Always wanted to go to Europe. Heard amazing stories from friends about their travels there. USA seems dull and boring, with all due respect Tongue

Whatever you do don't go to the UK it's filled with chavs and constantly striking government employees >_<

7804  Other / Archival / Re: I sold everything at $158/159 this morning on: April 08, 2013, 12:33:38 AM
I know this might seem mad, but I'd actually be glad if all the speculators jumped off the Bitcoin train, because then the currency would be used more by normal people and as a currency rather than an investment hedge against inflation so if you look at it from my point of view a massive correction might end up being a really good thing and not the scary end of the world scenario everyone is screaming about right now. This actually reminds me a lot of what people were saying with the paper currency economies as well so maybe now I'll actually be able to get to see a correction and the positive effects it might bring.

7806  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoins full potential value? Optimistically on: April 07, 2013, 09:54:54 PM
I think it will go mainstream but not in the sense that everyone's thinking, all the governments will hate it, the media will hate on it and all the big financial people will hate it, but I suspect under the rest of us it will be extremely popular, I think it's going to go the same way Bittorrent has.
7807  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Party on: April 07, 2013, 09:05:30 PM
Wayyyy ahead of you bassclef Cheesy that said I have some secret stuff I'm going to be setting up if I get my Bitcoin thousands which will both earn me shit tons of money and benefit humanity at the same time Tongue
7808  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Cheapest Electric Rates Anywhere... .5 BTC BOUNTY on: April 07, 2013, 09:02:54 PM
Easy. Alaska. Why? You get paid thousands just for being there, offsetting any electric costs.

Actually I know this is probably a joke but Tongue if you went to somewhere like Alaska where it's pretty much cold all year round you wouldn't have to worry about cooling as much so that will probably keep the electricity cost down in the first place, either that or you can go to a really hot and sunny country where solar electricity is ridiculously easy to get and just make your own electricity.

7810  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin soda machine no? on: April 07, 2013, 05:45:45 PM
I think this is beginning to show that there might be a need for someone to make more offline options for Bitcoin Tongue

7812  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Quit your cryptocrastinating and get on board already! on: April 07, 2013, 04:03:30 PM
I'm not setting up any mining rigs or anything but I certainly want to draw for Bitcoins and such, while I'm progressing there are two things that scare the shit out of me Tongue Billions of people having access to it which makes me turn into this paranoid creature that thinks it's all going to be a disaster and then the fact I'm entering a whole new economy which is also connected to far more people than I can imagine.

Give it time you impatient sods ;_; new things are scary lol by the time I finish my manga Bitcoins might be worth £200 so I'll have to calculate what to charge for it AGAIN! >_< I think this is what a lot of merchants are considering when it comes to this sort of thing.
7813  Other / Off-topic / Re: Personality types on: April 07, 2013, 03:37:05 PM

7814  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The Institutions and Class Structure of the State on: April 07, 2013, 12:00:20 AM
And adding to that people arguing for taxes will use the old cliche of "If we stopped paying the government taxes then we wouldn't have any roads and people would die on the street".
7815  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin vs Litecoin [Winner Prediction] on: April 06, 2013, 11:46:29 PM
As long as over-inflated paper money doesn't win after all of this I don't care who wins really Tongue
7816  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buy Indie games (Eufloria) with Bitcoin on: April 06, 2013, 07:43:49 AM
I actually had to do a double take and check your site was the real thing and not a scam! That's awesome, I already bought Eufloria ages ago because I liked the idea and it had some solid coding, oddly enough I couldn't get into it that much though. If I may make a shameless ad for this guy there's a shop that does exactly what you need, I've been looking at it and messing around with it and so far it's looking pretty awesome you don't even need to sign up with a payment processor to get it working so that means you get to keep all the coins you earn.

http://bitfreak.info/bitshop/

It's really for digital products but there are options there so you can get emailed with orders but I haven't had the chance to experiment with it yet, good luck guys, it's nice to see indie developers take an interest in this, especially the ones that makes games and not business models. It doesn't have a pay what you want system up yet but I talked to Bitfreak and he seemed to be open to the idea so who knows? Might come along in a future update but obviously I can't speak for him.
7817  Other / Off-topic / Re: Wtf Caffeine addiction? on: April 05, 2013, 09:27:19 PM
Oh yeah I'm sure, still getting side effects but at least I'm not feeling like I'm going to throw up, that was a weird moment.
