You didn't finish paying until 11PM on January 22nd (Beijing Time) Your order was accepted on January 23rd (Thursday). 2 business days later would have been the Monday 27th Shipping Date. Therefore your hosting option was not to start until January 29th (to be eligible for Lost Mining Protection)
If you paid the order as you placed it, it would have been shipped to the hosting center and should have been hashing from January 27th MONDAY but DELAY in your payment caused the DELAY in HOSTING time.

According to the factory, the paste is not conductive and it will not harm the chips but please wipe them as much as you can before using the Antminer!!! That's the best I can do on this issue. A lot of mine came like this. Should I try to clean some of the paste off? Normally they don't come this bad.

1st thing in my mind.... PSU Please make sure you are using a PSU with 2 +12v rails and each PCI-E cable is coming from it's own rail. (Not 2 PCI-E connectors from 1 cable) If the above is not the case, if you feel confortable unscrewing the hashing PCB on the network port side and other hashing pcb and swap it. Then turn on the antminer with 1 blade only. If it still shows many XXXXX then, it's time for the RMA to get a replacement Hashing PCB Just got an S1 in today and hooked up. I have a section of ASIC status all xxxxxxxx and only running 156 Gh/s(avg). I switched the PCI-e cables around and still the same. Upon further inspection I noted that the RF led is not a steady flashing rate on one of the blades. Only flashes a couple times every other second or so. Definitely not behaving like the RF led on the other blade. Anything I can take a look at?

Round 7 Group Buy Last Batch to Include Missed/Lost Orders shipped on January 27 There is 1 confirmed lost order so far from this batch but the replacement Antminer is on the way. I don't have the tracking numbers from Jan 25th and Jan 27th as they are in Chinese New Years Holiday. Upper 300's and into 400's are in that group. Now back from AIR TRANSIT. UPDATE: I received the list of Tracking Numbers for the order# up to #323. Items promised to ship by January 21st were shipped ON TIME. Many of them received it already and a chunk of them shucked in India due to the mechanical problems with the UPS flight. Currently I'm getting some up to 50 e-mails from the same customers every few minutes asking the status. It's slowing me down waaaaaaaayy to much to answer e-mail and PM and Skype. Tracking Number wise, I'm constantly working on to speed up the notification time. Going to the shopping cart system was one of the attempt so, I don't get fall behind on the same PM asking for the tracking number over and over again before I can find the important PM about tech support, customer services and defective item issues. When I can find a better solution, I will try it. For now, all I can promises is I DO SHIP, unless I goofed or screw up the order, your order will ship as I have managed well over 1,000 units of Antminers and I think I had a few missed orders and a few UPS lost packages (Later located by the UPS) But I don't see obtaining the tracking number any sooner in the near future group buy for a while... (Solution: I do list late tracking number warning on the item description before you buy!!!) Sushi!!!!!

So I can send a request to Bitmain for the warranty work. yeah, whats up with that plane. why they take so long to fix it?
It takes a little while to track down the right sized replacement rubber bands for the propellers.

Your antminer will ship before Chinese New Year!!! You may not receive the tracking number until sometimes during the Chinese New Year as I CAN NOT get the tacking number until a few days after the shipping. (I'm trying but I can't make up a tracking number or see it in the crystal ball for you. So please be patient with the tracking number) If I goofed and missed your order or lost your order, YES, A FULL REFUND will be issue to you (hope that will not happen) Is Order #100000433 on the shipping of 25??
