721  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin vs "Dot Com 'bubble'" on: January 05, 2018, 02:36:23 PM
Bitcoin can not be compared with dot com, because it seems to me that bitcoin is already the next step in the Internet business. Since there is a huge experience obtained since the late 90's, bitcoin thoroughly and deeply penetrated our consciousness and convinced that it is the future. I think bitcoin is an excellent business idea that will certainly continue to develop.
I would rather say the blockchain technology is next in the internet business but bitcoin will always be a part of the day.

We could have been in a bubble recently or some may still feel we are in a bubble, but this is a market that is driven by supply and demand and as long as what you are holding is always going to be useful and solves a huge problem, which I believe bitcoin and some other coins will do, then I would not classify it as a dot com bubble kind of thing.
722  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin domination era is over? on: January 05, 2018, 02:07:50 PM
Hi,
Bitcoin domination is under 40% and Ripple is exploding.
Do you think we are witnesses of the End of Bitcoin Domination Era? Is this a sign of bitcoin going down the drain?
No... Bitcoin was at 66% market domination before it started dropping to 36% market domination. Bitcoin lost the market domination because of the transaction issues such as high transaction fees and very slow transaction speed. And now Bitcoin Lightning Network is here to speed up the bitcoin transaction speed with ZERO transaction fee. Very soon bitcoin will be back on the track and this time no mercy bitcoin is going to dominate 80% of the cryptocurrencies market. Cheesy
I really cannot wait for what the announcement of the Lightening Network would cause for the dominance of bitcoin. Honestly, it was becoming seriously frustrating and annoying with the network fees and longtime of transaction, but with the LN introduced, come on !

We all know the huge level to the moon this is going to end up creating. I would not be bothered about the alts trying to do good now, it is best to watch out for the moment when bitcoin takes over.
723  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to overcome the fear of holding? on: January 04, 2018, 06:54:00 PM
If you really believe in the project there is nothing that comes between your motivation and selling your good coins, there are some real solid projects that you need to hold on to, one of my very big bags is VEN/VET, it is one of the best if not the best project out there, huge partnerships and many usecases, I am convinced it will reach at least a 3 bil marketcap in the coming months, one of the better ICOs and projects yet to come is Daneel.io, I love the idea behind it and I think it will be a huge benefit in cryptoworld.
Yes, your belief in a project is what would make you to be rest assured that you are making the right decisions and also give you the assurance that you are not going to be losing anything while holding the coin for a long term.

Some of the coins in the next few years would not be the same thing as they are today which is something to have a rest of mind, that looking back, every good coin, always end up getting huge.

Some times back, I used to experience huge fear of holding, but with experience, when I understood that there is really no point being scared as the coins will still get pumped and rise back up, then I see it as a way to encourage myself whenever anything is happening to any of the coin I am holding and over time, I got used to that fact that whatever goes down, will still come back up. I am holding for now and I have no plan to sell soon anyway.
724  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Site on: January 04, 2018, 06:10:27 PM
bro i think bittrex beter , i am also use this site like 1 year+ . all program nice , you chak this bittrex.com
As long as you are good, you can make use of any good exchange and bittrex is not the only one. In fact, if you really want to go into proper trading and be able to have good number of coins to trade, then you can make use of at least 2 to 3 trading platforms for good number of reasons and then use their APIs on sites like coinigy so you can have the whole platforms in one single place and then trade on the go. For starters though, you can try bittrex or binance.
725  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest $500 in Altcoins on: January 04, 2018, 11:28:04 AM
I wanna invest $500 in Altcoins. Which one do you prefer? I was thinking of Waves, Eth and Neo.
if your looking for long term you can try eth but the price just rise recently for the price to rise again maybe it will take few months or more
ETH still have a huge chance of rising the more and so far with the present bull run, I would rather get in since it is long term or just wait for a while to see some correction as well as some consolidation and get, hopefully it does not get hugely past the value it has already been.

Most of the cryptos are really going to be having a good year anyway, so I will consider this a good time to get into some of them. The trend had changed a lot compared to last year. Altcoins were not profitable in long term but now a days, in long term altcoins are fetching good ROI.

726  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to earn 30usd to 100 usd per day ! on: January 04, 2018, 08:35:59 AM
Dear all,
I am new and i want to know there is possible way to earn 30 to 100 usd per day without capital or with small amont of money ?
Thank you so much

Lots of people in crypto are looking for newbies like you can who be easy scammed.

I advise you to stop looking for easy money.
Yes, those who have been looking for easy money always end up being scammed at the end of the day. There is no easy money generally in life and you just have to work hard for it. For someone looking to earn that much without huge amount of money and hard work will at the end of the day end up losing that small amount of money anyway. So, it is best to just work and earn and stop looking to put money somewhere and expecting huge profit from it.
727  Economy / Economics / Re: What you think about bitcoin and other cryptos in 2018 on: January 04, 2018, 08:03:41 AM
It will be big this year since crypto currencies already gained so many attention in 2017 and a lot of ICO is coming out, its going to be another great year for crypto, I think crypto investment is going to be bigger than stock investment
Bitcoin and crypto have shown some pretty huge prospects in the year that has passed with absolutely a lot of new room to grow even more. With a lot of ICOs that popped out last year and so much coming up, the crypto space is going to be entirely huge and no matter the attack from the government, this is a space that is here to be already and I would not imagine something very huge affecting it negatively.

Even bitcoin has lost its dominance to below 60%, I guess bitcoin is the center of attraction for new crypto investors in 2018 too. I believe we can expect similar to 2017  growth in coming months.
728  Economy / Economics / Re: Economical World Of Bitcoin And Its Difficulties on: January 03, 2018, 05:58:25 PM
From many months i am thinking about what if " we remove fiat system , and change things into crypto " .. What are the main difficulties we will face ?

1. Internet every where is not yet done.
2. Awareness with Crypto ( but its not a big thing, as most are aware of how to use currency. )
3. Bitcoin is only 21,000,000 and world population is more. ( This can fix by other altcoins same like USD/RUB/CNY etc )

What other difficulties we can face ?

One currency economy would lead to nothing but war, destruction and obstruction. One more problem that the crypto economy might face would be the results causes by the end of net neutrality. And to add to your first point, internet is essential but there are not enough resources for people, so care about internet later first, let the being live peacefully. Spreading an awareness to people about crypto would be something that would be impossible to do, everyone has their own understandings, it'd take forever for any economy to embrace crypto as it's main currency. There are tons of issues, we are just not seeing them.
One currency economy should even be the last thing anyone should ever want to think of. This will not work unless it remains decentralized still.

Every country will still have their own currency anyway and just like we have it already globally with USD being placed as the global currency, it can still work without issues, but we cannot really say what the outcome would really be like at the end, but until then if it eventually happens at all.
729  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin gambling is legal? on: January 03, 2018, 02:06:27 PM

Gambling through websites legality isn't yet defined in lots of countries around the world since some doesn't mind or doesn't prohibits online gambling whether other are strictly refusing it and considering it as felony  and from the top of my head i can say that China , Malaysia , Russia and of course the US banned internet gambling in different ways .
So if fiat gambling situation is still as shady or as prohibited in most of the world , then bitcoin gambling wouldn't be any clearer .
There you go, the best explanation.
To make it more simpler in most countries like India the laws on bitcoins are not yet firm let alone gambling with bitcoins and actually if you follow your country's laws and pay your taxes on winning then I don't think you should sweat a drop in the worry of legalization and all.

Moreover, since this topic has been touched, I would say a lot of illegal gambling has been done lately.
730  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can maths help you win in gambling ? on: January 03, 2018, 08:40:32 AM
Math/statistics can raise the odds of you winning as far as gambling. I'd never do the digital casino thing, though. I use online for sportsbetting and go to a casino for anything else. Good luck!

Yeah I definitely agree in this, maths can help when it comes to sports betting and some card games (poker). As far as slot games go.. I wouldn't trust any system when it comes to that! Roulette and black jack i only play at land based casinos.
I sort of agree with you because there are times when a person needs to calculate various aspects in poker or even sometimes in Blackjack because there are times when you are tempted to hit the next card while actually holding back is the rather better option mathematically but mostly it's all about luck and the control over one's gambling.

Personally I do find that maths can help you in rather restricting yourself from gambling because one who knows math will quickly realize that winning against a house edge is almost impossible and in the favor of the house. Apart from that maths I cannot think of any other way in the helping of a gambler, yeah sometimes it can be good to calculate parlay bets and sometimes to do arbitrage.
731  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Etherdelta Token sale, will you buy it? on: January 03, 2018, 07:43:14 AM
Etherdelta is running a token sale, will you buy it and do you think is worth it. Why don't they focus on security of the website first , People have complained after the website compromised of their stolen tokens and Ethers yet nothing is done, and here they are running a token sale.

Never heard that EtherDelta is running a token sale, but I'm not buying it though. Main reason is that there are a lot of tokens already and it serves no purpose for me. So I don't know how much it will be worth. If they are trying to raise funds, does it mean that they are not profiting after all this years?

Maybe the reason for them offering tokens is to really raise some funds. I agree that they have to improved their security and their support because hackers are really targeting cryptos because of the huge amount that they can stole. However, I think they already did step up their security after what happens a few weeks ago.
Yes, and that calls for questioning though. They have made so much over the years and there is no doubt about that.
They already have a platform running and I do not see how they would not have just simply make the platform better with the amount they have raised even if that is the main reason for the crowd sale or if they just want to give people the chance to be part of the Etherdelta project.

I am just hearing it though, but I will probably take a look. Few dollars for a project that could be worth it hugely later on may not be a bad idea if they are able to convince me enough.
732  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to find coins with potential on: January 01, 2018, 08:47:52 AM
finding for the best coins with a potential you shoul a knowledge  regarding on how to check their ptentials. You may check it on the market like etherselta or coinmarketcap.Searching and reading are main source for checking on it.
There is no way to even know a potential coin unless you have a good knowledge about the coin and you are sure within yourself that it is going to end up to be a very good coin to hold for the long run. We cannot all predict the future and most coins will not end up well, that is for sure, but one thing is that those with a good team, good product and good development would make a great hold.
733  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO is new way to get Free money? on: January 01, 2018, 07:45:58 AM
There are no free in this world. You just need to work hard and I think that ICO is a new way to earn money easily.
Exactly, there is nothing free in this world. It is either you are risking some good amount of money or you are going to be waiting some good amount of time before you even get anything from it. Any shit could have happened at this time as you can either lose it or gain more and if you are gaining more, then that is not free, considering the time and resources you have put in.
734  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 0.05 Ether tx fee, is ethereum getting mad? on: December 30, 2017, 07:55:28 AM
Whether you set up too expensive service fee, such poundage is obviously too expensive. Is the gas value unreasonable? Huh

it is,

what i am supposed to do with such a high fee and interexchange transfers are even cheaper something i am doing wrong

maybe its because i still didnt updated this wallet

regards
that is crazily high, but I still did a transfer from MEW wallet yesterday and I was not charged up to that. In fact I was charged around 0.002ETH instead and my transaction did not take that long to get confirmed. 0.05ETH ? That is a whole lot. If you have your private keys, why not try making use of MEW instead as that at least should be able to solve your problem. The network should not be that congested to take such a huge one.

Always check https://ethgasstation.info/ for the appropriate gwei to use.
Even from here, https://ethgasstation.info, the gas price that you are supposed to pay is not as much as that and it does not even show much congestion in the network. Probably, there is something about the wallet that is wrong and you may need to use another one. I can imagine cheaper showing 0.05ETH, I then wonder what faster is going to be showing.
735  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What about 2018 ICOs on: December 30, 2017, 04:36:05 AM
I think ModulTrade is really interecting one. Did anyone also check it?
Modultrade would really be a good one. I am looking at Hdac as well. Modul already has a product with a service being rendered, but who knows ?

It is the ICO world, and we cannot really predict much. There are a lot of interesting ICOs but one still have to be careful. I am so much particular about the team anyway with the belief that no matter how interesting the project is, the team would be the one to the good job and not the coin itself.
736  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: With how much should i start on: December 29, 2017, 06:32:21 PM
There is no such amount to start. As per my experience in bitcoin trade invest the amount which didn't hurt you.
Yes, you can start with anything as long as you have the training and knowledge to start but that does not mean that any amount goes as you need at least about $100 or thereabout to start trading pretty well and anything lower than that would make you to be missing chances of a good trade while waiting on one.

The knowledge is very important though and you should remember that the lower you go, the easier it is for you to lose what you have.
737  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do we need to gamble? on: December 29, 2017, 08:54:29 AM
personnally, i see Gambling as a source of fun. I do not feel a serious need to it i just do it to make my self better and to have some suspense.
I do not know why other people needs gambling.
I wish everyone can see it as fun. I just feel this is the idea which we have so much placed in our head so that we do not at least end up as addicts. Sometimes, I really do ask myself why we gamble, since we can actually have all this fun without betting any amount anyway but then I end up finding out that the idea of winning or losing in your head itself is the game and where the fun comes.
738  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: the future of gambling on: December 29, 2017, 08:13:43 AM
Internet played a major role in transforming the gambling industry with the spread of online casino, sport betting and other kinds of remote gambling that uses computer, tablets and smartphones. In the coming year, more gambling innovations will be offered using only our fingertips.
Yes, I want to add that social media also have done the same contribution as internet has done. Basically, people became aware about gambling from such social sites where the representative of gambling sites post for free and people visit them to have fun in their lives. I don’t think that gambling needs more renovation than this because it is already there where it has to be.

In my view, in near future people may start ignoring gambling as they do get some other entertainment which will be more than enough for them to lead a stress-free life style.
739  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Strong Sell Signal at breaking $16,000 on: December 28, 2017, 07:26:41 PM
This is the brandly New Year Dip's, lmao.
Anyway, just lets see how it goes, i dont think that this dip will last for much time, just lets see how it goes.
And if last until the next year, i dont think why you all are worried about this.
We all knew that there was always going to be a dip after a huge pump.
That is just it for now, we just keep seeing how this goes and even if the bulls finally win clearly, I will still like to keep my doubts in one corner.

There is a lot of uncertainty right now but I believe that this is for a good course to the next line of action to new ATHs. Like you said, we all knew there would be one as the value just keeps going on and on without some very good time to correct. Now we just had the real big correction.
740  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you think its the right time to sell Bitcoin ? on: December 28, 2017, 11:41:37 AM
Absolutely not to sell your money now especially with the fact that bitcoin has not yet had the duration of correction so the value is still increasing. Really it's a big mistake if someone sells his bitcoin now, how he resonate and how he think to make such a decision. Finally, I am addressing to all the people of this forum, try always to hold your bitcoin the maximum and never to sell them in any circumstances and under any problem.
There is still a lot of room for bitcoin to grow in some years to come and we will see some level of magnificent increase.

It cannot happen overnight for sure as there would still be some crazy moments in between but we should always remember that the tough guys last like the ones who have been holding for a very long time now. No one can force anyone on what to do, but whoever is looking at the high top, should know better.
