To all of you dumping. If someone bought 4,5btc worth of Cinni at 24500 in one go, he's a fool? Or not?
Yes he is fool. :-) I dumped at 30K just to buy more BC. Cinni pump has ended yesterday if you guys haven't noticed, there are millions of other coins to be pumped by whales, currently DRK and NC2. Whale know that it's too risky to pump too long if there are already so many bagholders after shakeout. BC is holding at around 30K just because people understand that it will grow in value due to CoinKite and other real projects which will guarantee mass adoption of the coin.

What is the algorithm of this shitcoin? I have not found this anywhere. Scrypt,X11,SHA256?

Which one is the best OSC pool currently? I tried to mine on Dsync but that's extremely slow frontend. Also backend stratum is not a miracle. My 32Gh AsicMiner BlockErupter runs maximum 28Gh. On Ghash.io I am getting average speed cca 32,5Gh.

BTW new version of CCMiner 0.9 released including Windows build: https://github.com/cbuchner1/ccminer/releases/tag/v0.9. Nothing new regarding MNR, just that this is first official windows binary release from CBuchner. I tested on MNR and works, currently running on it.

Dam my luck . I tried solo last 24 hours and found 2 blocks but they were rejected (can the cgminer_heavy be used to solo right ? ) anyway I connected now to nonce to give it a try to split the hash and in less than an hour I found a block and I got 2 coins . Well that's my life xD. Glad to see we are going to get an exchange, I will be able to dump my 2 coins LOLZ ! Cheers! Please hold like a boss, 2MNR dump might shake the market at CryptoAltex. :-)

It is very funny to see how miners react to decreasing block reward. Many just leave, so diff drops. Then new miners join, diff again up...then block reward drops...some go away again. :-) So as a result, I'm constantly mining 300MNR every 24 hours no matter what is the block reward hehe. I wonder what the diff will be when block drops to 50MNR if by then we don't get listed on some exchange and the price skyrockets so everybody will want to mine few MNR's. :-) I hope one day 1MNR = 1LAMBO haha.

This is strong healthy upward movement. Should continue over the next few weeks. Any crashes should be very minor and will bounce back quickly. 100k easy this month.
Hehe, tell this fairytail to little children. This is pure P&D. We have already seen this huge pump at BlackCoin. Whales have enough money and patience to pump this coin to heaven. Just don't be surprised of that huge red candle which pops-up unexpectedly.

Good coin by idea, bad coin by maintenance but I'm not complaining Good because Heavycoin has received all the maintenance it has required so far. and we will continue to maintain it. There have been no bugs and the coin has handled huge swings in difficulty without getting stuck or needed a hard fork. That's very good for a coin that is not a copy and paste and actually experiments with several new ideas. For those suggesting the idea that the devs should override the democratic aspect of Heavycoin and taper the block reward, you are going to be very disappointed. This is not "maintenance" and such development won't be happening because it would go against Heavycoin's democratic principle of having the block reward decided by decentralized block reward voting. It's entirely sensible for current miners to mine as much as possible before the limit phase, if that's what they have democratically decided. For all those who want to fork the HEFTY1 cryptographic hash and get the power savings advantages. We don't mind as that serves as a form of promotion for Heavycoin. Stay tuned for an upcoming anoucement from our new head of marketing and promotion. Dear Keccak, where have you been for the last month? Spending IPO earnings on Bali? Or was this silence part of your strategy to bring the price to total bottom, buy the coins cheap and now hyping it up with some "pre-announcement"? I'm already getting tired of these pre-announcements which we have experienced with other scam coins (WC, Zeta, etc...). Just announce it when it will be actual and list down concrete actions you are going to do and how those actions will be financed. And unfortunately people are so stupid just to start buying coins because something unclear is going to happen. And big bag holders are just waiting to dump all the shit on newbies.

We need a market
I think this coin needs to mature just a little. It needs more miners first, more hashrate spread across pools, etc. We need to spread the word across internet and clearly communicate what the value of this coin is or will be which I don't really know myself yet besides cool algo. We need to learn from all the mistakes which HVC made in first place and we need to learn from other successful coins all the tricks. :-) Last week I was mining UniversityCoin and I'm quite impressed by those students and their engagement (if this coin is really developed by university students for students). And I am not talking about other "big" coins and their upcomming "wallstreet" actions.

I have good feeling about this coin and I have no freakin idea why. ;-) Oh, I know why...again I can mine on my favorite anonymous pool and I don't need to take care about my mining rig which just mines smoothly without any error, no sick/dead gpu's like on scrypt, almost no rejects. Just awesome. Hefty is a miner's dream. I am happy I don't need to dump my GPU's to eBay yet. Let's hope this miner's dream generates some profit in far future. Cool mining is fine until first electricity bill arrives haha.

Is it OK if block reward already dropped to 100MNR? According specification first week should be 125MNR, right? This is what is on homepage:
First week reward: 125 MNR dropping to 50 MNR in 5.5 days Weeks 2 -21: 50 MNR Block reduction after week 21: Slow steady decrease of 0.85% every 11 days

DIFF THROUGH THE ROOF! WTF! Can I kindly ask all >1Gh crazy miners to GTFO for a while and let little folks earn few coins at least once?

Problem on 1Gh fixed now. I received payment for the last couple of hours. Also all new blocks are showing up.

In Bittrex go to "Wallets" on the left hand side. Click on "hide zero balances". Then scroll down and click on the plus sign next to cwc. Ah I see it now. So here it is: 05/04/2014 04:26:22 PM Address: 5VRPqbSG688suzj5w862x8YXz9n8hhYw5v TxId: e1f7f78f6fa3f4409abec8efe7e06d102e4c66e129d3d7db428a079b1682ad1c Your txid is not in the block explorer. See here: http://explorer.cleanwatercoin.org/chain/CleanWaterCoinThat's what I found out too. But what does it mean? Sorry guys I didn't have time to read whole thread, can you pls summarize to me what happened with the blockchain of this coin recently? Where should I complain and how should fix this issue? Where are those coins now and how to recover them? Occasionally there is a delay before it hits the block explorer but this seems too long. Edit: How long has it been, not sure what time zone you are in... edit2: you sure that is a legit wallet address? block explorer says: Address not seen on the network. That was cca 4 hours ago. Address is legit: Current block which I see in this wallet is: "blocks" : 28583, "currentblocksize" : 3865, "currentblocktx" : 9, "difficulty" : 4.90500890, "errors" : "", "generate" : false, "genproclimit" : -1, "hashespersec" : 0, "networkhashps" : 155695161, "pooledtx" : 9, "testnet" : false

Guys, now tell me what is going on here. I have withdrawn from BittRex some WaterCoins like 2 hours ago and I don't see them in my wallet. Now wallet seems to be finally synchronized, I see actual block 28531. Is it possible that Bittrex wallet is on some other blockchain?
|
|

What's up with this coin, wallet can't synchronize. This is where synchronization ended: { "blocks" : 26108, "currentblocksize" : 1000, "currentblocktx" : 0, "difficulty" : 8.96579661, "errors" : "", "generate" : false, "genproclimit" : -1, "hashespersec" : 0, "networkhashps" : 20522262, "pooledtx" : 0, "testnet" : false }
