So at this point we found all the money. The difference is due to deposits which came after the switch. Could you check what amount of these coins was traded already? If it was traded straight away it was most probably someone executing double spending. But it is possible portion of these coins was sent to your exchange by person who was not aware of the switch.

So all trading made prior March, 5 counted legit, and those who got BTC for their NOBL could withdraw them or trade for something else, so it is impossible to reverse it. VNL and new NOBL wallets has issues and require it's devs job. We will activate them and serve all tickets of them once it will be fixed
We had a meeting on IRC few days ago. Chatted for 15 minutes then he went to run a script. I waited for 2 hours but no response whatsoever. So went to sleep in the end. Another 3 hours passed and he was back on IRC. Sigh. Definitely not a great experience. Anyway I have written another script to help him and sending PM. You provided new script with addresses in it 2 days ago. I used it but got the same result. Discrepancy of balance on new wallet is still minus 1.6M coins. I am ready to work further on this problem, but can't get in touch with You. Waiting for You in IRC or skype. - we found 145k coins which were sent to c-cex after the switch so can be subtracted from total amount. I have asked Yuriy to check if there were any other late transfers which happened after the switch - myself I am going to check another script I heard about - next meeting on Friday - the worst case scenario is I will take wallet.dat from Yuriy and investigate it myself I'v been contacted by You regarding swap only march, 4. I was able to disable new deposits on march, 5 only. But deposit mentioned by You (last one as You asked me to check for last deposit date and I gave You that amount with date.) happened on march, 5. And we have lot's of other deposits registered and traded till march, 5. Looks like this is our 1.6M coins that were registered to customer's accounts and traded. 1 day is not a good term for coin swap procedure. Apologies. Issue resolved. Wallet open for deposits and withdrawals. For those, who don't have coins back to balance that stuck in previous withdrawals - please, open one ticket and we will resolve it for You very fast.

Hello,
I have been working with c-cex-yuriy on IRC to try and fix the issue with their wallet.dat. After reading the debug and error messages, we came to the conclusion that the wallet.dat has a corrupted or missing section, possibly due to the daemon being terminated before letting it flush data to disk. After attempting numerous repair tools on the damaged wallet.dat, I offered to compare C-Cex's broken wallet.dat to a working wallet.dat (empty one generated on my own computer) in a hex editor and attempt a manual repair of the wallet.dat. Please understand there is no guarantee that I will be successful in fixing the wallet in this way, and it is strictly best-effort. Yuriy accepted the offer, and will be sending me the wallet.dat over a secure tunnel. At the conclusion, regardless of outcome, I will shred all copies on my hard drive of C-Cex's wallet.dat using the 'shred' command. I will also be in contact with the developer of VNL over bitmessage, john-connor.

Thanks for Your kind offer to help. Indeed, wallet.dat suffered from terminating daemon each time because rpc "stop" command is not working in daemon. It gives "methd not found". And that happened to all backup we have. Also, this wallet.dat turned to be not compatible with standard bitcoin's wallet.dat tech. |

2015-03-05 around 11pm thats when i reported my issue to c-cex in a ticket. I was also speaking to support in the troll box at that time and i saw many other users with the same issue as me. I told them to freeze the wallet, they said that the wallet was working for some peoples so they didnt want to freeze it. I told them again its out of control and they should freeze it because they are going to get more issue. They finaly did 24hours later...
Yes, indeed. Because we start to get more and more errors given by wallet. Anyway it does not change anything because in both cases withdrawals stuck. Waiting for dev to resolve this issue in his wallet... This is incorrect. You've been given instructions to follow in order to resolve the problem last week. It doesn't take much time to do. Delisting rules changed in favour of traders. Low volume coins are red marked before removal announce. After announce we wait 2 weeks and more to let more trading or/and withdrawals. In case there is no volume we will remove market and put wallet into withdrawal only mode. Once he fix it and not sent coins will be returned to our wallet balance we will put them back to those user accounts which has vnl withdrawals stuck.
