a Logo design in 99design website is 299 Dollars: http://99designs.com/launchI would give the 200 plus XCs to them rather than Amateours if nothing good is found and it seems you can organize contests there Why we just do not move the Contest in that website so? and we can give exposure to the contest to more designers that hopefully are professional as well? What do you think? We need a full identity package not just a logo. Something that is put together as a whole and not piecemeal. I am sorry but you are not going ot get that with a contest nor do I think we will get that from 99design. I work with people who do this on a daily basis and have the means to deliver what we need. I have extended an offer to the dev to have this done at no cost to the community or the dev and am awaiting his reply. I agree on this also would be nice to hear from ATC and the community maybe they can enter the contest for the logo as a start? I have a friend as well that I contacted but he is not into crypto and busy as shit Dude the devs aren't open to a name change, I've been trying to push this idea. 'that other coin' name changed FROM our one currently, and fucking did very well. Like seriously XClouds sounds damn good, its marketable, easily design able, and revolves around the idea of decentralization and mesh networking. Also you could have a motto on the coin/logo that said 'XClouds ... Transfer Anonymous' to hit BOTH key points of the coin. Nah yo fuck that, well call it two letters, xc like what? A rebranding (or professional branding at all) is so urgently needed. It s painful to see such promising developement starving. Creating an identity that people can connect to should be the prior task. I still believe that people can t connect to "xc" in the necessary way. Couldn t we finaly as a community fund a professional or at least get on 99designs? This was requested several times. There have been revolutions that failed cause not enough people participated even though it was the right thing to do. This must not happen to ... sorry, i really don t want to call it xc anymore... even though it was chosen in the euphorical starting phase.

I found the best way for to ban users, a karma system. If a users has -10 karma, I will personally look over the posts and see if they must be banned.

MAESTRO QUEUE MUSIC XClouds; Float FreeThis name insinuates the idea of Mesh networking, and being 100% decentralized; + Blockchain 2.0. The motto represents the idea of the XClouds being fluid, and moving between the main net and the X net; or rather moving from USD, the earths currency, to XClouds, the currency of this Mesh network. Clouds are free, out of grasp from earth and sea. This signifies the other key idea of the coin, appealing immediately to those who would associate the coin with Blockchain 2.0 protocol. Only maybe consider making the X look different from xavier chambers logo but keep everything else. I have not seen a better logo for a coin, ever. +1 The look is very nice , but too much going on here to be a good logo. too many elements and gradients. maybe on a white background with less gradients? you always have to keep in mind that logos must be simple to stay in ppls minds. also they need to be minimal in design when printed on atms and debitcards. this is not a contest for the coolest wallpaper. I personally like the brighter metallic blue in the upper area. Maybe use this for the whole x with just a slight gradient? |

It s funny that noone ever adresses the "oh the price rises" pumping squad spams here but if there is a member with problems u tell him to stop whining. That s definitely not the way to go. Furthermore it s not such concerns that could create FUD, it s the actual fact that a coin with such a great dev and milestones to reach has no working POS. Sync not working for me either with new update and conf. This has nothing to do with FUD. This forum the place to adress such problems and you can t say: "Oh, u better don t adress it too much as that might fear others." BS! I have a couple of tenthousends of xc...no POS in Mac wallet and Win wallet. For days. There should have been at least minor payouts. Even with less interest in other POS coins i had at least payouts may they have been diminishingly small. Adress this issue please!
P.S. Right now, even the sync is not working. keeps getting stuck all the time...restart wallet....stuck.....restart wallet...stuck. In the end it never syncs. Any advice on that?

Thanks, but this is not the MAC wallet, it's windows. I don't think there is a mixer version for MAC yet. But this Pos issue is getting annoying. I've ben minting for at least 6 days now and haven't received any Stake (my wallet holds 8K+ XC). I hold even more and invested quite some money. It s really annoying that some seem to profit from POS and some just get nothing. I ve been a strong supporter but i really hope this is finaly fixed in the next version. |

I have been running the wallet under Mac for several days. No POS. I transfered wallet.dat to Windows wallet, newest version, updated conf. It now keeps being out of sync with 6 blocks to go i guess cause this was the last it showed when i had to restart when syncing stucked. I m kinda frustrated as i never had such problems before and POS minting actually seems to work for some guys. Any help?

By mentioning the smaller or higher rises of xc price all the time we just build unrealistic expectations. This jump right now is a pump, you can clearly see that in the buy orders. Please don t support this kind of manipulation by referring to it. I too believe this gem cannot get any cheapter but u never know. We should have more like a "who cares about the price" attitude in this thread as short-term rise in value should not be the main emphasis we place on the dev's creation. I consider it as spam if someone posts only about price jumps, could be even orchestrated by the pumper(s). |

The redistribution of the coins from top100 to top1000 is painful and brings massive dumps like this one. Or it is orchestrated by someone pushing down the price. Either way, if u trust this coin u hold, if u don t u sell. Both could be regretted...it s a bet. With all that i have experienced until now, there is no way for me to sell. I m in the top50 and i hold on to this coins. But as others are not, they sell...when supply increases, price drops...it s cool for the believers. Only way to create demand is delivery from the dev. gotta get my popcorn, whatever the outcome maybe.
