81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are your top coin to invest in for passive income? on: October 21, 2021, 07:52:48 PM
TRX staking right now. Doesn't really high profit but is still decent enough for the passive income type. I just hold TRX so this was a nice passive income for me but maybe not good enough for the others.
Not many people Staking on TRX because the profits are not so much even though it looks very passive and good, so some people only use this TRX as trading in the short term, because the pump is not too big now.

If you don't see good return best to play with the project in a much shorter term, but if you think that there are good potential
for long term span, passive income still good even it's only providing small APY but the hope that the coin's value will increas
will allow you to keep holding.
Yeah, that's what I consider TRX now, a long term investment for me. Any increased amount of TRX is welcome. I know, I know I could gain more if I find something else that gives more amount of passive income and fund it back to TRX. But for now, I quite okay with this set up and my investment in TRX not that big to do that, hassle you know?
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Litecoin - a lite version of Bitcoin. Launched! on: October 21, 2021, 06:33:34 PM
Turn that doge into Litecoin cash

true.
Love Litecoin Cash and Litecoin too.
Brothers. All time.
My love is only for Litecoin right now but Litecoin Cash also looks very attractive. Am I a sinner? lol j/k aside, still not buying the idea of Litecoin Cash at all.
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How reasonable is the long-term investment in Altcoins? on: October 21, 2021, 03:35:21 PM
What really takes for an altcoin to become a long term investment? Before, only Bitcoin could be considered as a safe and sound long term investment, then come to the ETH. You saw many top altcoins also have been running for quite some time after BTC and ETH and they will slowly be considered as long term investments.
So it's really up to what kind of altcoin to calculate the risk and sort of treat it as long or short term investments. Do you see altcoins like BNB is full of risk? How about LTC? Chain Link? Those altcoins have been running for a very long time, up to today. Their successes show that altcoins can be a long term investment, sort of risk free.
84  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [DEFI][ANN] Nimbus - Established FinTech Company. DAO-governed ecosystem. on: October 21, 2021, 02:05:59 PM
Nimbus's community has grown tremendously, with over 7K followers on Nimbus on Twitter. I was quite surprised because Nimbus is just a new project and appeared on Coinmarketcap only about 6 months ago.
Nimbus is a potential project that is receiving the attention and support of the crypto community. Nimbus DeFi investment strategies are truly accessible to everyone, making it easy for everyone to maximize their returns. You can refer to Telegram: nearly 20K members ^^
What makes Nimbus so appealing? Usually projects take a lot of time to create a community and promote DeFi products to the crypto market, while Nimbus seems to focus only on DeFi products for crypto community.
I think Nimbus must be very confident in their DeFi products to jump ahead and try to use them as the front face of their marketing. I also think it always build up your community first before trying to advertise your product but maybe Nimbus has its own way, time will tell.
85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: if country has fully adopted crypto and they are releasing their own stablecoin on: October 19, 2021, 05:03:14 PM
I was wondering about this. many people want to encourage crypto adoption in their country. but whether when adoption happens they will use it. or they are more comfortable using FIAT.

an example is a country has fully adopted crypto and they released their own stablecoin. they also legalize some other big crypto coins like bitcoin, ethereum, and some stablecoins like USDT or DAI. and you become one of the citizens of that country. which one will you use for daily transactions. stablecoins issued by your country's central bank, or mainstream crypto coins like bitcoin. or privately released stablecoins such as tether. or keep using cash because you are used to it. and give the reason why you chose that coin.

For daily use, I would choose stablecoins issued by my country of course. Less likely to fluctuate and cheaper fee for small amount of transactions like buying a burger, get a haircut,... Crypto like bitcoin or now ethereum has gone from being daily use to more as an investment so I don't think anyone would use it for daily use purposes.
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum and additional gas fees on: October 13, 2021, 07:43:41 PM
I have a lot of tokens stuck in my personal wallet for this high gas price of Ethereum. In between, there are many tokens that will not be equal to the gas price if they are sold. But in the midst of this frustration, I'm hopeful that after Ethereum 2.0 is introduced, all problems will be eliminated.
Same here, I still have a few tokens with such low value but not entirely worthless, just very costly for swap. So if Ethereum 2.0 is able to allow us to sort out low value tokens, this means every coin will count and contribute to a more stabilize price and market, not sitting dust beccause of high fee.

88  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Too many project SCAMS - PLEASE CAREFUL on: August 30, 2021, 04:19:42 PM
Not only the number of scam projects is increasing. But also, the kinds of scam projects are also changing in time. Now, there are 11468 coins in the market according to Coinmarketcap. This is an amount more than we need. As the number of coins increases, scam projects are also seen more common. At this point, reading the whitepaper of a project is really important. You should understand first what kind of a project you are dealing with. After a deep research, you can make your own decision about whether to invest into it or not. Not all the investors are doing this unfortunately but I hope to see most of them doing it. This can help decrease the number of scammers like this.
Although the number of scam projects is increasing but investors today are also smarter than they were before. All the basic things that investors today doing before then invest in a new project like you said, reading the white paper but also checking on team profiles, check if they're real people or face generate by AI,... Investors ain't stupid and easily got scammed like they used to be and this is a good thing.
89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good ways to trade? on: August 30, 2021, 12:56:43 PM

I studied a lot of indicators, but as you are a newbie, I would rather recommend MACD, RSI, Stochastic, Moving average. If you use all of them, it might be quite a working strategy. But if you use only two of them and you make money on it, suit yourself. You can make up your own strategy according to what you find easier and more comfortable for you.
By the way, one of the most comfortable platforms to use indicators and see charts in TradingView, so good luck!

It no hurt to learn a few indicators so you can at least know what's going on. Yours recommends also good too. As long as you don't solely depend on indicators since the market is quite dynamic. Not everything can be used or fitted with indicators.
90  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you make your HODL or dump decisions? on: August 30, 2021, 12:18:05 PM
It depends on how you see it. Do you think its price was undervalued for now? Do you think it will have a long future ahead and right now, a minor setback in terms of price? There is a lot of question you need to ask yourself to finally make your own decision. My only advice for you is: sometimes, don't too focus on price but think how it will fare in long term hodl.
91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 💎[ANN] Graphene [GFN] 100,000+ TPS💎Sharding • CASPER • Golang • eWASM • dAPPs on: August 29, 2021, 08:11:04 PM
Hi guys, the project has opened the registrations as a tester to try the claim of the Graphene token, join the discord community and communicate your interest in the section #bsc-graphene-testing:
Phore: https://discord.gg/hW449F6CbY
Graphene: https://discord.gg/NZ5xNk5ANv
why are some of your posts deleted?

The last update for claiming GFN is also related to experiments with the BSC testnet network. and so far there has been no further discussion.

what next?

Unfortunately bitcointalk has decided to suspend my account for 7 days, I don't understand.
However, the latest updates on Graphene can be found on this article:
https://cappex.medium.com/participation-in-the-gfn-graphene-airdrop-concluded-distribution-coming-soon-16b6dac8cd56

Wondering what will happen now to Phore project once GFN is fully launched in the market? If someone checks the trading market, the price of PHR is continuously declining. Once GFN is up, does PHR project have integral part also in this network? Because if not, PHR may die down slowly. Or maybe, I am not understanding things here regarding the role of PHR to GFN network. Wink
Once it is fully launched and open, it should try to introduce many new users to the coin as possible. I think Graphene can start hiring community or bounty manager to do the marketing, roll out a bounty campaign or social media.
92  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: help me, to recover 19 BTC on: August 29, 2021, 07:33:31 PM
Tracking a smartphone after 5 years is more of a fantasy. It is most likely already gone for a long time, so the chances of getting access to the wallet are almost unrealistic. It's a pity of course to lose so much money.
Even if he can track down his phone, the chance of those data in the phone is long gone or has been wiped out by new owner. No way he can recover back 19 BTC as he also forgets his Secret Private Recovery too. Unless there is something more that he can tell like someone in this thread mentioned about phone OTP.
93  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 90% chances if a coin is listed in Binance it has a good potential on: August 29, 2021, 07:07:28 PM
Good potential is not enough for nowadays as the crypto market and users demand more and more. That's why your point is right, being list on a big exchange makes a good potential coin look very attractive and has a lot of room to grow more. Kinda a double effect so everyone rushes to it because they think it will become the next big thing.
94  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin = 100k by December on: August 29, 2021, 06:09:24 PM
I have a little doubt that bitcoin will hit 100k this December, but predictions are sometimes right and sometimes wrong, the bottom line is not always what we expect, if bitcoin is to reach 100k it may take a little longer than you mention and also requires relatively stable market conditions
True, we can predict all we want but there is nothing certain to make it sound convincing. Right now, four more months to december and Bitcoin still hover around near $50k. Pretty hard for it to get back ATH, much less than $50k.
95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Cardano really reach 20$+ near end of year? on: August 29, 2021, 05:30:14 PM
No one will be sure what the value of ADA can achieve, it is priced from the market basis.  ADA trends are pretty good for their own smart contract development news.  That hit a huge volume for ADA the past 2 weeks.  It's an impressive development on their promise.  But hitting $20 this year is really unlikely.  If institutional investors decide to integrate into ADA then based on market trend it could hit $8 I guess

That's a big dream that is unlikely to happen, you know, when we make a target price, we should not only consider the movement of ADA, but also the movement of other major altcoins and most especially bitcoin, because if bitcoin is bearish, then most probably ADA would just follow the trend.
Yes, although it was altcoin season right now but let not forget all thanks to Bitcoin's price comeback. Any movement of altcoins in this season will depend on Bitcoin as well. I can't see ADA hit $20 without some exceptional pump for Bitcoin so if anyone wants to talk about ADA's $20 price mark, then you should start talking about Bitcoin price increase too.
96  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 95% of cryptocurrencies are fraudulent on: August 29, 2021, 04:52:05 PM
Maybe he has a point too. Now that so many coins have sprung up that I might say it's not clear in what direction. That's why investing in popular coins is much better than investing in new coins that we ourselves don't know will be like. I can say that this coin will make you rich overnight but it is very possible that this coin will cost you.
High risk, high reward. Even if we consider the statement 95% of cryptocurrencies are fraudulent is true then that left 5% of cryptocurrencies are legit or will become a big thing. 5% is good enough if you understand how investment work as there is nothing guaranteed to become successful.
97  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] 🚀⭐️MINDSYNC - Machine Learning Competitions to solve business tasks on: August 28, 2021, 07:16:22 PM
Why have you chosen Mindsync? Don't you think that the chance to create applications using AI for any device connected to the Internet is worth mlns of bucks? IMAO 2022 will bring a lot for AI and for the Mindsync, Testnet was successful

AI will boom, but Mindsync will not boom because there is no proper update and proper development from the and activities performed from the past year, they keep saying the same thing, which will not help the community to wait and which we don't see any value to the coin.
True, Mindsync needs a revival or change in direction of how people perceive or want from them. Need more updates about development and activities as well as stay in touch with the community so we know you are still there, working on. Give us confidence in holding your coin.
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Tether crash to $0? on: August 28, 2021, 04:50:42 PM
No one can give you a definitive answer about if USDT safe or not. If anyone is so confident about their answer, they're a fool and you shouldn't trust it. USDT or Tether or any stablecoin out there always has a risk. You shouldn't put everything you have into USDT bag, split it and spread it out to other cryptocurrencies or other stablecoin.
99  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BNB to $1k? on: August 28, 2021, 02:03:58 PM
I followed BNB very closely. I discovered it while BNB was hovering around the $35 resistance level.
I made my investments when it reached $123. Forced $450 levels 3-4 months ago. I think its current level is at a new resistance point. I think it will reach levels close to $2500 in 1 year. You didn't know in a period of 18 months. It definitely requires investment and long-term patience.
Have you taken into account the risk of Binance exchange got in trouble by the count of few countries because of Binance's shady side bussiness? I know, I know, BNB has long gone from such low price to right now and no doubt has a lot of potential for more growth over $1000 but there is still some risk. Someone said the recent correction is just temporary but its timing happened, I doubt that.
100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Not everyone can be lucky when it comes to shitcoins on: August 28, 2021, 01:55:15 PM
I observed that most of the meme coins listed on the ethereum platform and binancesmartchain are just to deceive their investors, they deliberately create such coins with the aim of attracting the attention of new investors. new investors often lose out on it. I suggest not to be interested in that kind of meme coin.
It's been so long since they've been doing that. The ICO has passed, the IEOs and as well as the new craze, the NFTs. They've been doing that and deceiving a lot of investors.
Because it's easy to make a new coin through contracts and chains, these scammers will do everything to make their project and swindle the money of the innocent investors especially the newbies.
That's why just follow the standard protocol of research when investing in a new, whatever if it was ICO, IEO, NFT or anything similar to the new craze in the future. If you do your research properly, you won't get scam by lazy new coins base on smart contracts or smart chains unless you're really unlucky/.
