Bet kadangi bounty kampanijos priima ir Jr. Member'ius tai niekas nestabdo žmonių nuo spaminimo susikūrus dešimtis Jr. Member account'ų ir gauti už tai pinigus.
Ir nemanau kad Merit sistema kažkaip apsaugo senesnius userius. Tų hero ir legendary memberių jau yra tieka daug, kad jau tas ranka's nebėra reikšmingas.

That's not proper way to test how your posts looks. As user above said you can use "Preview" function. And there is also service called Signaturion http://signaturion.com/ where you create layout of posts/signatures and preview how it looks.

Previously I was against systems like VAR, but recently I changed my mind and I think it's really needed. It's just sucks to see teams robbed by blind referees. And in major national leagues we can see big referee mistakes in almost every match week. Maybe in UCL situation isn't that bad because only best referees are working there, but they still make mistakes.

Well, I also had posted similar similar question few days ago and already wanted to start a thread about it, but you was faster than me.
I also don't understand why it's necessary to lock accounts if there is small chance that it will be restored. My suggestion wouldn't solve problem completely, because it wouldn't help if hacker also have access to user email. But it would reduce number of hacked accounts significantly. Admins wouldn't get so many requests to restore accounts anymore. It would be really nice to hear something from theymos about this problem because it's getting worse and worse and something has to be done to solve it.

I'm not sure that's crucial race in the season, there are still enough races left, everything still can happen. But Hungary always was track of Frerarri in recent years and Mercedes didn't had good results there. But that qualifying session and rain messed up things yesterday. It's always difficult to overtake in this track, especially in such hot conditions, so Vettel didn't had chances to win today. And also, Ferarri wasted to much time during pit stops today.
Amd what do you guys think about Vettel-Bottas collision? Persoanally I think it was just racing accident without need for penalty for any of drivers. But Bottas got 10 sec. penalty for hitting Ricciardo (this penalty didn't changed anything in standings.

Good point. But if we talk about OP case - he aren't planning to become bounty manager, they only planning to launch bounty to promote their own ICO. So, they wont need this knowledge how to run bounty in future.
I'm not sure how to become bounty manager, but well, everyone started from zero. It's not easy job. I heard that some managers have written bots to manage social media campaigns. But still, signature campaigns, translations and content campaigns requires to make manual reviews and check everything. As I know, some managers have assistant to make their job easier.

Everything is correct except about reporting to mods. You should use "report to moderator" only when you see someone breaking forum rules.
Account sales, scams, merit abuse isn't against forum rules, but these things aren't moderated. Account sales is really bad thing and it's discouraged by community.

I think it's bad idea. I'm not sure that it would kill account sales market, but it would definitely stop legitimate newbies from cresting account here when they will see that payment is needed to join forum.
Maybe it would be better to make signatures as paid privillege - users would have to pay some BTC to enable signatures in their profiles.

I would recommend to hire experienced bounty manager, yahoo for example. He will do his job professionally, while you can make some mistakes because you don't have prior experience in creation of bounty campaigns. Also, name of good nanager can attract more participants to bounty campaign, while people may avoid campaign managed by newbie because they afraid to be scammed.
Good point, but effective signature campaign requires serious budget if you're paying in BTC. While if you are paying in tokens you can make it from thin air for bounty campaign.

I can't say that's a new scheme, I saw enough similar scam attempts.
But how this shit can be called airdrop when people literally have to buy these tokens? And do I understand correctly that all these people shown in a spreadsheet really paid ETH for these airdrop coins? If yes, I'm surprised to see so many fools who easily give their money to scammers. This is why such projects are succesful for authors.

Offcourse that mostly bounty hunters using fake social media accounts. No doubt that many of these users have multiple account. People aren't using their main accounts to not reveal their identity, they also don't want to spam their real friends/followers with ICO's advertisements.
