7661  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: April 26, 2016, 06:01:47 AM
I would never do this, there are just too many risks that has to be taken to make some profit with the bitcoin itself.
I think you should also never do this if you have a well payed job and family.

Will you say this after halving? I think a lot of people will try your self in bitcoin when price will be high, cause it's easy and also fun. You don't need to work hard or just being bored in office.

LOL, Some people feel secure enough that bitcoin is a good enough income for them to get by. For some people it's difficult to leave their daily job behind and start doing bitcoin full time and use bitcoin as a secondary income and something they just do on the side.

I can say yes with that the people do full time in bitcoin is those who dont jobs because they have no choice but to stay in bitcoin so they can earn money, and also who does own investment company with bitcoin nor owner of good paying site because they see their income are stable and it can last in future are one who quit their jobs for bitcoin. And for thos small time earner in bitcoin i dont think its worth to quit your job and risking your future in bitcoin because you may lose all you have if you do that just think bitcoin is a hobby.
7662  Economy / Economics / Re: How to earn money with bitcoin ? on: April 26, 2016, 05:56:06 AM
invest in gambling site. (please take note its not gambling).

No gambling is not profitable and wise choice to earn money because a big risk for you nor us to lose money with that and i try indulge in gambling before and i lose big money with it. I suggest to earn money online is do paying game apps their existing paying dollars apps in google playstore and its really paying if you complete the task and if you want bitcoin you can do sig campaigns join in sig campaign and you can earn money when posting good quality post, you can also try to do simple task their in service section you post what you can do and you get payed by bitcoins.
7663  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: April 26, 2016, 05:48:19 AM
Yes the price does matter in my eyes because people are really looking at the price only if they gonna buy or sell the bitcoin.
This rule is really applying for new users of the bitcoin itself in my opinion.

So do i thats why im using bitcoin now because i am being attracted to its price and continues using this everyday and i think price really matters because it speaks the fortune of bitcoin the bigger the price the more trust it can get to the people who use bitcoin and if this continue it will be join to the biggest currencies existing in this world and mybe the physical and online stores well accept it because they can see it More profitable for them. Price are tellers for the fortune of bitcoin and it can says what happen to it in future thats why price really matters.
7664  Economy / Economics / Re: Can we Manipulate Bitcoin price? on: April 26, 2016, 05:43:00 AM
Most people complain about governments manipulating fiat currencies and now you want to do the same with Bitcoin? Shame on you, for even asking people to do this. Bitcoin should be immune against any form of manipulation. We should put Bitcoin in as many people's hands as possible to distribute the wealth and to prevent whales or groups of wealthy people to manipulate the price.

We should improve the failures of the previous currencies not profit from the new technology and create new wealthy individuals or groups, who has the power to manipulate your wealth, because they have enough money to do that.
I didn't say we should manipulate bitcoin,I said can we manipulate it's price and there's a difference in manipulating price and manipulating bitcoin which is not possible in any case.
I know there are many big players who manipulate bitcoin price and make huge profits but can we the bitcointalk members also form a cartel and let bitcoin price never fall?is it possible that we manipulate price as I am sure most of bitcoin users visit this forum

that is an interesting question. and i think the answer depends on how much money this "we" owns. bitcoin market is not longer a small market like 3-4 years ago it has grown so big that in order to manipulate it you would need a huge capital.
but don't underestimate the power of FUD and hype, it is sometimes so powerful that can change the price easily.
I assume we members hold atleast 30% of total bitcoin among ourselves

Yes, my mistake. Bitcoin and the price can both be manipulated with enough hashing power and consensus that can be bought with enough nodes. If a country or let's rather say a group of countries wants to dominate Bitcoin, they can invest a bunch of money into nodes and they can gather enough consensus to make crucial changes.

Money is power, and using that power to influence developers or the Bitcoin protocol are not totally impossible. Take Mike Hearn as a example.

Yes i agree for that if we have big hashpower we can manipulate the price as it self. And if you are holding big volume of bitcoin enough to dump we can surely minipulate it. But i think its very hard to happen now in this state because many miners are have low hash power now and people are saving big amounts if bitcoin and waiting for halving and i think the more they hord the more the price well rise it is the law if needs and demands and i think it is being manipulated now.
7665  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Becoming a Global Currency on: April 26, 2016, 05:36:34 AM
I don't really think so, bitcoin is really good crypto currency but in some countries many people don't even know about bitcoin and also they don't really want to change smth.
As it is new most countries are not aware of bitcoin, also once its demand increases it will be spread worldwide but I think all the countries won't accept bitcoin with great interest as it is always a threat to the country's banking systems. So it is difficult for bitcoin to become the global currency.

I think i wilk agree to the op post and i see global users in facebooks and i agree that bitcoin is global curriency in online world and many people use it around the globe as you can see. But yes many people dont know about bitcoin because there not techy and they dont see the bitcoin is existiNg in this world And lets hope they will see it from now And the bitcoin users increase day by day as effect of price rise and only left there is adoption on online store so it can be called strong global online currency.

True that you dont need to move a lot with this. But there is this thing called "security" secured in a daily income and not fearing that you will get broke because you know that you got a job that will pay for all your needs.

Yeah your right with that man you dont need to quit your job to do full time in bitcoin because in bitcoin we dint know what may hpoen to it in future because it has a chance to be died in future or the price will decrease and if that happen you dont have to worry because you have a real job to rely on your daily needs. Bitcoin is cannot be worth to risk your future here because its online money its very risky to hope your future in that case. But maybe we should think bitcoin as side job income.
7667  Economy / Speculation / Re: how much gonna be 1 BTC in a year? on: April 26, 2016, 05:20:13 AM
Its really difficult to predict the value of bitcoin after 1 year, but I think if everything goes fine at halving then $1k is achievable by that time.
Yeah I go with you, I too believe this year end the price will hit $1k as because of halving, hoping this year bitcoin price will be good and fine.

I think the same way to 1k$ for bitcoin price is the nearest speculations of many speculators and if that time happens global acceptance will be more higher and before it conmes let stake more and get the chance and oppurtunity to gain more here. And it already starting price is rising daily as you can. See the chart flow now and let see what happen. In future
7668  Economy / Speculation / Re: The future of Bitcoin on: April 26, 2016, 05:15:26 AM
am very confident and believe bitcoin has a tremendous opportunity to become a medium of payment in the world. payment media is recognized by many countries. bitcoin must have a special device that is easy to use.

It is still young. Give it a chance and it might go soaring for a lot more use for different kinds of transaction. Plus there are not still a lot people who use it. We are still at low percentage of user with this currency.

Bitcoin future is bright and it is running in good roads upto success and for this years past it gain more strength and orice continues rising daily and let see only left for that is acceptance to the online store hope to be seen in near future a that bitcoin is accepted on ebay or any online store out there and let see what might happen to it. And for this year comes well let see bitcoin can get trust to more people around the globe.
7669  Economy / Economics / Re: Loans too risky? on: April 26, 2016, 05:11:32 AM
Loans risky cause people can just scam you at first. In other case loans must be given only for trusted people i think, i will never loan money to guy who i don't really know.

Yeah its very risky to the essence that they are asking for your real identity and personal info and if you apply and you cannot pay well they can use it to apply in other online lending company to lend so they can get your pay. Or even worst your identity will be use to any illegal activities. And if u are a lender a high risk of money will be lose because you dont know the people personally and many of it is identity is stole to get loan. And risk for you is cannot be paid.
7670  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: April 26, 2016, 03:39:34 AM
look bitcoin price now the price is skyrocket more than 10% in 1month Roll Eyes
so for me better to invest my money at bitcoin.
to invest in bitcoin it always be a good time to buy / invest it anytime especially when the situation like now the price move up slowly but sure.

but overall better to split between invest and save it , let's say 35% to invest and the rest to save.
yeah i agree investment can be done at any time I think at this point it is better to save so we have a bitcoin ready for sale if the price when it undergoes pump or a high rise. you do not want to miss the train right?
so better save and continue to accumulate while prices are still high

Saving bitcoin is already a form of investment because of the price increase. Even though you are not using it for trading or gambling and just waiting for the price to increase further, it is already making some passive income for you. That is if you would sell at your target price. I'm setting mine at 30% increase. If it reaches that amount, I'm willing to let go of some.

Yes very well said saving bitcoin is investment but it takes many months or years to price rise and thats very far from waiting i think it is better to invest  it because you can multiply your bitcoin and you can collect as many as you can but you need also proper background check on what program you wish to join so you can avoid of being scammed. And savings also is a wise choice but you can multiply your bitcoin and all you wait is price rise what if the price go down well its a lose for you.
7671  Economy / Economics / Re: How to earn money with bitcoin ? on: April 26, 2016, 03:24:47 AM
All cloud mining sites are garbage! Stay away from any and all of them

I earn extra BTC with sig campaign and by trading altcoins.

I just follow about 8 cheap coins and watch the buying and selling patterns of them.

I am not in front of the computer a lot so I don't worry about lower volume coins but they do need to have some daily volume.
There are many many cheap coins out there with zero daily volume. I suggest to stay away from them.

Yeah all of that are garbaage and ponzi scams why bother to hope their to earn if you want to earn money you can do sig campaign here but make sure follow the rules. And other way to earn here is doing kind of work like captcha typing jobs, surveys and many more or if you have special talent you can post what you can do in service section you can offer your works their. And dont just focused on 1 side earnings theres mant oppurtunity out thete to earn all you need to do is to seek and do adventure.

7674  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is this what we called "addictive to gamble"? on: April 24, 2016, 01:04:21 PM
I eared something from my mates regarding this addictive gamblers they are telling this is disease we can't come out from this it's true very difficult to come out from gambling but for this we can't call gambling is disease it's just a game if we interested we can play that's it. People before only know gambling is addictive game then also they will play means it's there risk for this we can't do anything.

Yeah i think a gambling is can be called disease or disorder because hook gambler cant avoid themselves to stop gambling and there life and day is not complete without gambling i know some people that they are cannot stop gambling hes borrowing money from his friend and keep gambling and he lose big money with that And got big credit to his friends. I think gambling is a sin and should be stop.
7675  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I want to start trading on: April 24, 2016, 12:59:37 PM
you may have higher chance of gaining a lot more when you buy from the list of ICOs.
Been trading on exchanges without experience months ago and i end up losing my coins instead. tried buying creva, dcr, trump and etc but after a week they all go down, have to wait a week to gain but was disappointed. when i sold them all, thats the time they all go up.
That just sounds like a bit of bad luck on your part. Know when to buy and when to get out/sell that is the main thing in trading. Follow that and you will be alright  Wink

Thats totally badluck and you dont wait and believe to your i me also i buy adz @2499 pas last week and the price keep down and going down but i beleive it will pump soon as dev works hard and good project to come and my creva i sold it already because it reach to high price yesterday. And also my htc i dont sell it already because it willngo high more and hoping to earn big nextmonth.
7676  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you actively spend your bitcoins? on: April 24, 2016, 12:54:51 PM

for the few places that do accept bitcoin, do you currently spend the coins you hold at any of them?

I know places like www.takeaway.com accept bitcoin and i even heard CEX.co.uk accept bitcoin in stores now too, but does anyone spend the bitcoins they have or do most just onto hold them? (Or gamble them lol)

I wonder if there will ever be any retailers that only accept bitcoin.
I spend only my bitcoin in buying accesories of my phone but i need to cashout because the seller doesnt accept bitcoin,
And im buying my load in bitcoin because there are store here that accept bitcoin with 5% discount so this is so helpful for me

Me to i cashout money to buy food and gadgets with bitcoin and yes im active spending it because bitcoin is my use to by my needs like GAdgets. But i make sure i have money left in wallet so that i cannot left empty handed. But the wise choice for now is the save and spend later your money because Halving ia coming and price will go up and after halving you can cash out your money and spend it.
7677  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: April 24, 2016, 12:15:26 PM
Saving money at bank is a bad idea due to the inflation.

Either invest in bitcoin or for example a company.

Yes if you are talking about fiat and cash, saving the money at bank couldn't being a good idea.
But if you can convert it into bitcoins and hold it till the next halving at least that's could being profitable.

That's good banks are providing only 8% to 10% yearly and there are many difficult but If you are investing your money in bitcoin then it will give you more than profit soon because its price is always going down or rising up than time you can buy and sell.

It is already too high if the bank is giving 8% interest. I think it is only 1.25 % in our country. That is too low compared to what you can get if you invest in bitcoin. Or just make bitcoin as your savings account and hold it.

Saving money in bitcoin is always better in compare to saving in banks, as the interest rates are too low and in future it will hold no value due to higher inflation rate.

Yeah saving bitcoin is better, try to save as much because it gives big profit at the time of halving or the days of gradual rise. Investing gives periodical earning as interest for invested bitcoin.

Yeah saving bitcoin for now is excelent idea but i think it is to early to save all and wait for miracle. Because it is early before halving comes try to invest your money in tradings by that you can multiply your money easily im short time proper monitoring is a must and also you can invest your monry in short term hyip.  Invest on new site and if you earn dont turn back and invest again and look for another new one.
7678  Economy / Economics / Re: How to earn money with bitcoin ? on: April 24, 2016, 11:49:50 AM
Try to use cloudmining site but its risky Smiley
there are several sites cloud mining right to mine and has been reliable. there are bits x and hashnet.
if I hear another site I don't really know. but who you know both of them have a small risk

I don't prefer to invest in cloudmining sites as it will not survive for a longer period of time and it might disappear in future, better to go for trading to earn quick money.

Cloud mining sites is all ponzi nd it Will turn scam without reaching your roi and 4theres long cloud mining existing but still it will turn scam one of this days. But to earn money is by joining in sig campaign you are right here and very good investment is to buy higher ranks account by that you can earn big money and passive money without worried to be scam and also you can earn money by posting yout abilities im service section if you can attract costumer well you can earn money by that.
7679  Economy / Economics / Re: How many Bitcoin do you have saved? on: April 24, 2016, 11:45:57 AM
I have no bitcoin. I am waiting too see what happens in a few months time after all the things that crystal ball rubbers are saying that is going to happen do not transpire the way that they hoped it would. Then I will get some. But only then.

Oh thats very bad you cannot join the earnerd for this halving event but its ok as long theres bitcoin you can still earn big because price per sat is rising and thats a good news for bitcoin users even faucet can be profitable to newbies if the price will reach to 700$. But in my own savings i save only a little amount og bitcoin and thats ok because i dont have enough money to buy many bitcoin and still ok because i can still earn by that.
7680  Economy / Economics / Re: The Halving - Good or Bad for Bitcoin? on: April 24, 2016, 11:41:17 AM
As a trader, it's a big development in btc and sure is something that'll probably make the prices rise. So bring it on Smiley
The halving is an inherent feature of the Bitcoin protocol, and no one really knows what will happen after.
The theory says that as the currency reduces its emission flow, the feeling of scarcity will become more evident, and prices will tend to rise.

Yes im a trader to and halving is good development on bitcoin history because by that it tells the future of bitcoin and i think halving is very good to bitcoin as history tells because as past charts it say bitcoin price is rising by halving effect and thats very good. I think the effected of bad happend on halving is the miners because the difficulty of blocks will be higher and i think it is not profitable to mine these days so beware of cloud mining. Overall effect halving is very good.
