I have a pending withdrawal - I haven't received an email - and I've re-requested it
Can you either send the email or my XPY. Or is this now stolen?

Hilarious. Love the last comment :

@Mona Mineral
But for you, colonel32, "never obsolete" hashlets suddenly vanishing and nobody getting a refund, is not suspicious either. So your paycoins vanishing is totally okay, too. Not a scam at all.

Hi, I've just setup a new pool on a linux VPS.

Does anyone have the best way to start/run bitmonerod on boot? Everything I seem to try breaks stuff or doesnt seem to work.

thanks for any info/help - i searched extensively, but came up completely short. :\

crontab -e

add this at the end:

Code:
@reboot screen -dmS monero /path/to/bitmonerod/bitmonerod

You can then connect to your bitmonerod with screen -r monero and disconnect with control-a d

Ah, hell, that's genius, I never would have thought of that, thanks as always. Wink

I'll just leave this here. Good luck to you all, and let's hope this isn't an exit scheme in the making.

Hi, maybe this is the wrong thread, if so, I apologize, as I did a lot of googling but came up short.

I'm for the first time running bitmonerod on Linux.

I compiled from latest linux 64-bit source, and now have the daemon running - I couldn't seem to use the blockchain.bin on monero.cc (kept crashing), so i've gotten it running but resyncing from scratch.

Here is my single question - Am I now using the new database format, or ... was there some compile switch i missed? My blockchain.bin is still pretty large, even with 333 days left to sync, but i'm not sure that matters.

Thanks for any help/advice.

If you got the master HEAD from github then yes you are using the experimental database version. Your blockchain.bin file won't be used, it will create a separate directory with .bitmonero for the database files.

Ah, ok, I grabbed the source from monero.cc - guess I'll go redo it. Thank you kindly, sir! Wink

7909  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: BangBros XXX Pawn Mia Khalifa Bangbros Live Girls Gone Wild account for sale on: May 03, 2015, 10:57:31 PM
ok IM NOW SELLING IT FOR 1.50 CENTS CMON PLEASE SUBSCRIPTION TO THESE NORMALLY IS 19.99

Now selling for $1.5 sounds too good to be true. How longs left on the account what subscriptions you get with it. Is this a haxed account from underground and limited. Sounds very like it as can get the accounts for free and then sell on as a shared account where x amount of people will share till expires

They are probably scraped from pastebins and sold to many diff. people.

Edit - To anyone searching for an account, there is your answer - Google-fu.  Huh

does anyone have an eta on when Josh will be in a Jail cell with big bubba as a cell mate?  Smiley

The previous discussion here seems to have resulted in a consensus of never.

Nah.. It will just take a while, and he's more likely to have someone like Bernie Madoff as his cell mate, somewhere like this:

For someone so broke, seems to have a few BTC

Edit. Have to wonder if he burned all 167 on XPY now that I noticed the balance field is not showing.

Also, WTF is database rights?  Huh

As a former linux admin, i'd assume that to mean anything dumped into the web servers' mysql/postgres/whatever db, usually as part of the UI/Site.

do you think I can buy a small test amount like you mentioned earlier $2-$5 cards.

I really dont feel like buying a huge balance regardless, since I dont know where it comes from.

Well I used my vouch code this morning and it worked just fine. Going to purchase a $50 code...will reply back later.

I`m assuming your card was perfectly okay, since you didnt report back.

all good here, 3 cards rotating daily... Wink

Title says it all.

I have 1 Bitcoin to spend on 100 empty addresses at the moment.

Just curious.. Why? CLAMS? Or the off chance someone sends a million dollars to those addresses?

Edit - sorry didn't see the date requirement. what's that about now? Thanks!
7917  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What to invest BTC in? on: April 30, 2015, 04:33:11 PM

Is that a new altcoin to be invested? The first time I ever heard about it and please link the info to me may be I will start to get that altcoin if it attracted to me. Btw what good things that it ever published?

I don't think it's all that new, but here is the ANN thread. I solo mined one DMD once, it took a full day with 2 graphics cards, and was worth .17 cents after.  Roll Eyes

Well other than just buying and holding till a price rise, i'm for now at least investing some on scryptcc.. some users claim it is a ponzi, but it is still paying, and paying good so far with 60 days ROI, might be a good place to "gamble", although i have some friend how are there for more than a year and recieving all fine so far.

ALL cloud mining is either a ponzi or a rip off. look at mintsy that came out today, throw away your money on -ROI... Sad

Edit - If you ROI or make $,  you got in early, & the people joining later likely paid for your loss.
