They seem to be a very promising coin. The only altcoin out there that uses HDD space to mine and they even have their own asset exchange which works something like a stock market, in addition to the very low electricity used to mine (because they use disk space and hard drives use 10 watts at most each) compared to other coins that allow CPU/GPU/ASIC mining. Very unique coin indeed. What are your thoughts on this coin? It feels very undervalued to me.
I always like Burst, and always will I think. The main issue with it is the constantly accidental forking. Most new users can get started without downloading the entire wallet software and suite. Everything to start plotting can be set online, except the plotting and the same for the mining. |

It is not a matter of accuracy. All the exchanges have a price that is derived from their trades. An overall average, that is a tougher thing to find, I know that preev is there when you want a quick number and I don't recall ever thinking to myself that it was off by any degree. It is easy and quick to load and works on any browser. I worry mainly about the prices on the exchange where my coins are. Shifting them around is a fools errand. |

It is just me or others doesn't have the same anticipation on this fork as compare to Aug. 1?
The forum was full of anticipation on the Bitcoin Cash before, but I don't feel any with the Bitcoin Gold? Previously, I felt that the forum was lively and there's a lot of discussions on Bitcoin Cash before, and almost everyone is updating what's the current situation of the fork and what blocks are we before the fork. But with this Bitcoin Gold, all members just want to get this free coins and dump it hard. And some have even stay late to be part of history.
But why with this fork everyone is not excited?
This is one of those things where the control was wrenched into the hands of a specific team and you have to wait to see how they play it out. It is very unknown, and there can be some big things happening for the good or the bad, only Nov will tell. The dev team chose to act quickly, rather than lose the pole position to another team. They are acting on the impact of the Bitcoin Cash release and hoping to recreate it, we shall see if they can. |

Good to see, it means that Bitcoin is growing up, lol. Actually, years back I saw eBay being used to scam on BTC. They may be doing it now. I remember a few eBay sellers carefully wording listings to imply that the buyer was getting BTC at a deep rate, but it was simply another coin, basically worthless I think, so the outside scammers have been in the same vein for a while now.
That, and the phishing is pretty standard for addresses and keys, so it is the average scamming that I have seen up to this point.

I suddenly decided to stop gambling it is because i realize that there is nothing good happen to me ,yes i do enjoy gambling but i should give more priority to my family .. Before when into gamble i forgot to take good care of them and suddenly i realize i don't have any savings left and i am full of debt.
This is both a sad and a good learning experience. Reading all these comments on this thread makes me realize how gambling can be so addictive that it takes the gambler away from his/her family. I hope we all learn from this, and not wait for the time we become hooked to it the same way that others did. It just gives a lesson that whatever we have in an instant can also be taken from us in an instant. It can be gleaned on then that nothing worthwhile comes easy. There is no easy money? Perhaps. I've read here a lot about "Gambling doesn't make you rich" So I thought about it, and it does make sense. So what do you feel about gambling then? Just entertainment? I think that's not everybody's mindset.
In the back of my mind, I want to be rich but not because of gambling. But when I gamble, I still always want to win. So when you always win, you become more rich and more risk will be involved. Anyway, if I would earn a winning bet that would have a lot of profit from, I would withdraw the initial bet or the bitcoins I deposited to get it back, then still gamble.

I always bet on Basketball NBA league and NCAA league since i have my favorite teams on both leagues. Tried betting in some sports that i don't usually watch and the result was losing my money that is why i kept sticking in Basketball.
