761  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The Israelis want Obama out of office; prove Obama's birth cert. is a forgery. on: September 19, 2012, 02:59:01 PM
http://www.wnd.com/2012/09/israeli-science-website-obama-birth-certificate-forged/

I've predicted it from the day Obama had been criticized by Israel for telling them they should be sovereign and independent, and when the DNC forcibly had added back its pro-Israel message through a scripted teleprompter. The Israelis are going to get Obama out of office not matter the cost. They want the US military and funding for their ends. They are determined to get it. If it means proving Obama is not a US citizen, getting him impeached or otherwise, it will likely be done.

Now, I am not pro-Obama in any usual sense of the word but it's beginning to show he respects America's independence.

EDIT: It appears the research in question has been scrubbed despite the sound analysis. Somebody in a high place got upset at the paper.

Jews vote democratic. 78% of jews voted for Obama.

/nuff said.

I don't think the Israeli nation security community really cares outside of whether they will be getting military support or not. Obama is not providing the support they desire.

UPDATE:  Lamperd Less Lethal Inc., the Canadian company that designed the EMD Safety Bracelet, has responded to the controversy as follows:
We wish to clear up any misconceptions regarding the EMD Safety Bracelet for Airline Security.

The bracelets remain inactive until a hijacking situation has been identified. At such time a designated crew member will activate the bracelets making them capable of delivering the punitive measure - but only to those that need to be restrained. We believe that all passengers will welcome deliverance from a hijacking, as will the families, carriers, insurance providers etc. The F-16 on the wing-tip is not to reassure the passengers during a hijacking, but rather to shoot them down. Besides activation using the grid screen, the steward / stewardess will have a laser activator that can activate any bracelet as needed by simply pointing the laser at the bracelet - that laser dot only needs to be within 10 inches of the bracelet to activate it.

UPDATE: From CheifBo in the comment section
I would like to inform all interested in the truth about Lamperd's involvement in this project [EMD safety bracelet]. I have personnally been involved in the research and development of state of the art training programs and weapon systems with Lapmerd Less Lethal for the past eight years and have found them to be of the highest of integrity and concern for human life and the preservation of peace. Their mission is to develop and distribute the best products in the world when it comes to Law Enforcement, Security and Military applications within use of force. Having been a sworn law enforcement officer for nearly 27 years and a police trainer in Use of Force Management since 1993 I have observed alot of devices and gimmicks that have come and gone as the catch all in securing America.
Lamperd agreed in principal to assist in the development of this product for the patent holder [inventor]. Once this is established, then more research is placed on the actual application of the device. We conduct our training hands on, we do not farm it out as others do. So before we are ready to place a product on the market we know what it is expected to do and how it is expected to perform. We also go through great lengths to put in place a training program that will school even the novice in safely using any product used in applying force in any situation. I think alot of the readers have jumped the gun when it comes to this issue and this certain product. Lamperd is a publicly traded company that keeps its shareholders informed on its latest products and projects. I admire them for this and so do thousands of police, military and security personnel from all around the world that we have trained. Please feel free to peruse their internet site for continuing updates on products and its mission at www.lamperdlesslethal.com and be safe out there.
763  Other / Politics & Society / The TSA has gone fully bat-shit insane: Wrist-based Tasers. on: September 19, 2012, 02:38:32 PM
There are a lot of reports that say the TSA is about to announce a pass system that allows you to bypass most TSA security measures at American airports -- by just carrying a bracelet that stores all of your information. Reasonable, right?

Well, that's not all! To protect you and others, the TSA will be including a taser system into the bracelets that will "disable" anyone who is deemed a threat.

I just take this as Usagi investing in her own businesses. I wouldn't even call this a stunt. It's good business.
766  Other / Politics & Society / Re: No, World War 3 in indeed coming. The US Dollar will likely collapse at the end. on: September 17, 2012, 12:52:06 PM
Additionally, remember Saddam Hussein? He was killed for attempting to trade oil in Euros.

Wars are not over frivolous matters. It's about real assets and money.
767  Other / Politics & Society / No, World War 3 is indeed coming. The US Dollar will likely collapse at the end. on: September 17, 2012, 12:44:00 PM
Why is there an international campaign against Iran? Why does the US not want them to have nukes, infrastructure, trade or any form of independence? Why did the US kill Gaddafi and overthrow his government? Why is the US upset with the Middle East in general?

No, it's not terrorism. However it does have to do with oil but not in the way you think: These countries are dumping the US dollar and are deciding to trade for oil in other currencies such as Gold. In other words, the American military is literally trying to hold up the value of the US Dollar through force. When the US dollar cannot buy oil from every oil-producing nation, it will become worth much less. Its intrinsic value does not expand far beyond oil internationally. That is why the US is invading these countries and installing central banks that will deal in US dollars, just as they did in Libya who wanted to deal in a African gold dinar currency.

With Iran its a different story. Iran is strong allies with Russia and China and they will defend Iran when the time is right; nuclear war may become an option. World War 3 is coming and it has do with one central object: Money.

So, in summary, if you think the US military is going to win and dominate the world, keep US Dollars. If you think it's all going to slip through their fingers, buy Gold or even Bitcoins!

771  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [ANN] cbitcoin 1.0 Alpha 1 Released. on: September 15, 2012, 06:57:39 PM
a little bit of btc love coming your way mate - I don't even develop but I can see the benefit of this being in the community, so thanks for spending the time on it.

Thank you.

is it a Dynamic Shared library (dso/dylib/dll) ?

The build script compiles shared/dynamic libraries for Linux and OSX. There is no Windows support yet. You can build or use the source code any way you want of-course.

Well, just wanted to come back and say that libevent appears to officially support Windows. Hell, there was even a libmemcached v0.42 port for Windows and then I was able to port PushPool to Windows.

Though cbitcoin will likely not be windows friendly.

I don't think people should be storing and accessing Bitcoins through a Windows operating system anyways, especially with an NSA backdoor.

777  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why so much bitcoin popularity in Russia? on: September 15, 2012, 03:06:16 PM
The economic system of Russia has been built from underground activity since the collapse of The Soviet Union. Bitcoin serves the Russian legally-black/grey power structures very well in laundering funds among other things, especially on an international-scale, since Bitcoin is not centrally managed.

Basically, my guess is Russian mobsters and criminals are picking up on it.
778  Economy / Securities / Re: [GLBSE] CPA - No Dividends for the month of August, 2012 on: September 15, 2012, 02:59:42 PM
"There is absolutely zero reason for me to release any info about CPA outside this circle. "

If you want people outside the circle to use you as insurance then you do have a reason.

She's paid out at 100% every time. Her history says she has assets to pay out obligations. We're not dealing with a jobless junky like Dank here.

I think she has proven herself.
779  Economy / Securities / Re: [GLBSE] CPA - No Dividends for the month of August, 2012 on: September 15, 2012, 01:54:25 PM
CPA has reached an equilibrium since the recent defaults due to Usagi proving she has more than enough assets to cover payouts. It is currently selling well-above NAV due to dividends and other future events. The bids are slowly building up.

Just an FYI to anyone who has been scared off recently.
780  Other / Off-topic / Do you view your employer as an authority or your equal? on: September 15, 2012, 01:33:29 PM
It seems the latter is mostly an American thing, usually in higher skilled jobs (not public sector).  I could be wrong though.  In menial jobs, you almost expect an authority-figure due to the structure most lower-skilled workers require.

So, in your workplace, is your employer your equal or your authority? Are you dependent on your employer's instructions or do you manage your own day?

Entrepreneurs, high-level executives and independent contractors need not apply.
