This is one great project, I see also in its bounty program the participants are very much participating.

If this is real, then Hearthy have done a good job at their Pre-ICO Stage. Many are requesting to open again the Pre-sale maybe they cannot wait for the ICO at February 2018. you're right they did a great job, just imagine when they re-open the presale, its possible that HER will be sold out. |

well it seems like there are still no update in re-opening of the pre-sale, for now let's be patient and wait, I'm sure they're doing what they can, though i suggest that you join their telegram channel so that you'll be updated. I don't think that they will re-open the presale as it will be a BS move for those who participated the real presale. Instead of launching another presale, why not add more discount in the official ICO? They did reopen but the bonuses are different from the ones who really filled up the whitelist first. It is not a bad move either because it provided them the investment they need to keep going. yeah, i think its not a bad move as well in order to attract more investors they will continue to offer good bonuses, its a win-win situation for both Investors and the icos. |

You can send emails regarding business matters to their address. How long is the average waiting time for the reply of the support team? They do respond fast. Time zone can be an issue but they do have support both email and Telegram. I tried messaging them both Telegram and email. or you can try visiting the website and chat with the agent online and ask whatever inquiries you may have, they reply quite fast. |

I wonder what others think of the people whose trying to ruin or break our trust to this project? They say it is scam but they dont have any evidence to prove what they say to Hearthy . Maybe they are just hired man .

Seems that the project have lesser updates for this week, maybe the inquiry for re opening of whitelist makes the team so busy this days...  that's what I'm thinking too, i guess they're really busy preparing for the whitelist, so lets just give them a bit time for sure they will update us here when they can. |

I saw someone posting to other thread that this project is scam. But upon my reading, the concept of Hearthy will help many people in checking their medical record and also they give convenience to people. So why did they call this a scam? Since the developer also gives an update on what's happening to this project.
Just ignore them, they're just trying to discredit Hearthy, i bet someone paid them to do such things. yes his right just ignore him since he cant provide any real proof. and on the other hand, devs uploaded his diploma as a proof and even showed his MD thesis published as a book by amazon. correct! showing his diploma and thesis means that hearty is not scam and Dr. juanses is really a physician. actually I think they didn't have to bother, they can just ignore the guy but they still showed some proof, i guess this shows how serious they are about Hearthy and doesn't want its name getting tainted. |
