I have difficulties in unlocking and locking my wallet. No reaction on pressing these buttons.
My first try after starting the wallet, entering the password, and pressing "Unlock", leads to "Status: Wallet locked".

This is not even floating price range for namecoin.It should be .003-.005 range for now and then upwards to .01 at least.For project to raise funds it should be self funding in better way and developers should have bigger mining pool interest.That way no more problems with funding issue.
The low volume low price opportunity to buy at the bottom should be closed off by market makers.This is not manipulation it is basic common sense.

Is it possible to download block from those who finished downloading? For example: user A already downloaded every block. He copy his data.ldb for user B. Will it work?

After importing old seeds from backup, I can see only one account of a dozen. The coins on some of my accounts are existent, as I can see in the explorer. How can I reclaim those accounts?
Advanced --> Accounts --> Create account Works, thank you. So after importing the seed, by klicking button "create account" the formerly created accounts are reappearing again. Yet a little bit unsteady, this coin, but I stay tuned to it. The technology is promising. |

I think new version after 7.8.2 should resolve sync issues. But for now Blockchain for Win64 wallet (only) Save Seed!Advanced --> Accounts --> Backup/clipboard wallet Seed

my biggest issue with this coin is a few stakers seem to have configured to mazimize rewards while the avg holder wit some big coins cannot reap stake rewards
i originally bought this cointo hold n stake longterm but it seems pretty crazy if u have 300k 400k n cnt get a reward, so while i dnt make it a habit of atoring large amount coins on polo seems not logical keep in wallet tht reaps no benefits
I'm also a big holder, and I bought this coin because of this feature. I stopped staking for long, it's not profitable for me. In a human world small entities have an advantage against big entities (at least no disadvantage). We could discuss, if the disadvantage for big holders is too large. The feature is for promoting decentralisation, and this goal is welcome in my eyes, and so I stay invested. |

Na man könnte ja spaßeshalber mal den ETF rausnehmen, als ob es ihn überhaupt nicht geben würde. Warum könnte der Bitcoin denn aktuell noch steigen, also gibt es denn Leute die jetzt kaufen, einfach weil sie ... Ich seh halt so keinen Grund, darf das jetzt eben nicht ausführen sonst werde ich gebannt.
Allein Nigeria ist doch groß genug, den Kurs zu treiben. Und wenn die schon 1600 USD bereit sind zu zahlen, ist es nur eine Frage der Zeit, bis das zu uns rüberschwappt. Und Krisenherde gibt es genug. Trotzdem halte ich den Bitcoin für eine Hochrisikoanlage, mit der es von heute auf morgen vorbei sein kann. Du meinst das Ding mit den Prinzen der hier sein Kohle anlegt? Ach ich weiß nicht. Nagut das habe ich etwas unterschätzt. Der Ölprinz würde wohl den normalen Preis in USD löhnen. Ich glaube eher, da kauft der Mittelstand, der keinen freien Zugang zu den Märkten hat. Wer zahlt schon freiwillig 50% mehr als er müsste. |

also ein KAuf bist 1230 USD über dem aktuellen Kurs von 1180 ist eine squeeze Angst vor weiter steigenden Kursen, Verluste werden in Kauf genommen Am Arsch ist derjenige der kaufen musste doch nur wenn es nicht weiter hoch geht oder? Verkloppt er die Dinger halt auf 1250  Der Shorter hat seine Coins vor einiger Zeit von einem Leihgeber geliehen, und sie auf dem Markt verkauft, in der Hoffnung, sie später wieder günstiger zu bekommen (Wette auf fallende Kurse). Nun wird er gezwungen, sie zurück zu geben, um seine Verluste zu begrenzen, kauft sie also auf dem Markt, was zu dem Ausschlag führt. Er gibt die Coins also jetzt sofort an der Leihgeber zurück, die nie sein Eigentum waren. Ist der Shorter groß genug, dann kommt es zu diesen Ausschlägen. Gibt es viele Shorter, dann kann es zu ganzen Kaskaden von Short-Squeezes kommen. Etwas ähnliches gibt es auch bei fallenden Kursen. |

Since my update from 1.0.10 to 2.0.1 two wallets seems to be empty. One of the wallets had some value, but after the reset command it vanished too. Any Hint?
(I have a large backup history, so at this time I suppose I will get them back.)
I did a full sync of a fresh 2.0.1 installation on ubuntu 16.04.01.

Bitcoin wird meines Erachtens halt derzeit von traditionellen Tradern geprägt. In der Anfangszeit waren wohl die meisten libertäre Ideologen, aber inzwischen sind ja viele Groß- und Kleinanleger diversester Coleur dabei. Den meisten ist Eigenverantwortung herzlich egal und ich bin mir sicher dass nur eine kleine Minderheit einen Node betreibt (und ein neues Gox weiterhin katastrophale Auswirkungen haben könnte).
Liegt warscheinlich auch daran, daß viele glauben mit dem Betrieb eines Node nichts verändern zu können. Die OKCoin-Nachricht passt übrigens zu der Erwartung, die ich habe, dass bald eine chinesische Exchange über den Jordan gehen wird ...
Die schlauen Chinesen diversifizieren doch  : http://www.spiegel.de/wirtschaft/unternehmen/deutsche-bank-bekommt-grossinvestor-aus-china-a-1135143.html... Seit ein Ende der juristischen Altlasten absehbar ist, hat sich der Aktien-Kurs aber von knapp als 10 Euro auf 18 Euro fast verdoppelt. Die Chinesen setzen auf kräftige Kurssteigerungen... Da sag nochmal jemand, der Bitcoin sei volatil  Aha, die Chinesen haben also in der Nähe des Minimum eingekauft, und versuchen den Schrott jetzt wieder zu plazieren. Gute Idee. |
