O Ulrich é "fora reta", os videos e as analises que ele faz do mercado é algo sensacional! Ele esta conseguindo explicar as crises em que diversos paises estão sofrendo atualmente, Confesso que essa é uma pergunta interessante... Os grandes players do mercado praticamente "sabem" o que poderá acontecer futuramente (ou pelo menos possuem uma mera previsão disso). Eles já passaram por isso anteriormente e seria muita ingenuidade de nossa parte imaginarmos que eles não sabem disso. O que ocasionou a crise que estamos tendo atualmente, ela é diferente da crise que tivemos no inicio dos anos 2000, ou no subprime por exemplo (apesar de existir certa peculiaridade com isso). De uma maneira geral, eu acredito que tudo e todos iremos para o buraco, claro que alguns paises vão para um buraco mais fundo, outros nem tanto! Mas para termos uma resposta concreta sobre isso, só o tempo poderá nos dizer! |

Analisando esse ocorrido com mais calma, eu percebo que não existe TANTA coerencia nessa atitude dele, não sei, não faz sentido!
Eu até especulo que ele estaria fazendo isso para querer fazer algum ""barulho"" ou chamar a atenção, talvez até mesmo com algo similar com o caso do "Menino do Acre" no ano de 2017.
Posso até ter falado alguma besteira logo acima, mas não vejo nexo nesse comportamento dele

Exatamente... deixar o dinheiro rendendo com juros altos é extremamente mais vantajoso do que deixa-lo parado em um imovel em momentos de crise! Com o passar do tempo o valor de uma casa terá uma oscilação considerável, tanto para mais ou para menos, já o dinheiro investido numa renda fixa (CDB, LCA/LCI ou Tesouro Selic) tu vai ter a certeza que irá resgatar uma dinheiro acima da sua aplicação inicial. Bom, o que me deixa preocupado com relação a isso, é que, nós estamos vivendo praticamento o que aconteceu na crise do subprime novamente! Na cidade onde moro, estao construindo "casas a rodo", mas se fosse somente aqui, eu estarei menos preocupado... mas isso esta acontecendo em diversas cidades! Estão construindo casas, apartamentos, kitnets, obras de ampliação e etc, esta tudo a pleno vapor! Alguns dias atras eu conversei com um colega que trabalha numa construtora, e ele me falou que estão vendendo casas como se fosse agua! Foram anunciadas a construção de mais 75 casas (populares) em uma cidade da minha região, sendo que essa cidade possui aprox. 20 mil habitantes e TODAS as 75 casas foram vendidas em menos de 1 semana e meia! Em menos de 1 ano, o valor dessa mesma casa saltou de aprox R$ 135.000,00 para aprox. R$ 160.000,00 Isso é algo surreal!! Infelizmente, esses acontecimentos no mundo todo respingará por ultimo aqui no Brasil, praticamente  Enquanto em alguns paises na Europa estão passando por dificuldades extremas, aqui no Brasil estamos ainda em """expansão"""

Brazil easily won the match already in the first half and left Ghana no chance. 3 goals from Brazil in the first half was enough and their team look sick and to me they are one of the favorites to win the world cup. Richarlison also scored two goals for Brazil even tho i think there are better option for the striker position in Brazil.
Sometimes I am happy to know that many people are optimistic with Brazil's performance. I confess that I'm also looking forward, but I don't know how Brazil's performance will be in this World Cup.
