I'm confused are the first batch of the group buy stuck at customs or just that guys.

just that guys
sorry blanked on your user name I hope they shift soon I had a rockminer stuck at UK customs for over a week bastards.

Np. I am guessing Bulgarian customs to be even more ugly bastards

edit: but maybe that's just being prejustice Smiley
82  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: Minion Chip Assembly GB on: July 15, 2014, 04:48:29 PM
My chips were sent directly from BA to Technobit (batch 1) instead of first passing through Minersource.
It seems they are now stuck at customs.  Undecided

bobsag, are you aware of import duty and/or taxes to pay when importing to Bulgaria?
Did you have to pay for any when the first batch of chips were imported?

I think you get the customs back a month after Technobit mails you your boards. No sure how to pay though. I had BA ship to me and sent them on with DHL.

Edit: The duties are something like 20% of the declared value.

Thanks Pistachio.

I'll keep you updated.

Now that GAW have upgraded all VaultBreakers to 750mhs and are offering batch 2 VB for $6999 I wonder what kind of competitive response we will see from KNC ?

https://hashtrader.com/t/vault-breaker-update/2388

er nothing...no refunds....eat it ...(by that point in time say 3rd batch Titans they will be announcing their 3 Titan PH Farms anyway lol)

Searing

Curious if Alpha Technology is going to do something about this...

Does anyone know
If stock November Jupiter is 1 watt per gh
Or 1.3 watt per gh

At wall?
1.3 ... or more if you use the Padrino firmware. I just shut down my last Nov Jupiter 5 minutes ago.

Underclock/undervolt and keep it running.

I tuned my Neptupiter/Juptunes (see what I did there? Lol) down and they get under 1w/GHs.

True. In my experience it also depends on the boards received. Some perform better than others.
88  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $0.49/GH/s on: July 11, 2014, 01:32:51 PM
Chips sent out by BA today.

Regarding the coolers: anyone found an interesting (possibly cheaper) alternative to the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev. 2?
It is 25$ but there is a 7$ coupon posted for it, so lower than 18$? Probably not.

I must have missed the part about the coupon?
Someone just posted it today, Use this on Newegg EMCPCWP47

Great, thanks.

4. To cover time used to refund this order, for each transfer needed to be made, we will charge 50 USD and all 3rd party fees. In some cases, we might also need to charge a further 30 USD handling fee for each incorrect or incomplete transfer information provided by the customer.

taking 80 bucks to cancel an order? they cant be serious lol

Seriously, don't complain, I just lost 50% on an Alpha Technoligies request, (over $3k USD) ifffff I even ever see it. Sad

What do you mean? What happened?

Check my previous posts... Alpha is fucking people left and right.

I hit my lick in DOGE in DEC. I hit 88 million in the first 16 hours of coin being up. I gave away over 3 million in irc channel to friends as I looked at it as a joke as many. I sold all at 238, and reinvested in companys like BA, LTCGear, and Alpha tech. LTCGear is the only one to not deliver but actually pay weekly of the 3 I invested in.

I have numerous threads of Alpha Tech and the way they fuck customers, and their commitments. They claimed worlds first asic scrypt. Wow they lost that hard core. Gridseed fucked them up. And yet they aren't the ones that buried them. I have lodged complaints in the UK and they were on deaf ears... "Cross Border"

I asked for a full refund, was banned from their forums for doing so, and now pray that after they changed the TOA I get half... My down payment or deposit was  $6500.00 USD. They say I could issue a refund now at 50% of initial deposit, (which was initially 100%) yet I sent an email over 65 days ago requesting a refund. Guess what... no response...

Sorry to hear that. I have an order there too. So I guess the 15-31 July shipment date is another joke?

I'm so very sure Black Arrow will ship "next week" or "any day".  Grin Angry Roll Eyes

Or same day
94  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $0.49/GH/s on: July 10, 2014, 11:51:03 AM
So here we are, almost 3 days further, and still no miner-to-chips conversion confirmation nor tracking number...  Undecided

Very interested to know their explanation of totally neglecting customer support too...
96  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: July 09, 2014, 08:14:23 PM
I requested a btc refund on 24th June and revived no response. After the 7 days were up I sent an email offering to settle for 90% of the value if refunded within 24 hours and 95% if refunded in 48 hours. No response received to this offer either.

I think we have to accept that he is a thief with regard to taking payment and not providing goods. Is he a scammer too (shares) ?  I don't know but it doesn't look good.

Sorry to hear he isn't refunding (anymore)...  Undecided

Hearing held and continued. Debtor to supplement motion by 7/10/14 unless a stipulation is reached. (related document(s): 68Motion to Amend filed by Hashfast Technologies LLC)Hearing scheduled for 07/11/2014 at 03:00 PM at San Francisco Courtroom 22 - Montali.(lp ) Modified on 7/7/2014 (lp). (Entered: 07/07/2014)

What happened? I'm traveling starting tomorrow so I won't be able to listen to the court audio(s) easily. If someone wanted to spend a paragraph to describe it, thank you.

+1 that would be nice. when you get back you should make a simple weekly newsletter to all hashfast creditors that just tells them the latest info.

The committee will have a web site up for all creditors very shortly.  It's very difficult for us right now, there is a lot happening right now, and a lot more under way.  But most of the information is confidential, and what isn't could compromise our ability to make full recovery for the creditors.

Suffice to say that we are all working very hard to get the best outcome possible for all of the creditors.  I personally have been working 7 days a week on this for at least 3 weeks, and don't intend to slow down until the situation is under control.

+1

IF you are serious, I'll take you up on the 100 ASICS for one X3 and 42 ASICS for seven X1s. I still firmly believe Blackarrow has no intention of delivering miners to their direct customers, but you are welcome to prove me wrong.

Order #234 and #721.

Orders cannot be taken via public forums. Please contact our customer support and we'll dispatch your order tomorrow.

Regards!

and refunds take months.

Regards!

PM with your ticket number in which you request the exchange and you'll get them shipped tomorrow.

Blackarrow, I thought you were shipping the minions the same day or next day? One full day has passed and I haven't even got a response yet...
