WTF trump coin dumping .. does trump also going to dump for president ?
so where is dev ? it should pump up before it dead and go to 01 sat

thanks

That traitorous dev, Signal7, abandoned us all and ran with the TRUMP fund.  What a loser!  This coin could have been amazing.  We could have made lots of money while helping Trump, but instead we have this.  If TRUMP loses on Nov 8th, I'm blaming Jason.

WHy is the price tanking then? This has been my worst alt yet

Really?  This has been my second best one.  Patience here.  This one is a winner.

AMPlifiy this post... Anyone really gonna use this? Will people purchase AMPs so they can upvote stuff? I doubt that.

AMPlifiy this post... And loose money with that...

Would YOU do this? Not someone you can imagine...

It's like with this social network for pets. If you ask around you find a lot people who can imagine such a thing would be profitable. But in reality, no one would use it.
This does not even work with STEEM. As I understand, the more STEEM, the more upvote. But with STEEM, these are not lost after upvoting. And yet steemit isn't really profitable for investors.

Except for advertisers perhaps...

AMPs have value because of their use case for advertisers, but they also are valuable for a lot of other use cases.  One of those being content producers (aka musicians, artists, etc...) who will now be able to directly sell their content to the consumer without having to use middlemen (aka Spotify, iTunes, etc...).  AMPs are also the intermediary token for monetary transfers on the decentralized internet.  Want to send BTC or Fiat (a fiat token redeemable through a gateway service)?  The financial instrument that you send will be converted to AMPs, sent to the recipient, and reconverted into the currency of their choice on the fly.  Also, AMPs are the underlying token of the RChain.  AMPs will have plenty of uses on the decentralized internet and all the dApps and companies which will be utilizing it.

You guys do realize that the crowdsale buyers is losing money is not a good thing to Synereo, basically its because of their investment of 4.7M that there will be development....

If you're expecting a large return in the next week or two, it's probably not going to happen.  If you're willing to wait a little longer, I seriously think AMPs will easily hit $5 USD next year.  Synereo is leaps and bounds better than Ethereum and the full AMP distribution, in my estimate, is many, many years off.
Problem is, there are much more AMPs than ETH. Total supply:

1,680,400,000 AMP
     85,271,149 ETH

So there are almost 20 times more AMP than ETH.

Please do correct me if I am wrong!

Here's the Synereo AMP Finance GDoc: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1r1G-ROS4vgHK84qfn1CBIxuXZQCCvIicCTQSxW1T_mo

As you can see, the total amount of AMPs on the market right now is ~63M.

The total amount of AMPs that can ever be issued is ~949M.

I expect another 26M will be issued from the just concluded crowdsale.  This puts the total float at 89M AMPs.  Probably around 14M AMPs out of the 949M will be burned, which will leave 935M.

Out of those 935M another 846M are left to be issued.  100M are the founders and will most likely be locked up until a substantial price increase happens.  Another 425.2M are allocated for future funding rounds.  There won't be another crowdsale for a year or a year and a half.  If only 44M AMPs were available this funding round the team has another ten years of funding rounds before this is exhausted.  This time only 59% of the 44M AMPs available in the crowdsale were sold.  Extrapolating that to the future, I expect 174.33M AMPs to be burnt before total disbursement which would put the cap at 760.66M AMPs.  The "bounty wallet", "content creator wallet", and "user rewards wallet" amount to a combined total of 290M, and again, fall under long term disbursement.  The situation now sits that there will only be 89M AMPs for the next year or more.  If you think they'll do another crowdsale yearly for ten years to fund development, you're looking at an increase of 67.16M per year.  If this project is even moderately successful, that's nothing.  Look at the marketcap of Ethereum.  It's at $1B.  Synereo is much better than Ethereum from a technological point of view.  Synereo is also much more marketable than Ethereum.  Even if Synereo just reaches $1B marketcap in two years (personally, I think it will go much higher, much sooner), you're looking at a total of 223.33M AMPs with a total market cap of $1B which means each AMP would be worth $4.47 USD.

Hello. I have sent some BTC for AMP ICO from Bitcoin hardware wallet (Trezor). Do I have any means of finding out where did the AMP went?

Thank you

When they are distributed, the AMPs will reside as OMNI assets on the BTC address from which you sent your BTC on your hardware wallet.

The priority of amp is to fire the Chinese bitch community manager-Dana Chan, or this project will fail, this bitch is stealing amp tokens from the team.

Nobody's ever heard of this "Dana Chan" chick.  What are you talking about?

Why isn't anyone running a BIllary node?  I can't sync.
try the nodes at the quote #950 here, it made my wallet sync.

Thanks for the info.  Should they go into a file named "BillaryCoin.conf"?

addnode=185.11.195.45
addnode=179.219.63.244
addnode=75.130.163.51
addnode=70.52.28.21
addnode=187.34.1.241
create a conf.file and put it into the Billary coin folder then restart the wallet launch.

Right.  I created a file named "BillaryCoin.conf" and put it in the folder which holds the blockchain, but I still can't get it to sync.  What is the exact name of the conf file you are using?

"billarycoin.conf" - try all lowercase

I tried lowercase and it still isn't working.  I have 0 connections.  OP publish the IP of a running node.
769  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] AMP - The Currency That Powers Your Attention On Synereo on: October 22, 2016, 05:00:08 AM
Sure... Dump it, so that I can buy more cheap AMPs!
wait a little longer and buy even cheaper than now,amp go in down to 0.00015

I heard that they're going back down to 1000 sats.

Was wondering if a wallet exists for this project?

Currently, it's an Omni token.  A bitcoin wallet with the Omni protocol running serves as its wallet for the time being.

If this ever gets listed at c-cex again, is there a chance for me to get the coins back that they delisted? I lost quite a few when they delisted it, and I didn't transfer them to my wallet in time... Been through an office fire, a hurricane, and lost all my equipment; wasn't thinking about checking this coin specifically... Man, actually thinking about it... FUCK C-Cex...

Sorry to hear man that is harsh.

Do you do any kind of markting/promo or 'know people' in crypto/alts scene? Maybe if you do some work/stuff for memetic the devs or some investors can toss you some meme coins? Smiley

It's Pepecoin, not "meme coin".  It's always been Pepecoin... It always will be Pepecoin.  Get it straight.

Very curious to see now where things go as crowdsale ends today!

AMP DEVS can you please give a nice good size post update here, or will we get an update email from bnktothefuture?

WHY ppl say "dump" after crowdsale? lol so stupid would be to dump!  Yeah let's buy bunch of coins at 33k+ then dump them for 27k on exchange? WTF is wrong with you ppl?  WHY would you BUY something if you cannot HOLD it?!  dafuq?

Is is such that this was investment moreso than buy/pump or trade then dump.  Are ppl this lame?

Anyways, sure we all hope pump and sell some coin but with AMP I think it's value and cap will be huuuge in near futuer anyways, so not to worry.

AMPs are going to $4-5 USD within 12 months... no problem.
779  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] AMP - The Currency That Powers Your Attention On Synereo on: October 18, 2016, 07:02:45 AM
On the bright side, less coins were sold, therefore the coins left are worth more because there is less supply now.  Total supply now is going to be around 85M I presume.
and this would gave such good time for its to make some value especially when more project will be implemented, keep buying amp for long term investment.

Yep

That feel when you check the Pepecoin thread every night for updates, but there isn't any news.
