the EPL.
Pretty stoked. Smiley
