The death of Ethereum is inevitable? Can ETH on the price of $100? What's going on? A lot of criticism and project ICO

I do not think that Ethereum will die in the near future, but the current price is very worrying for everyone, many coins that use the Ethereum network have decreased prices, and a lot of Ico is not running properly.
I don't know what is going on with the market at the moment, yesterday the prices of bitcoin and Ethereum started to rise but fell in a fast time in the last few hours, I feel frustrated seeing the current market situation.

This has been the scenario a lot of people were expecting and in fact wondering why it did not happen sooner. Every stupid token launched on Ethereum and promised so much and could not deliver, and then bounty hunters shilled everything, everyone raised millions, but spent it all not on development,,, but on marketing and airdrops and conferences.

So is confidence low? Yes. But do not worry. Once some of the good projects finally come up with their products, people will again see that dapps is not over, dapps is coming, just slowly.
7522  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Decision in panic! on: September 09, 2018, 01:56:16 PM
All of us, who are in this industry, I think we've ever made a wrong decision. Because we are in an investment business, the price of the token is unstable. I felt panic when the price of the token that I bought decrease, then I decided to sell it. And you know what, the price rises high enough after that. OMG, I'll never do the same tactic again.

Wrong decisions and right ones are all down to the luck of the market,,, if we feel that these are all decisions based purely on price. But if we decide with good reason that we will try a trade to go in 1 direction, but if it stops losses us out when it goes in the opposite direction, this is not a wrong decision to me, but the right one.

Wrong decision to me means you change your mind about a trade and do it different from where you started. Not because of anything but emotion/panic/whatever.

So you can still make losses all the time but these are not wrong decisions!

Even though Liverpool didn't play to their standards they still defended pretty decently if we don't count the mistake by Alison. The thing is they haven't hit top gear yet, and they are still taking all 3 points. When that front 3 start to hit it off with Keita feeding them they will be scary good.

Hopefully! I’m in my early 30’s & was too young to remember the last time we (Liverpool) won the title. My Dad lived through and saw us win everything.

I am a Spurs fan here so in fact even if I was much older I would not really recall a time when my team won things regularly,,, and also I would have always had watched games late. In my country, we did not get to see live matches except for when the program Road to Wembley would come on and we could watch FA cup live and it used to be also really late so you had to watch TV with the sound low. So I notice many of my colleagues who support English teams we only grow up reading the old football magazines from our fathers but we love hearing stories from the older people about the teams. Too bad I hear so few stories about Spurs but I would love to have stories to tell people about them one day;)

I'm doing some research on bounty hunting and I would like any information bounty hunters and campaign managers might be able to offer me. I'm looking for your experiences, earnings successes and failures, experiences with scams and fraudulent projects, your outlook for bounty hunting for the immediate and long term future, etc. Any posts would be appreciated and any information you offer would be held confidential. You can reply in this thread or PM if you prefer. Thanks for any help you can give me.
Bounty companies, they gradually begin to turn into a garbage dump. Now such a large number of unnecessary coins that are similar to each other. Very rarely, there is a good coin that really has a great future. But as a rule, the money is collected on presale or private sale, so the services of hunters they do not need.

I somewhat agree here, companies that manage bounties are so many but only 1 or 2 really look at the quality of the whole project, most focus only on the  token economics,,, if at all.

Every week I see 2 or 3 coins that look similar, even sound similar. This ERC20 business is booming but now everybody sees the effect on the Ether price and market. This was going to happen sooner or later.

As a rule, hunters are still needed to make the project widely known. But I would say, hunters must also be users to give the coin a proper community using the coin and technology. See if you give people Bitcoin bounties, they still can use it. But give them tokens, they just dump it.
7525  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-09-06] Bitcoin Hits $24,000 In Iran After Government Okays Mining on: September 06, 2018, 07:15:49 AM
Wow,,, that is amazing. I wonder how many Iranians are there on this forum and how many made money selling Bitcoin on localbitcoins. Last year Zimbabwe became famous for high prices along with South Korea where there was demand. But imagine this. Selling 24k when price is almost touching to 6k. That is an incredible arbitrage price of 400% profit.

Bitcoin is always going to be what people want first. The world can see this now.

7527  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Questions for Bounty Hunters on: September 05, 2018, 07:16:32 AM
Why some bounty hunters sell there tokens at cheaper price? Can anybody tell me why
Because they don't care about the price of these tokens. They are only interested in usd when they sell will be how much. So all the bounty hunters are dumping things to get usd to spend on their lives

Actually, not really. Most tokens people earn from bounties are only exchangeable on the ETH platforms, so traded via Ether pairs. So they are all actually dumping ERC20 for Ether. This helps to explain why Ether price is also struggling to reach $300. Because there is no real buying activity for Ether, just all for their own tokens. I know it does not make sense either,,, because demand should create a price increase, but in the case of ETH people are realizing they are just mainly used for ICOs and dumping tokens. This has to change soon if ETH wants to survive.
7528  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Which is the best DECENTRALIZED exchange? on: September 05, 2018, 06:40:57 AM
I only ever have used 1 DEX which is Waves. I actually started it in 2017 when it was still quite new,,, very promising interface, simplest to use at the time, and very fast blockchain, with multiple currency wallet. So much hopes for it,,, but the problem was it was all Waves based markets and as you know projects were only doing ERC20. I even have so many airdrops which I never asked for I do not know where they come from but these none have become anything worth.

One day maybe? Russian projects are going to be big some day.

I do have waves in the webclient which means you are a waves token holder already have an account in the DEX which you can trader with BTC, ETH and USD. Are ERC tokens already available in WAVES DEX?  The only that I have used for now is the Forkdelta which is much safer than etherdelta. They all work they same way but there are lots of NEW DEX that are going to be live soon some are listing NEO tokens.

Yes, that is correct. But no, only Waves based tokens are in the Waves Dex, just like any decentralized exchange, only tokens with supported protocols are available, which is one of the big downsides of these blockchain dexes. They are all safe, in terms of funds, but if the platform is no longer maintained or the blockchains as well no longer maintained, then your risk becomes quite big in that sense.

The perfect dex will work across all blockchain platforms via atomic swaps.

I always support new ideas, so it is good to see you guys have managed to develop something even though with a small amount of funding. But I highly, recommend you do not raise funds yet until you actually have a game to play. Make it one amazing short campaign with a great story, like a Level 1 prequel that everyone can play and collect things already.

Then you show people what they can look forward to!
7530  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do investors think about ICO? on: September 04, 2018, 07:19:37 AM
Dear investor!
I have never invested in any ICO. I saw that most of the token / coin after being list on exchange was depreciated by more than 50%. Are you disappointed or all of that is in your plan ?
Thank you!
Almost all Investors are profit oriented, they don't care about the main focus/objects of the project.
We always look for how to make quick profit and exit to the next available project.  This is more of a reason why most ICO get dumped and depreciate in price when listed on exchange.  It's a race of who dump first.
Presently ICOs don't leave up to their buddings,  much hype but less effect on their project, it's difficult to get ICO that will do well now, it's more of a risk now even when you invest in the ones with good project.

So if you can't take risk don't go near ICOs.

Yes,,, this is the thing about ICOs after 2016. Everybody saw how so many tokens reached x10 or x100 and so ICOs became the new way to earn instant profits. But then bounties came along and so did ERC20s, I made my mistake before also by investing in some of the projects last year. Lost so much but was not angry, just learning lessons is good for me.

I thought I was smart also to buy tokens below ICO price but then look at this bear market haha.

The smart ones earned everything when they were new, and bought in more now when everything is down 90%.

I would recommend good bounties from the following:

1. Amazix bounties:  bounties.biz
They are what I know to be the best bounty management team.  However, requirement can be very stringent.  All the bounties that I have participated have been paid.
2. Krypital Bounty.  I am trying this for the first time on  SOAR ico. So far, they have been very professional.
3. Bountycloud.  The bounty managers are very cooperative and responsive.  They will also give you extra rewards if you can identify bounty cheaters and scammers.
4. Rig4holders.  Also good.

Highly agree with Amazix,,, I will add here that they also give very good rewards if you can help identify bounty cheaters (just like bountycloud). My only issue with the bounties is after Amazix completes contracts with partners, then the ICO takes over distribution and that can take forever. So basically with Amazix bounties you get very smooth management and counting, but must be patient to wait for the tokens as those are distributed by the ICO team. I only found this out after joining recently, thought it was just me, but I chat with other members and they tell me this always happens.

Very strict rules in Amazix, but it is like joining signature campaign on the forum. The more strict, the better the manager. Seems I always work for the strict managers,,, like Lauda on bct and Amazix on other bounties. But for me, it is worth it for the top quality management.

I am quite disappointed with my predictions so far. I climbed up a few spaces last week but then I dropped again and now still below 20th position. Not enough to predict two exact scores for Manchester City and Fulham 2-2,,, it seems I simply cannot get things right often.
2 weeks ago you were sitting at 27th now you're at 24th that's not bad tbh and this round you've gained more points than the rest of us. We have 3 matches left to predict before the round ends don't lose hope.  Cheesy

I picked all favorites to win today but i'm having second thoughts that there will be a draw after looking at the results yesterday. All home teams are underdogs and 2 of the favorites had a poor start.

Phew, my team lost, I cannot believe it,,, and worse, all three goals were scored by Watford, so either Harry Kane ran out of steam trying to make his goals count start early or we actually really need our South Korean player back asap. Now my whatsapp is full of Spurs memes I am feeling like it was old days again,,, but thank god we are still above Arsenal:P

Still at 24th, but I climbed up a few hundred places in my own Tottenham leaderboard. Cannot check the exact scores. Superbru game engine busy this whole afternoon.
7535  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Pundi X on: September 02, 2018, 09:55:22 AM
Pundi X is a successful project and it is extremely good. I missed my opportunity to ignore pundi x when it was young, and I had to buy it at a higher price to hold and get less profit. For you profits x10 times is too huge and you greedy not sell it, now the price has continued to go down and I guess you are no longer profitable.

As you said PundiX is a successful and good project, I hold them to get bonuses and with a future investment prospective.Maybe greed also played a role but I already covered my investment and some profit. My investment was $3000 approx and I sold bonuses for first 4month which gave me approx $10000 means approx 3times profit on investment. Now I hope with the time span and future developments PundiX token price will rise again.

I will be one of the first to say that I heard about Pundi X very early on,,, as you know Pundi was from Indonesia or rather the idea was inspired from there. And Pundi X was in Singapore and they tried their Point of Sales systems. But I had been stung from so many projects and ICOs that try to do the same thing. All similar "bridge traditional and modern" or "make it easy to pay merchants for shopping everywhere in the world".

So to see it successful when the ones I invested in failed, of course it hurts, but at the same time am happy something from my region is doing well.

Today my favorite team is playing and they need to win this to get to the same spot as Chelsea and Liverpool. If they can win 3-0, they will be #1, while beating Watford away from 100%. So this is my dream!
7537  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: September 02, 2018, 08:18:42 AM
Atletico Madrid just lost to Celta 2:0. Also, one goal of Celta was canceled after VAR review. Atletico already lost 4 points in just 3 games. If they are dreaming about La liga title, they don't have right to waste points like they are doing now.
And I'm wondering why this thread become very quiet. Just because that Ronaldo left Real, lol?

It was indeed a poor performance from Atletico, considering the fact grizeman stayed back and Costa is fit. If they continue delivering such poor performances, then I don't think they're genuine title contenders. I don't think Ronaldo departure has effected Real Madrid form or this thread, infact Bale and Benzema have revelled after he left, in particular it's benzema I'm surprised, he's scored so many goals.

It is a really terrible start,,, but so many big teams have done this badly. Thinking about Manchester United on the other side who have lot 5 points in the same 3 games. I still think Athletico can afford to drop points like this, and not have Barca and Real climb up the way City will in their league.

Of course, incredible disappointment and I always get so frustrated I do not watch football so much but when I do, it makes me so angry.

Oh and yes, is the thread dying after no more Ronaldo? Why the Italian one not alive then?

amin gan, pasar kripto memang lagi bearish alias terjun bebas,

Kalau bukan September ceria, mampu lagi menunggu sampai 2019 ceria Wink Apapun, Mobilebridge memang arif menunggu masa pasaran bullish lagi.

7539  Economy / Gambling / Re: Goodbye P3D,Hello HoHo!! on: August 31, 2018, 06:36:44 AM
It make it look like it sounds like investment option,,, but I guess this is a simpler version of fomo. You are not betting on who is last, you are betting on side of Bitcoin price if I am not mistaken.

So, the close you are to the correct price,,, the more you win from the pot? And people who purchase the dividends instead of betting win a percentage of the commissions? Am I correct? So it is like "futures" betting in a way.

How to stay UPDATED on Bounties
To know updated bounties, stay on board "bounties" or type :
Code:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0;sort=first_post;desc
on URL.
This is link to views the lastest Opening Post on Sub Forum bounties.

Also, you can join channel telegram every bounty managers to see what updated bounties they handle.
Example ;
@CSBounty - by btcldigger
@Wapinter - by Wapinter
@AmaZix_Announcements - by amazix team

And much more, I hope this trick helpful for everyone.

Good tip, I also keep up to date with Amazix bounties as they update as soon as they get a new bounty plus every time they have competitions like lotteries or airdrops, they announce it there even before the official announcements come up. Also for Amazix I recommend to go to bounties.biz. There, you can see all the details of bounties with the rules and instructions to join. Very organized and their Telegram groups are active.

My only concern now is whenever Amazix ends the management, the ICO team seems to be very poor at taking over.
