OK, so there is no answer from the DEV to my questions about the ClearingHouse. It seems no ClearingHouse, only empty promises in the introduction about the blockchain 2 technology to create an IPO hype. The lack of answer on the topic indicates to me anyone who believes the dev can deliver a blockchain 2 tech is delusional.
I would have an other question. How the exchanges could add ViaCoin without having an open sourced code base? Isn't it open source software required for new coins to get listed on the exchange? And that leads to my final question, when the source code will be published?
Or maybe the dev just chooses not to answer. This doesn't mean we're all fucked. The reasons I bet on btcdrak/viacoin are because a.) I think the idea is brilliant, b.) btcdrak has a solid reputation and c.) everything he's delivered so far has had A+ execution (i.e. a practically flawless ipo, easily one of the best i've seen to date). While he hasn't delivered Clearing House yet, there are a couple of key reasons why I believe that he will (see b. and c.) Also keep in mind, him not discussing the road map just yet does not in any way affect how I feel about either b. or c. Also, Darkcoin from what I understand is not completely open sourced, however they've had (or intend to, I haven't kept up on it) privacy advocate and developer Kristov Atlas review their code. You could be right and that will be great if the dev can deliver the blockchain 2 tech. Actually the source code is in a public repository at https://github.com/viacoin/viacoin so I apologize for talking complete nonsense (other they I already saw it just completely forgot about it in this Monday morning). No offense, but you are not the first one I've seen that conveniently "forgot" something that looked a lot like FUD, then retracted it shortly after. Whatever, by cheap, poker strategies, trust me I get it, but too much FUD will kill the best coin. Take it easy and just set low buys for natural dips, don't always try to force panic dumps, you might be shooting yourself in the foot (and all other investors too) You are absolutely right, but I can clarify that no FUD was intended. The source code is indeed in the public repo and no doubt the dev is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. The blockchain 2 aka ClearinHouse a different issue and very hard task regardless how good the dev is. My apologizes again for bringing up completely unnecessarily the source code question. @DEV, could you give an answer to this guy?

Hi devs... any update on the ledger?
Ledger is nearly done, we are cross-checking Bitseed's results with ledger output and doing final tests. We will update this thread once it is launched. Sir: There is a scenario like this, one guy buy 1 BTC in day one in bter, and buy 2 BTC in day three, and sell two BTC in day five, now the balance in his account is 1 BTC, what's the bonus he should get? is it 30% or 28%? I think 30% bonus Yes, this is my expectation too, 30% does make sense.

1000 sats so easy!!! Total IPO coins=100 million * 75% = 75000000 roughly, total IPO BTC = 750 so 1 BTC = 100000 Crypti, it price is 1000 sats = 0.00001 BTC, 100000*0.00001 = 1BTC, no profit....., is my calculation wrong?

premine2%? .........I like no premine I like at least 30% premine, it can give investor an opportunity and set up the development fund.

[...snip...] That said, looking forward to a more in-depth reply, once you gone through the crypto smart contract concepts.
Still working on this, will have a more thorough reply later tonight. Probably one of the best [technical] questions we've gotten thus far! [/quote] And another concept is smart property, this is useful in future.

I read all of the new posts after presale starts, It seems there are many complains regarding the IPO price.....

Thank you, but cannot access to this chat... Anyone can tell me if ther would be an IPO and when? I think basically they promised the IPO and it kept getting moved to another date further along, they have now given up on giving a specific date. So the only thing i could recommend is keeping a regular check on the website, which is where the IPO will be announced IPO has ended and their IPO money has been stolen, that's all.

IPO percentage is just 1%, too small for investors......

@DEV, it's better to spend some time to take care this ANN thread, it can spread awareness over this most important community in the crypto world.

How are you spending the money
1500 BTC is close to 1 million dollars. How are you going to spend this? Where is the budget plan? How can we invest without this? +1 1500 BTC for 15% coins? Really? Crypti investors asked to set IPO max cap at 750 BTC for 85% and you're trying to sell 15% for 1500 BTC. Good luck with that. I agree, 1500 BTC is a lot, you can retired with that money and never work again Sys has more competitive than Crypti, I think Crypti has nothing new, but Sys has implemented P2P market in blockchain.

I hope people stop and review the whitepaper before they blindly invest, so we can discuss it openly.
Same with business plans, allocation of the premine, future development, bounties.
totally agree, we need to know more detail before investing.

I think moolah is most suitable for syscoin, if IPO percentage raises up to 20%, it's better.
