in regard to torcoin, which is a fork of zerocoin i found this commentary from Maurice P on Cryptonote: 1. Stealth address is a technique, which is most similar to ours. It is a protocol, which allows users to create one-time addresses (not linked to their main public key). Honestly, this is quite an old idea; researchers have reinvented it several times, as I recently noticed looking through the forums' posts and research papers. It may vary in implementation, but the underlying idea stays the same. The main advantage of CryptoNote is that one-time address is a DEFAULT option for sending/receiving payments. So you don't have to enable anything manually, the total anonymity is already provided. 2. CoinSwap, CoinJoin, DarkCoin. I've intentionally combined them, although they are not the same. In short, these are protocols allowing users to mix their payments with each others'. It can be done in a single transaction (CoinJoin) or through a transaction chain (CoinSwap). One can say this is what we do with our ring signature, which hides your actual outputs among others'. Leaving the math aside, a distinctive feature of our solution is its autonomy. You do not have to interact with other users, send anything to the network (except for your final transactions), wait for peers to sign your common mixing transaction, or worry about hiding your activity. Everything is already in the block chain; I imply all the past outputs (no matter, spent or not). So you can create your entire transaction even being offline. I just think he points to three protocols but only know the details of two of them (coinjoin and coinswap). My advice is to try latest AMD beta 14.7 RC1, check if it runs stable .. if not keep the generated bin from 14.7 and revert back to 14.4 |

what does that x 500 (--xintensity 500) precisely do ? i dont feel like blowing up my graphic card just to find out...  Increases the intensity, which, in other words, is about increasing the workload processed by the card. Whereas it's fine to express your opinion and criticize our decisions, we feel that some of your claims are rather imprecise. We feel that the move to X13 was announced well ahead with public statements made in quite literally every social media site and forum related to DIGIT, making the news exceptionally difficult to miss.
In the end, we declined only two addresses because those were sent in very late. 79 accounts were fully compensated. There were many reasons to move to X13 and we believe that the decision is justified.
For now, we're still here to stay but not pushing any huge changes in the near future. However, we might be looking into some visual re-designs and additional advertising for the coin. We're also actively keeping track of the coin's progress, fixing bugs, communicating with the community and searching for a lead developer as stated before. Furthermore, we're willing to motivate any contributors with significant amounts of DIG, warmly welcoming anyone willing to do their part in making DIGIT more advanced & popular.

guys i compiled that new version of sgminer that can go 30-40% faster with 14.6 catalyst, i did this on rest of rigs with windows with no problem... but problem with 6950...on xubuntu x64 when i enter --gpu-engine 900 to the bat, when i start bat --gpu-engine: unrecognized option i dont understand  is there some other commands for this? I have 1 6950 rig as well that did not get a performance boost from 14.6 + the tweaked miner, As my other rigs are 7950 based and these got a nice boost it seem the pre 79xx driver is unchanged . yeah only the new card gets the boost, I have been on the 4.2MH/s 280x djm miner since june 20, all you need is the new bin file people posted, I am still on 13.12 driver, the optimization is in the new opencl compiler, not in the driver itself. check this post as well : http://www.reddit.com/r/DRKCoin/comments/2bbqt3/holy_cow_batman_i_just_downloaded_the_new_sgminer/ |

But, in a corporate culture, it doesn't take much for some fat girl with self-esteem problems to walk by my desk, see a barely censored, half-naked girl, and run to HR about it. I didn't complain for plenty of pages. I only said something once it got too close to real porn for me to talk my way out of. Then I get attacked for it. Like it or not, there are a lot of people who read this thread, looking for news and information about Darkcoin. Which I believe in, have invested in, and would like to be able to get information on. Didn't expect saying my opinion as a darkcoiner will make it worse and even praised by one of the Dev team "Chaotic".
After reading what Evan has created I believed in what he's planning on doing and he's vision on making this coin big. Didn't take me a day before I moved all my bitcoin's from stamp to mintpal "I even created a mintpal account to buy darkcoin!" I also was the one who moved the price up 10% last month in one hit from $10-11.5. I saw how Evan giving us updates and didn't care about price dropping at all bcuz I know it's just pool's dumping their not much coins to pay their miners with BTC/LTC for now.
When this continues is just hurts the coin's more than making some people happy looking into these pictures, please take it else where as I myself don't c how darkcoin can be bigger with nudes at all, I know most of you here don't care about me and don't give sh!t about my opinions but if this keeps going i'll put my coins for sale at my break even and go back to bitcoin or perhaps another coin.
