The same mistake. If it goes to pool through the auto switch fails, if I choose the pool manually it does not fail. It is a mistake that sometimes arises, the other day in Rig1, now it happens to me in Rig2, a while ago it was going well .... It also has failed me in RIG4.

I have reviewed everything, if something was wrong, the pool would not work when I choose it, it is only in the auto switch and it happens alternately.

It is illogical that for miningpoolhub on lyra2z or Lyra2re2 I get DSTM error. And if I choose THE SAME group but manually, it does not fail.

Ver  5.0.2

I have a request for the programmer, I hope you like it.

The more I use Awesome the more I like it, now I am trying to improve my earnings with the rules. There is a rule that does not exist and that surely could be programmed in C # but it is not my case.

The trigger should be the TTF, I think you can know it from each pool, if TTF => X (number that would define in minutes), that pool would be omitted from that change, or X hours out of aut change.

Many times we find coins that your current average 24 hours is good, but is that hours before there has been a good pump, but at the present time is no longer profitable although statistics say. It also depends on how powerful the rigs a miner is.

For example, I do not want to undermine anything that takes more than 30 minutes. The rule could be improved in the trigger if TTF => X and percentage of my share compared to the group, for example

If TTF => 30 and myshare = <0.5%

In conditions that you can jump the pool to another, that is to make another auto change omitting the Pool in question and can even omit it for X hours

I do not know if what I ask is easy or difficult. The only thing that is, is that easily by rules, you could have more control of benefits.

It is normal for a coin that has had a pump in the last hours to have a current 24-hour high gain, but it may not be at this time. One way to intuit it is by TTF, how many more people are mining lower is the TFF and more blocks per hour.

This rule and everyone could apply it according to their experience and have different rules one for each RIG, and even if it could be applied by pool, or currency would be bestial. It's more work for me to measure all that, but once you do it and you have it updated, the auto changes will be more efficient, which in the end is what we all look for.

If you can not know TTF before entering the pool, then, once a pool is working, if for example the last 3 blocks exceed TTF => X, the condition would apply.

I hope I have expressed myself well so that it is understood.

I'm having a problem with the latest trial version 5.0.2

Suddenly one of my rigs constantly insists on using DSTM in ALGOS that do not correspond. But it does not always happen, and it's always the same machine.

The machine is updated with the latest AM remote, the latest nvidia drivers. It's a small rig of 4 x 1060, it uses pre-demoted pools that are fine, it can be ORE for Neoscript, RVN X16r. Everything is fine, but when it does the auto switch, it says that DSTM error Cuda but it does not correspond with the protocol of the currency, it is totally illogical. Everything came up after installing 5.0.2 and it happened to me in another rig but I restarted it and fine.

This continues to give problems, the error of the window has no logic, gives DSTM error for an RVN pool that has selected a ccminer FORK RVN that is already uploaded. I repeat, it goes well and suddenly changes and gives an error that does not make sense, even if it does not change the currency.

This catch, I was with RVN by auto profit, and I was doing it right, suddenly it's like changing, I guess I jump the time trigger, it's RVN again and it gives me DSTM error. Something is wrong.....

Im sure its something simple.  Any help much appreciated

Thanks

They are coins that have either died, or have changed from explorer. You must try to find the correct explorer or comment the line so that it does not make the request.

There are coins like HSR that report above that have modified the explorer and can not read the diff.
765  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: AwesomeMiner Coin Updater *Version 0.8* (Plugin) on: May 18, 2018, 03:21:45 AM

I use this sollution. It runs the updater every 10 minutes.
Before it runs the Coin Updater it deletes the LocalCoinData.json file (resets stats)
30 seconds after starting.. it stops The Coin Updater.

Configuration in Awesome Miner:

This is what my "starting" batch looks like:

This is how my stopping/terminating batch looks like:

Works fine.. You get fresh info (no averaging) every 10 minutes Wink

thanks for the idea, it's very good. It can be improved, instead of using AM, using the windows task scheduler.

The trigger would start session and repeat every 10 minutes, you have the option of hiding windows, which would not appear bothering the desktop.

thanks for your help

Let's see if someone can help me because it has happened twice. To start, there is a new version of AM.

Secondly, I left the GIN code line up, which I see as correct, but then AM does not indicate the difficulty. Many currencies to pass the process tells me that data is not needed. But in this case of GIN I see it correct, the currency is added, all the data except the diff are added, and that if you go to the website it appears correctly.

Any help please

The second plan process is running every few seconds and I execute it with administrator permissions

Profit POLL

1. Algo pool profit switching. Let pool pick coin (ie. MPH, Zpool etc)
2. Create multiple pools of favorite coins from the algos on the same predefined or yiimp pools, Add all to a group for profit switching then selecting only this group in profit profile.

Thoughts and or experiences please.

Thanks

This is not automatic if one has to choose the pool later.

What is involved is, for example, having 6 RIGS, defining one as a teacher, this teacher chooses to mine, the rest would mine the same, they would be slaves. With this you do not have to be changing anything by hand, or creating groups with the beast. It is very simple.
768  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Awesome Miner] - Powerful Windows GUI to manage and monitor up to 10000 miners on: May 15, 2018, 06:33:41 PM
It could be possible that in the autoprofit mode, to click with the right button on a rig or several, to change the pool from the contextual menu

Now you have to enter options, go to a side menu, and choose the pool there, one by one.

As I ask it would be like changing the template in managed, but here one or several rigs is chosen, right button, change pool and there will be the pools that I already have defined. It would be very quick to change.

regards

I would like to make a suggestion to see if the programmer likes it. I use several miners, all Nvidia, but you dissolve cards.

I would be interested to have an option so that ALL the miners in Auto profit mine the same. For example, I have 4, I define one as a teacher. This chooses a Pool and currency, and all the miners at the same time would mine the same currency, concentrating all my hash in one place.

I do know if it can be done, I know it can be done manually by choosing, but I want it to be only one RIG who chooses (master) and orders the others (slaves), I see that each RIG misses a different thing, sometimes because centimos of difference I do not like, I like that everything mine the same.

There I leave the idea so that it is valued. It would be something optional.

I leave you a video where you can see that on the same platform I have for example X17 CCminer alexis with -i 21, but in the benchmark it does it in 20, this happens in all of them. It's a bit crazy to have to benchmark and then update with right button to be updated.

https://www.dropbox.com/s/qnnpzds94g6mhy8/IMG_2237.MOV?dl=0

I would also like to comment on a very simple function that I saw in another hash program, they have a small form for each predefined group to be able to vary in a% its hash rate or price. For example Zergpool takes a long time to update, especially if the price is high, which AM is usually a long time, too much in Zergpool, that fixes me by reducing the price of zergpool by 4%. This makes our pools added by hand have more possibilities if we mix them with some Zpool protocols or similar.
Hello. This looks like a bug and I will correct that in the next release. If you enter a command line like you did, it should be used during benchmarking as well. Many thanks for reporting this issue.

If you want to reduce the profitability of Zergpool, go to the Options dialog, Online Services. You can then Edit the entries for Zergpool and change profit factor to 0.96 (reducing profitability by 4%). If you want to do this on many pools at one, you can also use the Bulk Edit button.

thank you very much for verifying the failure, here many people talk and not always with reason. For example now it is that I have added a custom Miner, but it does not exceed the benchmark because it self-adjusts very high for the 1050, so this small rig can not do the benchmark, I will have to configure a pool by hand of Xevan to be able to launch it and save the hashrate

Another thing that I have seen, is when I add a personalized miner, based on ccminer, it does not indicate in the interface that the mining group is mining, now I leave a photo.

Look at rig1 and rig2, below they do not indicate in which group or pool they are. It is a modified CCminer and with all the api

I did not know about changing profits that way, thanks for the tip. To see if now that there is an affiliate program, people are encouraged to make videos in quantity of the program with advanced functions.

benchmark takes into account all command line parameters from managed software options; if it's not the case for you, then you're doing something wrong.

regarding your second question - you do confuse the "profit profile" and "rig" concepts, they aren't the same thing. you select the profit profile for a rig in drop-down list, and to select another rig - you must close the benchmark window, click on the desired rig and open the Benchmark window again.

I'm doing well, in each gain profile of each RIG I manually set the intensity, for each protocol that allows it. But it is totally ignored in benchmark. As the PA said if the OC is executed but not the intensity, have you tried it before giving me the answer? I've given a lot of thought to this issue and in a benchmark the intensity is automatic.

Do not think it's illogical that if I have a selector to change the platform, it's just for that, and if it does not, it breaks all the usability of the program. I've already realized that you have to close the window and choose the other mining group. But if so, there should be no platform selection within benchmark because it is totally ignored, and these small failures, drive the less experienced crazy who do not know all the flaws of the program like you.

That you know how to avoid a problem that exists, does not make it disappear. If changing from the selector does not change, or is fixed or removed, but can not stay there, because I lost a lot of time believing that the different platforms were optimized

I should check things before answering. The intensity is not executed, bother to look at it and then tell me, but do not respond by answering.

between you to a rig of yours, choose a Protocol with ccminer, set an intensity. Go to benchmark and see it, then be humble and ask for forgiveness for giving an erroneous answer

how I change the amount in satochis in the values we use in the awesome miner in  coin settings
Coin GINcoin  lyra2z
0,00049 btc

here no profit

Do not put it in the format that is requested, if someone helps me or gives me a reference link, I would appreciate it. It does not calculate the profit because it is not in the format that is requested.

when adding the currency to awesome, when specifying the price in BTC, there are numbers that I do not write, such as

2,344E-05
1,001E-05

Do not put the satochis in that format, so I would add a link, or converter to avoid having to ask more. thank you very much

I am a new user of AM. and I have a doubt that seems somewhat incongruous to me.

If I do a Benchmark to know the power of HASH of my machine, the tests are done without taking into account the intensity that I have already varied in the miners.

If I do mining a currency, then I can update your HASH with the right button, but you would have to do it with all the algos.

Because the benchmark does not take into account the intensity parameter established in the CCminer?

Is that I do not see it logical, I think you should apply the configuration of each IBC and the intensities already added to each one.

Another failure in benchmark. If I do the rig1 test, I finish it and save the results. In the drop-down, I change to another rig, but it still shows the same cards as the RIG1, which are not the same. The only way is to close the benchmark, choose the rig and then open the benchmark again

Hi, thanks for your add-on, I have a problem with HSR, I think I have the code well, but it returns both the POS value and POW

{CoinFullName: "HShare", CoinShortName: "HSR", Something: "Hsr", BlockReward: 1.584, BlockTime: 120, BlockExplorer: "http://explorer.h.cash/api/getdifficulty"}

give this on page

http://explorer.h.cash/api/getdifficulty

And in awesome miner does not give me any value. I would appreciate any help.

Try with "ext/summary" rather than "api/getdifficulty", some coins worked for me after trying this.  So you use http://explorer.h.cash/ext/summary

that page does not exist in that explorer. If you read below it says which page is not available, basically it's the home
Looks like they're using a modified API. The correct link is "http://explorer.h.cash/ajax" but that also won't work in the program because the return data is 1) modified and 2) they're difficulty number doesn't follow the "difficulty" key.

Thanks for your answer. I saw that I did it well, but it did not work for me and I added more pools, that's why I missed it. Thank you for your comment.

Well, I do not know where to draw its difficulty, it is in pools like zpools but it does not seem to read the difficulty well, the case that HShare or HSR is interesting

779  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: NEMOSMINER multi algo profit switching NVIDIA miner on: May 01, 2018, 06:46:27 PM
So... I have a setup of ~230 GPUs for multi-pool use (my AMD cards are on Monero) -- 1050Ti, 1060s, 1070s, 1070Ti, 1080, 1080Ti... heaviest on 1060s. I manage my friends 60x 1080Ti setup. I generally do 2x what he does per day. I am using his as a test bed... BlazePool on "actual estimate" vs my stuff on ZERG "PLUS logic" -- today... his setup matched mine.

That is staggering... IMHO... I converted ~30 of my cards to Blaze today. The rest to follow.

I was blown away... so figured I would share.
Zergpool itself is pretty terrible. I ran a bunch of identical machines concurrent across Ahashpool, Blazepool, Zergpool, and Zpool for about a week. Blazepool won by a large margin, and I've been relying on it as a primary for months now, with Zpool & MPH as failovers incase Blaze drops connectivity.

Zergpools actual payouts were nowhere near what Nemos could guesstimate. Something about how Zergpool provides is API data is very slow compared to the other pools, it uses stale exchange pricing or something, IIRC.

in blazepool there are only miners in 3 protocols, the rest are without miners, they lack power. If only mine in Blazepool is constantly undermining those 3 protocols.

I just want to mine in the one that has more HASH, because I have power and I will participate in more blocks as the combined hash is higher
780  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: NEMOSMINER multi algo profit switching NVIDIA miner on: May 01, 2018, 02:31:54 PM
Hello, everyone is my first post in Nemos miner, I have spent some time using it and comparing it with other programs, in the end I like nemosminer more, I control it and I understand it quite well.

I have a small dilemma, I am mining 6 different protocols in 3 pools, ahashpool, zergpool and zpool, and I have a very simple problem.

I know that the system chooses the most profitable protocol at the moment, and that does it quite well, but where I do not see what happens is in the pool.

For me it is not the same as going to a pool that has 3ghs of mined in x17 than going to another pool that has 40ghs of mined in x17, and it is right here where it fails and where there should be an option.

I think that for me and for the vast majority, when the program says that we have to undermine a protocol, always choose the pool with more HASH in that protocol.

While I'm writing these lines, I'm doing it, it's being mined x16r in ahashpool with just 3 ghs but in zergpool there are more than 30ghs of hash. I want the time that this mine participates in more blocks possible.

I can understand that sometimes it does not work, but it is almost always when you choose a pool that is not the most hash.

Consider Nemos to put some option for this ?. IF I already have chosen my 6 protodolos and the 3 pools with more people, and doing well the choice of protocol, it only remains that it guesses with the pool that more hash in that protocol.

What is the use that I enter with 4 rigs and more than 300 mhs in x17 if it suddenly takes me to the pool of less hash ... I want to go to the one that hash the most of x17 of the 3

I hope that my problem is understood and that it can be taken into account for some new option in the GUI
