761  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: are ICOs really dead? on: February 17, 2019, 05:53:06 PM
After participating in several ICO project, which turned out to be scam projects. My hard earned money disappeared in to thin air, with no way to trace or recover my money back. I had to act like it never happened to get it off my mind and move on.

Are ICOs really dead and do you still invest in ICO projects?
This indeed makes most people become unwilling or hesitant to invest in the ICO project because some of them are just scams, so be careful. And I think ICO hasn't died yet, there is still a good ICO project. So in my opinion it is better to be careful in choosing ICO and you can observe and analyze the ICO project before deciding to invest in it.
762  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Power of Decision on: February 17, 2019, 03:04:12 PM
How long will you waver between two opinions. Sometimes opinions might even be more than two.
I am not saying you should not ask for people's opinion, but that there are some things you should decide on your own, based on your observation or research.

Take for instance, you want to buy a coin and you are asking people for their opinion on it. I will not deceive you, you will only be tod what will benefit them.

Everyone is looking for how the coin he is holding will pump, so he will do what will bring him profit.

Do your research on the coin of your choice
Search for updates
Go through their social media groups, handles or channels and see what is happening. That can give you a clue to what you should do.

Avoid being deceived by multiple opinions and do make the decision that suits you.
Everyone has their own way so that they can benefit, indeed asking for opinions is not wrong but when you have received advice from some people it is better to immediately observe it for yourself whether it really is true in order to give you profit or not, because all the decision is in your own hands.
763  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Positivity is necessary in the cryptocurrency space on: February 16, 2019, 07:57:15 PM
The cryptocurrency space is faced with price volatility and most persons have been caught up with the bearish trend of the market. We never expected the bearish trend to last for this long, but we have little or nothing to do about the issue. Atimes, it feels like liquidating your portfolio and walking away from the frustration the market has left us, but that's not a good idea. One needs to be strong physically, emotionally and financially to cope with the pressure of the market. It's best to hold on for the bull run is near, let's be positive and don't fall victim of our rash decision. Don't give up yet.
That's right. Do not be too hasty in making a decision, at least observe the development of the market in a few days and then take the next step whether to keep holding the coins owned or not because sometimes people panic when they see prices fall and continue to fall so they decide to sell all the coins have it.
764  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: So, Crypto Market ALL RED Again!! on: February 16, 2019, 06:23:33 PM
At first you have to understand that this market is not stable and it is a highly volatile market. For this volatility we can make some profit. And this kind of volatility comes for many reasons. The most common reason is did or news about something very important sometimes not. But this whole market conditions fully depends on news. For last few no the maybe 9-10 months we have many gbad news around the corner either it is a news about scam or regulations or ban. That why market kept dumping. But at this moment market is kind of stable and hope in upcoming days it will recover its price.
The cryptocurrency market can increase and decrease at any time. And I think when the red market falls and there are many people who experience huge losses from them and maybe they should prepare other ways to avoid the risk of large losses or at least minimize huge losses.
765  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you do when your coin spikes? on: February 16, 2019, 02:48:25 PM
I'm just looking for the opinions of others really, there's no right or wrong answer to this question.
What do you do when a coin you're holding suddenly jumps up by like 30% or whatever? do you try to sell at the peak of that spike and buy them back once it's gone back down again? or do you just keep on hodling?
I will personally choose to sell it when I have benefited from the coin or at least the income I get is enough to cover expenses, because I used to choose to hold back because I believe the price will fall but the next day what happens is not what which I believe and that makes me regret.
766  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto currency unpredictability on: February 15, 2019, 08:22:53 PM
Today’s event about ripple and Etherum has just shown to all that in crypto currency, prediction is not totally allowed neither is it the best resort.

We can only focus and do our research works
The risk is inevitable

hope I get more ideas from replies
There is always a risk to achieve what you want, and all we can do is minimize the risk in a way that we think is right to do. And not all of our predictions about cryptocurrency will be in accordance with what we imagine, sometimes other things happen and make our coin coins fall.
767  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When will end the hype of ICO ? on: February 15, 2019, 05:19:48 PM
Every day more and more ICO collect money, and then disappear. Do you think we need sanctions for ICO?
It seems that so many ICOs only collect money and then disappear. Indeed investing in ICO is risky because most are just scams and we must be more careful in choosing ICO projects. And I see many people who choose not to invest in the ICO because most are just scams so they choose not.
768  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you thing Cryptocurrency can last forever? on: February 15, 2019, 03:27:18 PM
Do you thing Cryptocurrency can last forever?
What is the reason behind for Cryptocurrency lasting forever?
How can we make people belive on cryptocurrency?
It's hard to say cryptocurrency will last long or not, anything can happen. In my opinion cryptocurrency can last a long time with blockchain technology which is widely used by institutions. But on the other hand there are still many scam projects and hacking that make investors afraid to put their money.
769  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What if the bull run started and ended in one night? on: February 14, 2019, 06:39:13 PM
I know it is basically impossible but what if, while you slept the bull run commenced and the price of Bitcoin climbs to $50k and then goes back to $3k just as you wake up. Then you see the charts for confirmation of what went down while you slumbered. What will you do by then? I want to hear your thoughts on this.  Grin
It is not bullrun, it is a pump in price. And if that happens when I'm sleeping, of course we will feel a little disappointed. But it doesn't matter, maybe it really isn't time for us, maybe there will be a time for us later.
770  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Warnings for token hodlers on: February 14, 2019, 04:28:18 PM
We are in the final quarter of the year
Everyone should be at alert now, lots of projects will suddenly collapse, pump and dump, with plans to collect people's btc and ethereum and cash out money for the end of the year
Then they will run away and get away with funds.....

A word is enough for the wise
Whatever can happen, we as a token holder can only observe and predict the possibility that the possibility can occur in the future to make a decision to hold or not. And I think everyone must be prepared with the possibility of being hasty if what they expect is not in accordance with what happened.
771  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Change of strategy on: February 14, 2019, 02:53:22 PM
Some investors and traders are complaining of not making profits like they used to, when the market was better. Instead or profits, it has been loses.
If you find yourself in this situation, why don't you ask yourself; what method am I using that is not making things to work out?
It will surprise you that the method might be archaic or that it might not work for this period.
Why don't you change it.
For instance, you always wait for long to get huge profits within 24hrs, which used to work for you. Since the market is bear, why don't you reduce the time and be satisfied with small profit. Then gradually, you can accumulate more.
I think everyone has their own way of cryptocurrency and they don't think too much about it or few think about it because the strategies they use are very long used in cryptocurrency and they can benefit from it so they don't think too much about it
772  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Huge tokens during Bounties on: February 13, 2019, 05:22:25 PM
I noticed a just ended bounty campaign and a participant got 80K tokens. I was wondering what h will do with that token. I want to know what happens when bounty hunters gets more or huge tokens during campaigns.
I think it depends on the person himself and the price of the token he has, if the price of the token falls I think they will choose to hold it but it depends on the person himself. Because some people usually choose to sell it in part and hold the remaining tokens they have.
773  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do you have to take risks. on: February 13, 2019, 02:13:06 PM
Yes, you are right. Every business has its own risks and as we all know, life itself even risks, and knows the business knows success.
These are two benefits of taking risks in my opinion.
1. Taking it quickly makes you stand out and show your confidence.
That is the best way to get people to stop and see you as a leader, as someone to be reckoned with. The most successful start ups are run by people who will never be "ok" with the status quo. Having knowledge combined with self-confidence makes you shine.

2. Risk taking can teach us new lessons that we don't miss.
Taking risks gives us invaluable opportunities to grow. It's nice to take risks, and if they don't succeed the first time, take what you have learned and take other risks. You only learn when taking risks and really learning what will make you successful. Nothing is impossible.
That's right. Whatever we do always has risks and risks that are opportunities for us. In cryptocurrency everyone must be prepared for the risks they will face, they must be prepared to continue to choose the hodl or sell the coins they have in order not to get a loss.
774  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty /investment strategies on: February 13, 2019, 12:16:05 PM
As a bounty Hunter or an investor, what are the criterias you apply in choosing which bounty campaign to do or ico project to invest on?
What is your strategy to making more bitcoin ?
I think everyone has their own way of choosing bounties, some choose from seeing who the manager is dealing with, some see what the features and technology brought about by the project will be useful later and have a great chance of success.
775  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you manage your risks? on: February 10, 2019, 07:12:14 PM
I want to know how you relate the risks to profits?
What is the determining factor for you to sell or buy coins?
How many of you are trading short-term?
Because if we do not dare to take risks then the opportunity to make a profit is small and as much as possible we are to minimize the risks that exist. To sell or buy coins, I myself choose to sell the coins that I have when I have made a profit, don't be too greedy to keep holding them and wait for them to reach their highest point and when it doesn't match what you want, all you get is regret.
776  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The buttom for this year on: February 10, 2019, 05:34:00 PM
Do you think crypto has hit it's very buttom for this year.... the market want red yesterday.. but I'm thinking it won't go lower than this..

Please whats your take on this??
At the end of 2018, I feel that it is not what all investors want, the market falls and continues to fall, even many people choose to leave because what they expect is not in accordance with the circumstances. And for this year I think there is still a possibility to recover and increase.
777  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When bullrun comes on: February 10, 2019, 04:20:27 PM
Ive come in contact with few newbies that are confused about which coins to invest in ,well this is for you, be cautious and stay away from coins that have nothing to offer ,I meant if there is no reason creating that coin its mess, but all the same when bull run comes its win win for everybody ,yes everybody, unless dead coins ,even coins that are lower than 1sat goes over 30sat at last bullrun  even crappy projects became profitable ,I have a family friend that all his highest profits canes from the shit coins ,so worryless bullrun won't come anything soon but it will.
Anything can happen, but nobody knows what will happen later. We know that at the end of 2018 it is not a profitable year for most investors and myself for now prefer to keep holding the coins that I have and continue to observe the development of the market day by day to determine the steps I will take next.
778  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: do we still have hope to be able to see bull run?? on: February 09, 2019, 03:21:12 PM
now the market falls again, do we still have hope to be able to see bull run. no one knows when the market can recover. even with the many good news about the ethereum hardfork unable to make the market jump. so I thought bull run would only be a dream for all of us.
I think this can still happen, indeed the good news about ethereum hardfork does not make the market increase. Maybe what we need now is a little patience, I personally still believe and choose to keep holding the coins that I have and continue to observe the development of the market to decide the next step I will take.
779  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Lessons from the fullest dip on: February 09, 2019, 01:46:18 PM
The crash will teach alot of people a bitter lesson and they will learn from it,
they will learn the following

1. Never to love a coin

2. Never to be greedy

3. To cashout on profit always

4. To stop following hype

5. To know that what goes up must come down etc
The crash will teach everyone to know more about cryptocurrency so that they will get experience and knowledge from it. Like a few points you have said, don't just love one coin and greedy because you can benefit from other coins not just one coin and don't be greedy to keep waiting for it to go up and up, liquidate when you have the advantage so you don't regret later.
780  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing on altcoins... on: February 09, 2019, 12:19:21 PM
Do you think that any altcoin is worth investing in?
Please give me your ideas.
Thank you..
Altcoin is worth investing, but I don't think that all altcoins will be able to give you profits, it requires observation and analysis of some coins that you think have the potential before deciding to sell them and everyone must have a different choice. So I think it's better for you to make your own observations about some coins that you think are potentially big.
