Let's hope thier new project will be better.

I just can say from coder point of view, and by looking their current code with so much improvement added from basic litecoin code, i don't think they can find better project currently, Syscoin code already provide big challenge for any developer, the features they projected are quite interesting and difficult but it also have big potential, and i hope they really bring qualified help because i believe it will be to slow to work on this size project with current rooster and of course some FUDers, competitors, or some random curious people already take some of developer time to answer the same thing over and over again, like other have said before, hire some Professional PR to handle all basic question and let the devs focus on technical development.

Moolah involvement in this only bring good thing so far, lets hope they can help devs and Syscoin to next level.

+1, this is why I hold all my coins until now, I think DEV will get more guys in after they got the first batch of investment.

+1, ignore the FUD

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=757255.msg8648754#msg8648754 This is what we are working on at the moment.. Ignore the FUD

We should let more guys know the real value and potential of this coin.

Regarding the Moolah situation I spoke with Alex briefly today and have another call lined up with him and a teammate for finalizing these terms tomorrow. The facts of thus-

We spoke with Alex 8/23 regarding the statement he made earlier in the month on BCT regarding the fund distribution and the terms of that distribution.

We agreed in principle on all terms, and wanted all aspects of this new agreement put in writing, to which Alex agreed to start the legal documentation process. We are still awaiting receipt of that agreement.

That agreement is to contain the following clarifications:
- The exact date each month the 250btc is paid out
- Fund visibility of both the BTC and the SYS in public balances
- Clarification on the details of "best effort" developer support.

After this call (8/24) we were sent the first portion of the disbursement - 500btc - which we are currently using as operating capital.
What exactly You want to do with this "operating capital", which is btw something about 15y average income in my country? I suggest 100BTC for PR, 100BTC for pro coders and 300 for coke and whores - everyone would be happy.

Anyway, please don't abandon your investor, we trust this coin and always hold them until now, but along with the price going down, we lost more and more, please do something to bump the price, men!!!!
728  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] SuperNET - ICO conducted by BTER + ... on: September 05, 2014, 04:01:46 AM
So you are going to collect 1 million btc?
?
not sure how you can think that
officially I am estimating 10,000 BTC
privately I am hoping for a bit more
there is no way one million BTC would come in.
these are fantasy numbers and not even remotely possible

With that much money, SuperNET would have to start buying slices of real world tech segments. I guess if some thing crazy like that happens I would have to figure out how to utilize the funds wisely, but I dont lose sleep with those scenarios

SuperNET can already handle that with the Voting System. So, we pick some acquisition to make that has low overhead and very good tech talents and put the acquisition up for vote. I am having a SuperNET assetholder voting automated, so it would be a matter of announcing it, writing up a poll, people vote, votes are tallied and if it passes, the acquisition goes ahead.

Generally speaking if you are having so much money idle (especially one that is not paying any interest and inflation is eroding it), then it is better to activate it somehow. I am satisfied with the voting process for making these acquisitions as it would make me a small part of the equation and giving the power to decide what gets added to the SuperNET. We dont have to wait for the fiat brain drain to naturally happen, we could just go and make it happen!

So, there are all these possible scenarios and many of you are probably working now at some real world company with great tech, but the zero sum nature of the fiat world is making expenses, problems, then the regulations, etc. and survival is maybe not even secure. So, SuperNET can bring them to crypto ahead of schedule and with small effort make their tech useful for SuperNET and crossmarket it.

James

James,  I don't think this IPO will raise 10000+ BTC, that's too much, I don't think this project is worth 10000+ BTC, there will NO profit for the investors, in Chinese word, they will all become ”接盘侠“

Im pretty sure its the same as darkchain which infected cmd.exe ,rar.exe svchost.exe etc.  Besides sending out your wallet.dat files it also contained a keylogger.  If you installed this you need to reformat and change ALL your passwords!

I just downloaded and unzip it, then I deleted it, is it safe?

In addition, I have pledged to cover all liability within these loans, so rest assure that your investments are secured. (though I understand that is not your main concern)

To confirm, tobeaj2mer01's involvement was earlier on, everybody else is fine and happy I do believe! sure hope so.

tobeaj2mer01, what amount do you propose? should we sort it out via email or publicly, i am happy with either Smiley what do you feel is fair return.

Mark, it's up to you, I don't have enough time to follow every update of this project.

...the supernet has its own cyber shopping mall. were you spend all differnet types of cryptos on the supernet..but i thought that syscoin was building their own type of supernet ..only winner is the supernet

Please keep the comments civil. I have read up on SuperNET and PM'd jl777 asking for more specific information. It sounds pretty cool but I'm looking for more specific info related to the benefit it would provide Syscoin users/the Syscoin network rather than just sharing Syscoin features for free. More info we'll be provided as we learn more about SuperNET's benefits.

For the time being we're still continuing as planned getting this Syscoin Marketplaces marketing effort together and launched. We're hiring professionals to put together this microsite, etc. and we'll see how its received by the community. We're also rolling out a new website/blog by the weekend to further improve Syscoin's image/marketing.

Thanks man, very good progress.
