81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: when is the right time to buy cryptocurrency? on: November 22, 2020, 10:19:33 AM
There is another way, you buy coins from bounty hunters who want to sell it, usually bounty hunters will sell coins at a low price because they don't want to hold coins that don't have a price yet. This is a great opportunity especially the coin has a bright future.
This advice is very dangerous, most bounty projects don't recover once bounty hunters dumps their tokens and if you buy there is no guarantee that the tokens will recover, the only bounty project that stands up and surprise bounty hunters is Youengine (YOUC), believe me not all bounty projects will end up like Youengine
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin very Big problem on: November 22, 2020, 10:16:57 AM
I am often skeptical of the cryptocurrency market because cryptocurrency has neither a worldwide community nor a rule to make coins, so my faith is not more than just 10%. This is because 2 3 Coins of the same name can also be made.  Ho and no one sends you any legal notice or banner and if 10 projects come in 1 month, then 8 of them are fake, if this problem is not solved then trust in this market will not increase...
It's not a new thing that majority of new altcoin projects are scam, we are fully aware of that, scam artists are doing what they can to steal and cheat investors that's why this space isn't for those who can't spend their first time in crypto space doing research and learning the difference between scam projects and real projects, altcoins aren't to be blame for this, wherever there is money to make scammers will be present
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be very cautious with your alts this period, you either sell early or hold. on: November 21, 2020, 09:43:26 AM
As far as I make Profit I have nothing to be sad about, we are all here to make gains from crypto investments so no profit is bad because profit is profit and half bread is better than none, have a price target and sell when your price target becomes a reality, do not be greedy, wait for bear market because it's certain that bears will be back and do some buyback, I believe this is the way
84  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Don't repeat same mistakes on: November 21, 2020, 09:41:28 AM
In 2017 when bullrun took over crypto space and many altcoins joined later some people still keep holding thinking that their altcoins will keep surging and surging, little did they know that bull season always have short life span when comparing to bear season, bear season can stay for years but bull season is just in months, so why are you holding when you should be selling?

Remember that some bought bitcoin at 20k and they have no choice but to hold till today, imagine all this year's waiting just to get back to where you once are. Bitcoin is over 18k now, good for them cos they are near recovery since 2017.

Know when to get in and know when to get out, don't be a greedy bastard.
85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin continues the positive trend today, is the altcoin market in trouble? on: November 20, 2020, 09:09:57 AM
It's always btc taking the lead for weeks before altcoins start revaluating, this is normal and there are things to watch out for like Bitcoin dominance, don't underestimate altcoins right now because I'm sure that altcoin season is coming, buy some good altcoins before its too late.
86  Other / Archival / Re: DeFi hyip is over? on: November 20, 2020, 09:06:59 AM
All summer, and especially August, the market was booming with news about the super growth of tokens. Yeald farming, stacking gave crazy interest. New tokens appeared every day, the number of assets involved in this area was steadily growing. And what we see now:

source: @ceterispar1bus

Some projects have already reached -90%, yeald farming is no longer so profitable.

All large projects have fallen in price, not to mention any little-known tokens with low liquidity. Is the market entering a new phase?

What will this correction give us? The market will be cleared of all garbage and DeFi will be promoted exactly as a technology, as before, not just a desire to collect money from the crowd or should we wait for a second wave, as it was in 2017, when after the correction many alto tokens grew even more and then died forever?

Majority of these DeFi projects are already recovering sir, thanks to bitcoin Bullrun, DeFi projects can still be profitable if you choose the right DeFi with good use cases , it's not always about the DeFi farming, though that's the major use case of DeFi but the strongest projects have more than that.
87  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which is for you the best Defi Project for 2021? on: November 19, 2020, 08:40:58 AM
ChainLink is the best DeFi project, no one come close to this project yet, others are trying buy for me Chainlink is the best, so many new DeFi projects today are all about high yield investment, no real use cases at all, Chainlink has Oracle date
88  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Central Bank Digital Currencies - how will they be constructed? on: November 19, 2020, 08:18:25 AM
I don't care how they will be constructed, all I know is all CBDC will represent or will be pegged to Fiat value of every countries so it's useless since it will be stable like stable coins, there won't be profits to be made here
89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be very cautious with your alts this period, you either sell early or hold. on: November 18, 2020, 08:18:10 AM
You can take profits but do not sell all your altcoin, you will only end up regretting your decision later, bitcoin is so bullish than that of 2017 right now and it looks like this time bitcoin is surge over it's ATH price of 20k in 2017, be ready or regret
90  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are we all fools on believing the word "HOLD"? on: November 18, 2020, 08:16:26 AM
There is no such thing as foolishness when holding crypto altcoins in your wallet, people are only getting tired of holding and discouraging others because it looks like there will never be a new altcoin season again but right now things are changing very fast, only the patience dogs gets to eat the biggest bones
91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Looking for a tokens portfolio/monitoring tool. on: November 17, 2020, 07:57:40 AM
Simply said what I need is a tool with the following features.

I want to insert a few Eth addresses and have a list with all the tokens with current prices.
It is only for monitoring. I do not want to insert manually all the tokens, I just want to be automatically extracted from the Eth addresses.

I know, I'm lazy ( or the politically correct way to say it: I'm a busy man with not enough free time to add tones one by one.
I think this is possible on blockfolio and trust wallet, I haven't tried it out my self since I don't need the feature but I used to see something like this on blockfolio and trust wallet, you can try checking it out, there is a etherscan competitor that has this feature too but I've forgotten it's name
92  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hidden team members or not make any difference? on: November 17, 2020, 07:53:51 AM
I believe doing the right research can make you like a project with anonymous teams, use cases and utilities speaks louder for a project than anonymous team or not, what the project wants to introduce and solves is all that matters
93  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are we getting better over the years on: November 16, 2020, 09:45:45 AM
Can't deny the crypto success of 2017 though, I'm sure ICO success plays a huge role in 2017 bullrun season but today it's not about any crowdfunding it's about crypto adoption, PayPal was smart enough to get in faster and I'm sure many other payment solutions will join paypal too
94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are we getting better over the years on: November 16, 2020, 09:39:46 AM
Are we getting better now after 10 years, after ten years there are still hacking going on, there are still many scam projects and the market is still volatile but on the lighter side the adoption is progressive, the market always recovers from any situation, and there are good project coming in.

Crypto have been getting better since it's launched, bitcoin have fought through the hardest wars in the past and so far it only gets better, here are few things that Bitcoin went through and achieved in the process

In 2014 microsoft accepts bitcoin, In 2015 Nasdaq agreed to start using Bitcoin's blockchain technology, that's where every scattered pieces start getting together to form a stronger community, I remember crypto involvement of JP Morgan in 2019 and now CBDC is here.
95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: UPS AND DOWNS IN BOUNTY ACTIVITIES on: November 16, 2020, 09:26:27 AM
For those new to this space working and finding money it is very difficult for them, as forum rules will not yet allow new members to join the required bounty projects need account rank, moreover the bonus scam projects are also many and if you do not have any work experience you will lose meaningless time for that work and i find it necessary for such projects to must warn people and let them recognize dangerous projects.
Because this forum aren't supposed to be a source of income by shitposter. The main purpose of bitcointalk is discussing about Bitcoin and cryptocurrency, you could earn by joining a campaign but it just a bonus... Not a stable income. If you want to work, go to find a job in real life.
You are correct but not 100% correct, we are here to discuss about crypto like you said but crypto is built on volatility and volatility is what makes crypto a place to earn, all new projects popping up today are not just here to solve crypto problems only, they are here to make money in the process, talking about making money promoting new projects is a good thing to talk about
96  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: UPS AND DOWNS IN BOUNTY ACTIVITIES on: November 16, 2020, 09:23:26 AM
I think Newbies that started bounty activities this year 2020 never knew or understand fully how this space works. i think they need to research properly on this fourm on past topics posted here about how frustrating and annoying it could be. campaigning for projects that will suddenly turn their back on hunters meanwhile at the beginning they were friendly. i have seen so many projects pay hunters and most projects launched this year. it looks like we are back in the good old days.

As you join campaigns and earn your pay, remember that it could be frustrating at some point especially after the bitcoin bull run run that is been experienced recently.
My suggestion, build your knowledge and move to the services section for quality campaigns
the altcoin bounty section is highly unpredictable.
To limit the 'not getting paid' problems from new project teams in crypto space we should encourage many bounty managers to consider using escrow on every bounties they introduce, or bounty hunters should stop joining bounties from new members on this forum
97  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DYP became another shit bounty project on: November 15, 2020, 07:30:20 AM
DeFi hype is the main reason why some bounty hunters come back to this forum, I've seen few who haven't been around for a long time coming back to promote DeFi projects, the truth is majority of these DeFi projects are money grabbers, they have nothing to offer but they want something to take along with them, it's not a must to promote DeFi projects honestly, 99% of them are wacked job
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DYP became another shit bounty project on: November 15, 2020, 07:28:03 AM
I'm guessing you was banned for talking about the bounties on main group. But I have checked that their bounty group t.me/dypbounty is not found so there is no participant complaint room.

OK, this is a sneaky way to get rid of bounty participants gradually. Angering bounty participants by reducing allocations and removing bounty group, participants will be confused and have no other way but to ask questions in the main group. And whoever talks about the bounty will be kicked out and not get paid.
That's complete cheating, the project must have a bounty discussion group on telegram for any bounty question, not having such group will result into spamming, hmm it seems the team did this intentionally to limit the bounty participants by banning them when they ask about bounty questions
99  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: YOUC a good example of project recovering from dump because of it's potential on: November 14, 2020, 01:12:55 PM
I don't think that this YOUC token can grow higher than 0.004$, I believe this is the perfect level for a project that isn't that big and also with huge max supply, growing back to old ATH is near impossible right now, the max supply is just too high and of course there isn't big demand for the token yet
100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We need more decentralized stablecoins on: November 14, 2020, 01:09:57 PM
USDT is one of the stablecoins however there's a chance that the price of it will loss and so it's a risky one to hold.  I was wondering what will happen if we have so much stablecoins on the market.
And I'm wondering why binance exchange and other top exchanges trust this stable coin till date, maybe you aren't seeing what these top exchanges saw? I suggest you do some research on USDT before you judge the stable coin.
