regulation can be protection and yes i do agree about that but the regulation also must have good benefit from both sides the government and bitcoin users itself i mean if the purpose of the regulation is only payment of taxes but we as bitcoin users can't get full of protections then i think it's useless

i personally more likely to consider bitcoin and altcoin is speculation and investment because if we see from investment side bitcoin and altcoin good for investment asset and hold them for short term and long term purppose is good but it can be considered as speculation too because sometimes we can predict the price both of them until hoping if we sell at the particular price we expect huge profit from our speculations results

before starting gambling you have to realize the risk even too many bad things from gambling which can be bringing bad influence for your life too however this is happened to me several times when i lost and only small amount of money left but sometimes i did take the risk with go all in with the rest of my money and the results was very various that sometimes i got lucky and won but often too i lost all of my money

nothing impossible in bitcoin because if the price dumped then only at the same day the price will crash also while being pumped bitcoin can jumping rapidly too but as long as there will be no bad news or negative statement from the particular countries i think at the end of this year bitcoin can through more than $30k but to reach at $70k possibly will not happened in this year

for me the answer is simple that bitcoin is more better than stocks or real estate because the percentages to growing the value is more high that other investment and as far as i know that investing at real estate only can grow less than 10% from total amount of investment per year but bitcoin can give high percentages than investing at real estate if we hold it for one year or more

those statistic indeed very worrying and there are other countries besides Vietnam in south east asia who tempting to do that too because they thought investing at cryptocurrencies based MLM is profitable even some people dare to sold all of their physical asset such as their house or cars and invest at there and i think they all should be warned because usually MLM will being scam at the end

depend on your situations but if you feel the percentages to increase your crypto asset will be so less if you hold your Doge then sold all of it would be fine and switch it to other coin but as far as i remember to grow your investment value from hold Doge isn't good choose because the price movement seems very slow but Doge position at coinmarketcap is not so bad although not entering top 10 position again but Doge never lack of interest at least for next one year

if compared between 7 kind of investments which is OP mentioned i think bitcoin would be the last position because movement price seems very crazy and can jumping or dropped at the same day but most people choose bitcoin because bitcoin can provide huge profit in the short time although equal to the risk but i think the profit will deserve to get especially for long term purposse

Op has edited his post several month ago and he decide to buy skycoin from his current bitcoin however i just seeing at skycoin chart that if OP buy this coin at november last year and hold untill January 1 i think he has got the profit and the chart showing the top price was happened between december to january but if he still hold it untill today then i'm pretty sure he will experience huge lost because following other altcoin then skycoin also dropped rapidly since several days ago

i think panic sell happened almost for every bitcoin and altcoin holder because they're fear to losing their money especially in bitcoin that in my country there was several of my friends who holding bitcoin was very fear and decide to cut their losses with sold all of their bitcoin but in my opinion bitcoin and other altcoin will be recover soon and i believe people will hold the deeper crash with more demand so currently there is nothing i could do besides get more patience untill the price climbing up again

investing at the top 10 altcoin actually does not ensure you get profit but at least with investing at the coins which have high support market can ensure your investment not being the dust even can considering as your future investment but after seeing your previous lost then better stick to the top 10 altcoin is much better than your previous pick but indeed airdrop coin is profitable because basically you get it for free

i used to trade with bittrex and poloniex so often and both of them in my opinion is quite good to considering as your trading site but because bittrex does not open again for new registration then poloniex is the best for me if comparing from other sites such as cryptopia and yobit

i was attempts to get involved my friends into cryptocurrencies world but they says that they're not believe me that bitcoin can give good opportunity to makes money even they says digital currencies has no value and no bright future because they says the currencies should have has a physical form not digital
