82  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Being unpredictable on: March 23, 2021, 01:00:20 PM
Is there a way that you can ensure being difficult to predict at Poker? For example, if you never bluff, people will eventually get to known that and it will reduce your ability to profit from good  cards? Anyone there knows techniques or trick to avoid being easy to read?

I agree with some of the suggestions where you could just play online to avoid people reading or predict your trick or your bluff. In some games, if you do the same move over and over again that is where you will become predictable to other players. Mostly your opponent is already expecting that since that is what you do most of the time or in that situation so the best thing to do most of the time is just constantly changing your strategy to avoid being predicted by your opponent. I guess a lot of players are just good at reading people because when it comes to a big amount of money it's difficult to hide your emotions. Maybe the trick is just to accept that you already lose so that opponent cannot read your move.
83  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Time to sell my BTC? on: March 16, 2021, 07:31:54 PM
So I bought BTC at £9000, made a nice amount. Is it a good idea to now sell this and move that money into alt coins? or should I  sell half BTC and buy back in after alt season is finished?

What do you think?

It's already a huge profit, so you could sell your bitcoin already it doesn't matter since you could always reinvest that money when the price of bitcoin dump in the future or when the bull run ends. It's difficult for a lot of investors to sell at the peak of the bull run of the bitcoin and only a few percent of investors actually do that. Maybe selling by portion could be a good thing maybe 15% every time the market price continues to pump also so could always earn a profit because you already made a good profit by holding for a long time actually. You could hold for a bit just decide on an exit strategy because for sure there will be a dump for sure or else plan to sell it on a higher price value around 200k$.

86  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where would you sell if you had bought 10 Bitcoin at $100? on: February 24, 2021, 09:14:28 PM
Would everyone who bought at $100, would have had the insight to hold? Probably not. And if not, where would you have sold? For the purposes of this fun simulation, let's assume that you'd bought 10 BTC at $100, a mere $1000 total investment, which is not much by any means, even teenagers with their pocket money can invest that king of money (true story, a lot of those Lambo youths are such examples).

https://www.tradingview.com/chart/BTCUSD/25zPhzmI-BITCOIN-What-if-you-had-bought-at-100-Would-you-have-held/

It's really difficult to believe that they didn't sell their bitcoin or maybe some just forget about their investment in years and then just suddenly know about it again when bitcoin is a trend again because it already reaches a high price like when it 20k$ or today like 58k$ but it's different when your a day trader since you are always updated to what news about bitcoin and other altcoins in the market. I assume at some point of their HOLD they need some funds maybe or probably they need to sell some bitcoin because they need to make sure some of the profit like 100$ and now it 1000$ I assume they sell at least 1 bitcoin but still do not really sell everything unless they just invest and invest in years and then sell everything one time.
87  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should you take loan(s) to invest in crypto? on: February 24, 2021, 08:52:37 PM
If you are a regular Twitter user and happen to follow a bunch of influencers or investors, there are high chances that you will have gone through some of the tweets claiming someone has borrowed a loan from bank to just invest into crypto. If not yet, check it here. Well, this is one really  interesting topic so I though why not discuss here.

What do you think of taking loan(s) to invest in crypto? What's your input? Have any of you done this already? Isn't this crazy?

I think about that a long time ago when most of the altcoins are pumping in the market I consider taking a loan to invest in cryptocurrency. Because my investment was just skyrocketing and I think already around 300x-400x in just 2months so I see a lot of opportunity in investing in other coins because I see like BNB which increase its price really high and I just don't have enough money to invest because everything is already invested in the different altcoins. It would work great actually if you know someone where you could loan that just have low interest and if you are really lucky you could easily make a profit in that and even triple the amount that you loan. Still, it's your decision if you want to loan from the bank but you should know the risk of investing in cryptocurrency it could easily go wrong so you should have a backup plan unless your crypto investment does not work well.
88  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk twitted - Doge on the actual MOON! on: February 24, 2021, 08:37:45 PM
Okay, Elon Musk just twitted an image with title: Doge WOW.

It's interesting to see what will happen. Image itself is optimistic and the idea behind is that Doge will go to the moon.

What do you think, what will happen? It already has enormous reactions in just some minutes.

Tweet's link

I think it's just another hyper post on DOGE coin by Elon musk I just don't want to be part of it because I think it's all just hype and I don't want to invest in a coin that literally has no future because it doesn't have any use. As we can see in the DOGE coin chart it's just staying lower than the ATH around .08 or something and I don't think it's even gonna surpass that and I didn't think it's even going to reach 1$ at all. It's better to invest in other altcoins that actually have a potential for long-term investment than gambling it in DOGE coin.
89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't repeat same mistakes on: February 24, 2021, 08:18:25 PM
In 2017 when bullrun took over crypto space and many altcoins joined later some people still keep holding thinking that their altcoins will keep surging and surging, little did they know that bull season always have short life span when comparing to bear season, bear season can stay for years but bull season is just in months, so why are you holding when you should be selling?

Remember that some bought bitcoin at 20k and they have no choice but to hold till today, imagine all this year's waiting just to get back to where you once are. Bitcoin is over 18k now, good for them cos they are near recovery since 2017.

Know when to get in and know when to get out, don't be a greedy bastard.

I still have my bitcoin holdings and mostly it just came from the signature campaign so I don't really have capital with it so I could just hold it for a long time and sell it at a good price than before when I received the payment. It's true that we should have an exit strategy when investing in cryptocurrency but we also know that in bitcoin it's more like a long-term investment and you don't need to care about the deeps. Still, we have technical analysis and obviously, we are still in the bull rin so I don't think it's a good time to sell.
90  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamblers - How do you use your signature campaign earnings? on: February 24, 2021, 07:46:00 PM
I see a lot of signature wearers discussing gambling quite frequently in this section of the board. I’m curious, what do you do with your signature campaign earnings? Do you support your advertiser and gamble it on their platform, save it, or spend it? I assume most people probably gamble it, and that’s why signature campaigns are able to be so generous, but maybe some users are taking advantage of the funds to help support themselves or even give back to charities or organizations they enjoy. If you have a good use for your earned signature campaign earnings, share it here, or even if you have a not so good use. Smiley

Sometimes the payment that came from the signature campaign can be claimed on the website itself that we are promoting so sometimes I gamble the payment on the website just to try the website. To be honest there is a lot of gambling website that I don't like because it's just kinda sketchy and most of the time you're just gonna end up losing your money. I do play in the popular gambling websites here in the forum and mostly because they are already tested so it's a guarantee to be a great website. But most of my payments are just invested and save in my wallet.
91  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The gambling black market thrives in Britain on: February 24, 2021, 06:49:19 PM
Have you ever used illegal black market to make a bet ? Gamble ? When the normal opportunities were not available ? But what do we think about Britain? In the Britain the black market gambling have more than just doubled , which is a matter of concern for everyone and not just the government.

-Despite having Gambling as a controlled legal sport the black market continues to flourish. WHY ?
What are your opinions?

https://www.gamblinginsider.com/news/11001/new-bgc-research-shows-number-of-customers-using-black-market-sites-has-more-than-doubled

Now why should it be a matter of concern?
- With the new Variant already in the UK these illegal platforms might be a hub for the fast spread of COVID plaguing the whole world
-there is no minor protection policies
-more illegal things are drug dealing and money laundering might be connected with such cases.

I do think the government needs to actually look forth for their licensing policies they time and again force the small gambling companies to shut off their business but at the same time doing it illegally doesn't make it any less of a crime.

What are your thoughts ?
Have you ever tried Gambling in the black market ?

Illegal gambling sounds ridiculous already for me. Gambling in the black market was insane and I will never try to do this. Its sounds like a gamble where your life could be threatened. I think this is where big-time criminals gamble their money in the place of the black market. The fact that the number of people using black market websites has double probably means the government does not really have a good system that takes care of this kind of illegal black market websites. Maybe because of the pandemic people find a new way to do it in a form of online, other countries already taken care of these issues, for sure Britain can too.
92  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao offered $10 million to fight Terence Crawford on: February 24, 2021, 05:51:40 PM
This is probably what Manny was talking with his latest update that he will be back this year with a big fight.

https://tribune.net.ph/index.php/2021/02/12/pacquiao-give-me-crawford/

Quote
“We told Bob I get $40 million and Crawford gets $10 million,” said Pacquiao, whose last fight was a stunning win over Keith Thurman in July 2019 in Las Vegas.

I believe if Crawford will take this fight, it will be the biggest paycheck of his career as a boxer.

So what do you think about this fight, is it going to be the fight of the year?

Manny Pacquiao will retire soon I guess he changes his mind I thought he doesn't want to fight anymore and he's also a senator I'm really worried if he can still fight with his full potential in his recent fight he still has the speed of his punches even in soon news they showcase Manny Pacquiao is doing training and we can clearly see the speed of the punches but I doubt the power. He's already 42 years old and Terrence is 33 years old at that age mostly that is where your senses slow down like reaction time I just hope he can still fight and win.
93  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: King Billy is stealing our money! on: February 24, 2021, 03:48:50 PM
I played today for hours on King Billy. did about 200 spins and nothing. WHats up with their RTP seems wrong cause it doesnt make any sense. Sent a complaint to King Billy. Dont recommend at all. Has this happened to more people?

It's still gambling so it's just pure luck no strategy or any skills to win the game. I don't play that much when it comes to slots games because I just feel the same I don't think the websites are dishonest but it just has a really low chance of winning. Don't gamble on that website since you lose a lot, I suggest you find a great website where you win most of the time. It just my experience but there is a lot of dishonest gambling website that actually has a bad algorithm when it comes to winning mostly the common outcomes was losing and only a small percentage was winning, meaning no one will win unless many players loss already.
94  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Logan Paul moving to Puerto Rico, fight back on? on: February 24, 2021, 02:12:15 PM
Logan Paul announcing he’s moving to Puerto Rico to save on income taxes seems to me like a move one would make if they were planning a big payday. That makes me think the fight with him and Mayweather may actually happen.  That or he’s got some other big business moves in the works, but I can’t think of any.

What do you think? Will this fight still happen?

I'm a Fan of Logan Paul Vlogs and I subscribe to his youtube channel a long time ago. He clearly knows how to sell and knows it would be a big amount of money if the fights with Mayweather will continue. It's a big trend last time what happened in his fight with KSI. With Floyd his opponents it will be instantly trending worldwide but I don't really think he would stand a chance against Mayweather, I mean Mayweather is already a legend and I don't think he could hurt him. Mayweather is already interested in fighting anyone just for fun without a belt so there is a big chance that the fight will be set.
95  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin crashed below $48K, is the bull market in danger? on: February 23, 2021, 07:40:10 PM
Bitcoin price dropped below $48,000 in a major correction on Monday right before the U.S. market open.

https://cointelegraph.com/news/bitcoin-price-crashes-below-48k-but-is-the-bull-market-in-danger

I would consider the correction as normal because in the past weeks if we look at the chart in hours we could notice that the price is just pumping ridiculously so it's really normal to have a bit of a correction in a way. I think it's great if you sell your bitcoin at 58k$ where the peak of bitcoin is but other than that it's better to hold if you're aiming for a high profit. I think we're still good even in a 30% down because it's a bull market has a bit of a correction is just normal with a big pump in the past weeks.
96  Economy / Speculation / Re: I think we will see a lot of weak hands at $100K on: February 23, 2021, 06:26:07 PM
If BTC will reach $100K of course.

Why?

Because it's a milestone for many.

But not for all.

Don't be weak and give it all to the whales.

Be strong.

Its already starting because of the correction on 58k$ and now we are already down to 47k$ I think bitcoin wouldn't go down that much if people would continue to hold for a long term investment up to 100k$ but it's still going down until now so I guess a lot of people are panic selling. For sure on the way to 100k$, there will be a lot of up and downs and until the bull season is over sure there will be a lot of people that will sell their bitcoin it's really hard to hold especially if you see the market price of bitcoin going down, and it's easy to hold your bitcoin when the market price is pumping.
97  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what is your bull run profit 2021 on: February 23, 2021, 04:39:31 PM
I got 12000USD Profit.  Investment was 990 USD.  I hope all you got profits. share experience even losses , we can get experience from it and then ready for next bull run.

I think I have a great investment when I just getting started I invested 200$ in my Binance account and now it's already 2000$ but now it's down to 1500$ because of the correction in the market but I still holding and will not sell until the altcoin season is already over. I recorded all of my profits in the past months and I only started investing 200$ last month (January) so I think 200$ to 2000$ in just 1 month is not that bad of investment and I think its a good profit overall. I also plan to invest more of my money that came from my signature campaign to earn more.
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: alt season over or about to start ? on: February 23, 2021, 04:10:20 PM
I personally believe that alt season over. but some people are saying that the season is yet to arrive. what are your opinions?

It's not over when you compared the price in the past week we are still in the altcoin season. In a bull season, it's just normal to have a 30% correction. The price drop only happened overnight when you see it in the price chart the price that increases in the past week was still higher. We could easily recover the market price after just a day or even a week so we have a lot of time to recover the price. I think it's better to hold your bitcoin also the dump could be a price manipulation so investors could panic sell in the market.
99  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I think POLKADOT is still really undervalued on: February 23, 2021, 03:55:38 PM
Polkadot is a great Defi project in my opinion, and one that has the potential to replicate in the Defi space the same type of influence that ethereum has in the smart contracts space.
Thr Polkadot blockchain is like a robust network that allows the integration and combination of different Defi platforms such that real life-like financial services can be gotten through the blockchain.
This makes it very valuable in my opinion and its tokens price relatively very much undervalued

I think to with a project like pokladot I think it should have progressed a little bit faster or maybe double on what the price is this time. A lot of blockchain developers are considering Polkadot of course after Ethereum and we cant deny that Ethereum is still better. But I kinda like Polkadot having slow progress because it has a solid foundation compared to other altcoins that increase its market price rapidly meaning it might also go down its market price rapidly, in the correction today we can see Polkadot only down to 10% less in fact only 4.84% at this time, compared to other altcoins in the market that is down to 10% more
100  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Elon Musk looking to buy more Bitcoin ? on: February 23, 2021, 02:25:16 PM
read a lot about Elon Musk and I follow him on Twitter I see Elon Musk is not an old person in crypto he is a new person in crypto but because he has a large amount of capital what is said to be true could be real maybe he is an influential person in the crypto market .

Elon Musk is very influential in cryptocurrency as we see in the DOGE coin increasing its market price so much for a token without any use and with just a Twitter post people are invested in the token even gaining up to 1000% in the market up to .08 cents. He's a very smart person so for sure he is also interested in investing in cryptocurrency I think we could expect a lot of manipulation in the market price. The market is just so volatile with just a single news market price could easily down up to a big percentage just like what happened to DOGE and bitcoin.
