7401  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: PH is now considering Bitcoin on: June 16, 2016, 07:45:51 PM
I read the article. Is that a major news-sharing site in the Philippines, if it's so, then it's kind of alarming that the article writer didn't do a fact-check first because there was something mentioned about Satoshi Nakamoto denying that he invented bitcoins.
7402  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Bitcoin will pass 1000 usd again ? on: June 16, 2016, 05:52:14 PM
yes please give your ideas and  make comments but please be realistic

i hope  1 week before halving .
The possibility of bitcoin going over $1000 again is there but I don't think it will happen nearly these days before the halving. I've only expected bitcoin value to cap at $850 by the time of the halving and it might either go down or go up right after because I'm not sure whether people will dump or continue to hold.
7403  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Each country will have his own altcoin , how about bitcoin? on: June 16, 2016, 05:47:22 PM
this week i read 2 news same news
1. Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi says testing its own digital currency ( source)
2. Canada Has Been Experimenting With A Digital Fiat Currency ( source)

so in future each country will have his own altcoin, what do you think about bitcoin ?
bitcoin still be 1st crypto currency ? or the new altcoin from biggest country will replace it ?
Then it is going to be like fiat, wherein Bitcoin will be the general, world-wide accepted bitcoins while altcoins are traded into bitcoins to be spent internationally. However, I doubt that each country will have it's own altcoin though.
7404  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What is the best Mining sites online? on: June 15, 2016, 08:42:43 PM
The only good cloud mining site is the hashnest, which is operated by Bitmain. But with the halving coming, it is better to think carefully.
Exactly, at this moment its not even profitable compared to price appreciations. Investing your bitcoins into non-reputed miner, may cause losses. But holding your bitcoin can make you happy during these days as price is sky rocketing ! Good luck.
Cloud miners does have a really bad reputation in this forum and we all probably know why, and that's because most of them are just ponzis, just like that cloud mining site that just went down CLDmine.
7405  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: which bitcoin trading platform is easy and reliable on: June 15, 2016, 08:37:46 PM
YoBit was a good start for me because it was really easy to understand. The interface was already there at your face and you're just going to click it and look at it and decide whether to sell or buy your coins.

I'm still trying to manage myself with Poloniex because I've only been using it for 2 days but it seems that it's easy as well.
7406  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you trust to bitcoin casinos? on: June 15, 2016, 08:28:45 PM
You have to know that you must not spend that much Bitcoin in it because there is not a high chance that you can win some because you have to be lucky with it.
But of course it is quite safe but you have to play safe and that is important.
There is an unwritten rule about bitcoin casinos: "The house always wins"
Which is why I always try to avoid bitcoin casinos. I only play with the free coins I get from their own faucet but I never really send in or deposit any amount because I'm bound to lose them all anyway because I'm a really bad gambler.
7407  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What keeps you coming back??? on: June 15, 2016, 06:14:08 AM
I coming back because i want to.have some extra earnings especially from my extra BTC to play is enough in some gambling games .im not addicted to gambling it is only my part time of some extra earnings .
But it is not sure that you will definitely earn from gambling, I have seen a number of people who are claiming that they are earning from bitcoin but at the same time they lose more than what they earn, so it means that you are addicted to gambling that is why you come everyday.
7408  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: the easiest way to make a profit from gambling? on: June 15, 2016, 06:03:14 AM
hello, I would like to try my luck from gambling.

what kind of gambling that you think is easy to make a profit? and what strategies are you using?
If you are going to try your luck, then try your luck, if your luck favored you then no matter what game you start and no matter what strategy you adopt, you will win, not only in those games which are easy to play but also those which are harder for most players.
7409  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Best online wallet on: June 15, 2016, 05:40:48 AM
Many have asked it.
I think for now best online wallet is blockchain.info that you can use now.
you can access directly, or if you have a smartphone I recommend to download wallet blockchain available on the Play Store and AppStore
I'd have to disagree that blockchain.info is the best online wallet, as of now. Why? Because I've been seeing a lot of reports and bugs on blockchain and as for me, I have experienced them myself. Sometimes, the fees just surge too much for a small transaction.
7410  Other / Off-topic / Re: 2017 Year of the Bitcoin on: June 15, 2016, 04:21:46 AM
I have heard that about every year since 2012.  According to some bitcoin should be worth $10,000 by now.  Roll Eyes

Well being 10,000$ value of bitcoin is still far on the way. But I believe that it will happen soon, we just need to believe and wait for the right
time for it to happen.
10,000$ is a bit high, I would consider it to be 4-7 thousand dollars. I think that is the year of the BTC plus halving will have a great effect. The coin reward will decrease half but it may trigger the price of bitcoins to surge in some ten times also to make the year of bitcoin.
The value of Bitcoin is going to be higher now and that is perfect for people who already have Bitcoin because they just have to hold it now until they have huge profit.
But it should be hard to know what is going to happen with Bitcoin itself but that is just the risk that you should take.

Now it is going much well with bitcoin from this year and now it is not a risk to invest in bitcoin, we should have to remain with bitcoinas its supporters and have to make every year as the year of bitcoin to get profit all the time.
No, it is not the time to sell our bitcoins, and it is sure that after halving the price will be increased more higher so, we should have to wait a little more and do not have to impatience for selling our coins to lose the opportunity of earning bigger.
7411  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: some say bitcoin only until 2030? on: June 15, 2016, 04:11:43 AM
some say bitcoin only until 2030?

Do you believe bitcoin only until 2030 and will be lost in 2030?
Guys if you have knowledge about money market then you can understand perfectly. Every currencies price have up and down its depends on market value of that currencies. Don't spread your pointless panic.

Bitcoin has all the potential and reasons to survive for centuries until we replace internet into some other form. But that time also, we can see new bitcoin ecosystem with "new" internet.

Agreed, bitcoin has still long way to go and this is just an beginning, we will be seeing much better and bigger bitcoin in coming years, and it will never disappear so easily.
You are true and that was highly based based on the history and the prediction is now totally changed and now bitcoin will survive till the end of this world, and everyone will adopt that currency and will make bitcoin the global currency for world business.
7412  Economy / Speculation / Re: Fucking Chinese! on: June 14, 2016, 03:15:50 PM
Yeah mate Bitcoin has been acting absolutely crazy the past couple of days. I don't know what's going on but it seems the price hike is due to the Chinese buying up tons of coins but I am really concerned with what will happen to the Bitcoin price when they start selling.
I think a panic sell by the Chinese will create a domino effect that could crash the price back to the $250 realm. I am going to sell when it gets to $1000 because I think this will be the tipping point.
Yes mate, market really crazy right now. I will wait max just day after halving what ever the price will be I will sell all of my coin. I do not wanna to be one of them like who don't sell their coin on 2013 and who buy bitcoin end of 2013 to early 2014.
7413  Other / Off-topic / Re: If Bitcoin price would fall to the bottom, what would you do next? on: June 14, 2016, 03:09:12 PM
I wonder if you would jump into another cryptocurrency in case the Bitcoin price would fall to the bottom. Or what else would you do? Would you leave the game completely? Tell me Smiley
I will buy more bitcoin and wait for next skyrocket. I am a trader no matter where bitcoin price is, I will try to get profit from there. Long term investors are wait for big bull. In this case the Bitcoin price would fall to the bottom they have headache I don't need to bother Grin
7414  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: FAUCET ROTATOR- 120 REALLY PAYING SITES- DAILY UPDATED on: June 14, 2016, 02:01:42 PM
without counting people from poor countries where their earning from faucets is relatively important.

This is not true.
Do you think how much can earn from faucets ?
I feel faucets are waste of his whole day not equal to a single dollar. I don't believe people from poor countries can be satisfied to earn $1, you might just forget about his internet and electricity bills.
7415  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: June 14, 2016, 06:14:48 AM
West Indies looking so nice on home ground and after this massive victory it looking will be into final match for sure, Australia failed to defend this nice target because West Indies has very good advantage of home crowd and they are playing more nice than both teams.
Yes, this tournament just turns so interesting after West Indies also become so competitive to be favorite as one of the finalist. Still I could predict South Africa and Australia may go final. Les us just wait and watch the remaining matches for more thrillers in the round stages.
7416  Economy / Speculation / Re: Sold around 100 BTC few months ago on: June 13, 2016, 05:50:58 PM
and now I regret it.  Angry
Anyone else in the same boat?

Lol I sold ~0.12 a couple of weeks ago and I am already regretting it... I can't imagine if I sold more. But I can't understand why you did it if you knew that the halving will happen later this year and will drive the price up for sure? I was a little bit off the forum for some time, but this year I am watching very closely everything, just because of the halving. I assume you were in a need of the money and that's why you sold?
I sold my 3 BTC 2 months ago but I don't regret it. I had made sure that I need fiat instead of BTC but now the price is so high that I can't afford to buy the same old 3 BTC back. May be later when the price drops, I can again start buying bitcoins but then it will again take months to increase.
7417  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: HOW MUCH YOU EARN/LOSE FROM TRADING on: June 13, 2016, 05:45:47 PM
i already lost 0.03 at trading and profit 0.005 still trading even its maybe not for me Undecided
Same here. I tried forex and now BTC and lost in both. I lost over $100 in forex and now $35 in BTC. I guess I am not able to make a proper decision as to when it's the right time to buy or sell coins and hence end up losing. Those who are experienced may have a better knowledge.
7418  Other / Off-topic / Re: Would you like to receive your salary in BTC? on: June 13, 2016, 05:39:52 PM
If the BTC price is stable and there are establishments who accepts BTC in my area, I would probably opt for a certain percentage of my income to be paid in BTC. The price is key. If the price per BTC is extremely volatile, I would not want my pay to be depreciated in value.

Yes if the valuce does not change much, it good to get salary in Bitcoins

That is also my concern. The bitcoin price is too volatile. It is difficult to budget with the bitcoin in the short term.
Salary is something that every person depends on and it's not an investment like BTC. The price can never be stable unless it's controlled by the Government and if people get their salary in terms of BTC, I don't know how would they manage every month. They would need to convert it asap.
7419  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If prices crash after halving, what would you do? on: June 13, 2016, 05:22:40 PM
Everyone's excited for the halving event happening around July. Everyone's saving hoping that the price will skyrocket after it.

But what if prices crash down instead? what would you do?

what do you call crash?
it can be coming down after entering a big bubble or it can be something else?
in case that we see a price bubble there will be a crash afterwards but it is not going to happen overnight and it is not going to be as big as the rise. and even if that happens bitcoin is still bitcoin and you can still continue using it as you were using it before (if you were using it and not just hoarding for a get rich quick scheme.)
A crash happens overnight only and doesn't take long. By crash, I guess OP means it reaching a value below $400 but I don't think it's possible. The first time I've seen halving being profitable for users unlike LTC that failed and that was a real crash. In any case, $400 is not a small amount as people refer it to be.
7420  Other / Off-topic / Re: If i give you 10 BTC what will you do? on: June 13, 2016, 05:08:46 PM
At the current price, I would use at most 50% for paying for accreditation courses and setting up a business for energy and water efficiency auditing. The rest I would keep for quite some time.
It is probably better though if you try to keep it a little bit more for now because apparently, the price is going up and you wouldn't want to miss that up in value, especially when that's 50% of what you can possible gain from the hype.
