741  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto in war ukraine and russia on: March 04, 2022, 06:16:25 AM
What is the impact of the current Ukraine and Russia war on Crypto?  With so many sanctions being launched against Russia, it could have a huge impact on the economies of both countries and possibly other countries as well. I have read before that there are Ukraine who accept donations via crypto and there is news of a ban on freezing Russia user accounts.  I hope the war ends soon, peace is beautiful

The real impact for the time being is quite good for cryptocurrencies because with the war going on financial flows are very difficult to transact so they have to use cryptocurrencies, and it makes some big coins like bitcoin go up to 10%.
However, from my personal point of view this is only temporary, before the war happened we were in a bear market, even with this war it also became vulnerable to be an attack on the price of bitcoin itself.
When pressed into war I worry that they can use anything, what if the donations that Ukraine received directly without an audit were used to attack Russia, while the Ukrainian people currently need emergency money to keep them there.
What's even more confusing to me, is that instead of channeling the cryptocurrency received from donations to Ukrainian citizens, they actually plan to create an NFT, which at the moment I'm also confused about what the benefits are for people who I think need it more. Source

742  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ukraine now adds Polkadot address for donations on: March 03, 2022, 09:35:53 AM
If the Ukranian government wasn't one of the most corrupt governments in the world, this might be a nice idea.

You are much better off donating to an established, reputable charity with operations in Ukraine. Donating to an inauditable cryptocurrency address would be hilarious, if not for the tragedy of this war.

I have the same thoughts as you.
It seems that it would be better if the donation was channeled directly to Ukrainian citizens so as not to be misused.
Because from what I heard, the goal of the russian war was to demote the president of ukraine, but why do so many people just
donate to wallets that haven't even been audited, where will the money be used?
At least if this seems difficult, it is the charities in Ukraine who are responsible for receiving donations and channeling them to civilians.
I'm just worried, the donation funds that have accumulated so much in the cryptocurrency are being misused by their own government.
Would love to see an FTX donation method that gives out $25 USDT every verified Ukraine citizen FTX exchange user.
I got this information from an article: https://ieconomy.io/en/ftx-gave-25-to-the-ukrainian-citizens/
743  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in new Gaming projects? on: March 03, 2022, 08:59:11 AM
hello everyone i hope you all are doing great I noticed many times the crypto project according to some events always grow like in last few days the project on metaverse is really trending everyone join these projects and everyone makes good profit just because Facebook talks about the metaverse. According to this analysis there is a project named secretworld.network on BSC a gaming project and mostly features are live and i guess due to project nature there is a chance to earn handsome profit so i a thinking to participate in their presale but i am afraid of losing money.so I need suggestions may be you guys know better than me. I also share whitepaper and website link
Website: https://secretworld.network/
Whitepaper: https://secretworld.network/whitepaper.pdf

not to make you doubt, at first this project does look good.
but based on my experience the concept of a token-based game play for earn (not having their own network) they can't last long.
If you want to enter a gaming project, my advice is that you should enter on the basis that the project has its own network,
because it is very doubtful if they are just tokens that ride on the bsc network.
So far, the game play to earn that is really successful and recognized by the public is Axie Infinity, they even last more than a year.
744  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top Promising Altcoins That Failed? on: March 03, 2022, 08:20:09 AM
Also I am talking about coins that were at least in the top 50 or top 100 in coinmarketcap and then it just fell apart.  I don't mean a coin that came out and everyone had praise of it and it didn't even break the top 100 on coinmarketcap.

Usually those who initially had record highs on coinmarketcap a few years ago, and now it doesn't look like they have a bad history.
I don't really remember all of them because there were a lot of coins that were on top and then they just disappeared.
1 coin that reminds me of that, he is raiblocks(XRB), which used to be in the top 10 of coinmarketcap but just disappeared,
their recent history of changing mining methods from faucet to rig mining, so many communities leave raiblocks
because rig machines are so expensive for them. When I check now raiblocks have completely disappeared from
coinmarketcap I really don't know where this coin went.
745  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ukraine to launch an airdrop on: March 03, 2022, 06:59:26 AM

Would be interesting to see how it all plays out, there are speculations that they could be planning to create a custom token/coin, but running a airdrop on this would be difficult as donations were from multiple crypto networks.
What do you think?

I think ukraine has not had time to think about creating a special token for accepting donations.
Because making a token of course requires a programmer who understands blockchain, especially if it is used for donations,
whether you want to use your own chain (it takes time to complete) or a chain like BSC (but there will be
speculation here if it is made modestly, the token price will be played by bad people) .
since ukraine is now in martial law, the most reasonable thing is that they will add wallets with cheap networks,
like USDT (tron network), Polkadot, Solana, etc. In addition, the community needs any immediate funds that
can be sold instantly, not newly created tokens.
746  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TALK token good to invest ? possible X50 increase after listing in DEFI ? on: March 02, 2022, 01:06:08 PM
Hi guys you think TALK token good to invest at current price ? You think the price can jump to 10 sat or higher ?

https://yobit.net/en/trade/TALK/BTC

https://yobit.io/en/trade/TALK/BTC

TALK is cryptotalk forum official token they said they will be good news and updates

that will make the price increase highly do you think we should buy it at 1 sat and hold ?

Update: Good news about TALK it may be listed in DEFI market as cryptotalk devs said

I think the current yobit market is less effective when used for trading.
I myself feel that there are a lot of bugs in diyobit until now, and the scariest thing is that there they list any coin even if
the coin doesn't have a website or a coin that they purposely created specifically on the yobit exchange itself so it doesn't have a network.

It seems that you provide incomplete information even when you say that TALK is a genuine coin from the cryptotalk forum we can't fully trust.
at least you provide a website talk for that information to be a bit understandable even whitpapers and telegram groups if any.
747  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ukraine Will Airdrop NFT in Exchange for Donation on: March 02, 2022, 12:05:13 PM
Looks like it's not NFT that will be distributed to the Ukrainian community.
I don't see on twitter they share about NFT. They really want to share airdrops in the form of
at least a cryptocurrency that can be exchanged for cash immediately.
Apart from the Ukrainian government, FTX also distributed free $25 to its exchange users for Ukrainian citizens with an amount of more than $1 million.
It's written in the article Bezinga
748  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH and BTC deserves the biggest space in our crypto portfolio on: March 02, 2022, 09:20:29 AM
It looks like selling your crypto for money when they are profitable is more safer than holding them for long, my point is only very few coins are worth holding for many years, if you still doubt about this go on coinmarketcap and look at most coins that came into this world in 2018 many of them have no volume again, the shocking one to me is gowithmi, a project that my elder brother praised so much at the time but today it's volume is not up to 50k, many projects will face same fate, be smart

I don't agree with that.
Because not all coins can be averaged only for the short term.
Those that last at least more than a year are good enough to invest in.
Apart from ethereum and bitcoin there are also other good coins like tron, Sonala, BNB, matic.
In my opinion, making bitcoin and ethereum just 2 coins that are good for the long term is less effective.
when we make these two coins long term, when the price is too high we are too late.
There are still coins on coinmarketcap growing well, it's just that they have a long development and lack of community support.
Their current price is still cheap, I believe they are at least in the top 100 of coinmarketcap.
749  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which blockchain should i use to create my own token? on: March 02, 2022, 07:42:16 AM
Hi,

i want to create my own token for my website, with whom you can pay for a account-upgrade or hold it as fan-token. It should be claimed via a faucet.

First i have thought to create an ERC20 token since it's the most common and there are plenty of tutorials out there. But i just asked here about how it will behave when ETH2 comes full out and since there is to change the code from PoW to PoS it demotivated me...

So my requests for the token are:
1. PoS
2. secure
3. easy to create (with good tutorials)
4. shouldn't be too complicate to integrate it in a faucet
5. best would be if changes to the blockchain behind would apply automatically or at least that i don't must change my code every few times

Is there some blockchain out there that suits this requirements (or at least the first 4)?

If you want to start for new tokens with points it's probably better on the SOL network. at least it has similarities to ERC20 and BEP20 so it's easy to understand. The SOL network also has a strong community support many successful meme coins there they are active with the discord community. I'm sure at least before you have your own network to build your coin into a more serious project SOL is a network that is suitable for simple projects but has many advantages that can make it easier for your users to use your tokens. Learning the SOL network is also not too difficult a little understanding about the sollet wallet and mint token is the main thing.
750  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What coins are included in Web 3.0 on: February 27, 2022, 02:09:24 PM
I think currently the project is very focused on NFT and metaverse, while web3.0 may be developed in a small scale project or not yet officially launched, no news that the old project has announced their web3.0.
751  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: About Tron on: February 27, 2022, 11:36:32 AM
huge supply and lack of community support is the source of tron's problems. I agree tron is a project that can compete with ethereum because it has a very cheap trc20 network every transaction, easy to use and understand. I think tron is too focused on their platform, so it doesn't attach importance to growing their community which makes tron tend to have long price movements.
752  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good metaverse tokens. on: February 27, 2022, 10:17:03 AM
maybe $MANA is perfect, but some metaverses are good I think not just one, you can try many metaverses because metaverses are very popular nowadays. Making it a trend that is widely used by almost all new projects or old projects competing to build a large metaverse.
753  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins That Go Up When Whole Crypto Market Goes Down? on: February 27, 2022, 09:20:51 AM
I haven't seen a coin that's definitely in this condition, but it could be from any coin that was hype at the time, because when the hype is down even though the bitcoin market is down they will fly high. this has happened to SOL before, but I've never seen it again. because it rarely happens.
754  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where should I invest money? on: February 26, 2022, 03:07:28 PM
anchor has its own forum, he also has quite a lot of active communities, maybe you can enter but it still has a high risk, I'm not completely sure, because I just saw this project and it's also less popular in my community. investing some assets is a good choice.
755  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coin Metaverse on: February 26, 2022, 12:06:05 PM
Metaverse coins are not only coming from existing projects, but pioneering projects are also starting to introduce their metaverses through play to earn games. I appreciate that, some of them look serious working on the metaverse project.
756  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My Altcoin experience and Lessons on: February 26, 2022, 10:54:10 AM
Greed is the main point of loss in cryptocurrency trading. Profits can be obtained in various cryptocurrencies, but when we focus on and fall in love with one coin that makes us forget to take profit according to the target, we have the potential to lose.
757  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where do you trade your crypto on: February 26, 2022, 09:36:36 AM
only binance, there is no market that I can trust now, because most of the previous top tier markets were hacked so I didn't dare to put my assets. However, binance has no bad history. I think binance remains the best at the moment.
758  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Need advice for a token before mass buying please on: February 24, 2022, 01:55:42 PM
This DeFi project is quite interesting, but relatively new, not equipped with a team, maybe designed for the short term. Just to remind you, if you buy this kind of token it is not for the long term, because there is no definite clarity about the DeFi rainbow Finance project in the future.
759  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be prepared on: February 24, 2022, 11:13:31 AM
Usually this happens with people who are new to cryptocurrencies, because they only know that they will soon get rich in cryptocurrencies but the real situation is different because they face a bear market and lose their assets. However, I'm sure experienced old traders won't get caught up so easily.
760  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I was tempted to sell off altcoin on: February 24, 2022, 10:18:35 AM
At first I thought this was just a correction as usual, but twitter is filled with the hashtag ww3 meaning the war between russia and ukraine is really happening and is affecting the global economy. Hopefully it will recover soon for market prices.
