yeah the risks are way too high to spend that much. especially when trading/reselling moneypaks are against their terms of service. I can code html fine but I have no web app experience whatsoever. I bet you can have someone code it for you for much less than $25,000 though. It probably isn't even hard to code.

im so NOT tech saavy.  for the record, offered 25K and it wasnt close enough to negotiate.
82  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: {WTB}1.3 BTC w/Moneypak,Chase Deposit on: May 18, 2013, 10:17:07 PM
I'll do the trade with you for moneypak if you can email a copy of the receipt showing you paid in cash, and send the code first. I have done trades for moneypak in the past and also have sold steam games.
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 7950s throttled over 17 intensity Litecoin mining on: May 18, 2013, 05:01:24 PM
you need to add
--gpu-powertune 20
to your config

Site is down. No moneypaks in weeks

If you're letting btcpak die, why are you trying to sell if for two years of profit (what bitcoin companies will be around in 2 years anyways)? If its really is as profitable as you think why not just hire a part time worker to do it for you? I'd even consider doing it

87  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: Any ASRock 970 Extreme4 owners out there? Problems with GPUs on: May 11, 2013, 10:41:48 AM
970 boards only have 22 pci-e lanes. your running out of lanes with 5 gpu's you have to put 1x to 16x risers in a couple of the 16 slots. I usually use one card on the board and 4 1x to 16x risers with that particular board
88  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [1.5 TH/s] Bitparking Pool, DGM 1.5%,pays orphans,vardiff,stratum,Merge Mining on: May 10, 2013, 11:05:02 PM
Please do what you can to help us. I know this is 100% not your fault but I setup all deposit addresses with vircurex (even btc). And I had several of my friends do the same for ease of use. I hate to have to tell them their coins are gone too.

No pps, now watch your hash rate fall... oh well it was fun while it lasted. The only reasonable solution for a small-medium sized pool is a payout system more like coinotron
90  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: which is the most value for money video card to buy now to mine? on: May 05, 2013, 07:36:14 PM
the power efficiency of cards like a 7950 is hard to determine. first of all I've seen 7950's that run at a stock reporting voltage of 1.25, 1.125,  and 1.17. Also it seems (at least with reference cards) a higher asic quality will see a lower actual voltage at the same software reporting voltage with the same model. Really its a luck of the draw. So in the end is a 7000 series miner going to be more efficient than a 5000 series miner,  probably? but an undervolted 5000 series will probably still beat mhash/$ and mhash/watt, and since the 7000 do not undervolt in a stand alone linux rig the question gets hard to answer.
91  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: 3x7950 Killed 1000W PSU? on: May 05, 2013, 07:03:21 PM
The brand name itself is usually irrelevant. Its the oem manufacturer that's important. Use a website like johnny guru to research oem on the power supply your going to buy and buy one recommended by them

You can do the same for coolmax though i would treat a coolmax 1000W as a 700W as well.  If a quality 700W is cheaper, buy the quality unit but if a coolmax 1000W is cheaper then a Antec 700W and all you need is 700W, go for the coolmax.   I would stay away from true generics and brands that have no reputation at all.
92  Economy / Goods / Re: Bitmunitions.com - Secure ammunition re-seller that only accepts Bitcoins on: May 05, 2013, 01:10:13 AM
$50 for shipping, WTF! I would have totally bought some ammo too

94  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Democratic vote is held; Bitcoin limit is lifted to 900Million. How do you feel? on: April 25, 2013, 05:08:31 PM
It won't be bitcoin if it's not 21 mil.

how can we expect media to take us seriously if even we don't believe this. no wonder they think we will change the rules to benefit some. who are we the federal reserve?
95  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: Power supply for 2x 7950? on: April 23, 2013, 11:18:31 PM
Alot of 7950's do not ship at 1.075v core but rather 1.25v and some are even voltage locked. He will have a hard time getting those to work without flashing the bios. If he wants to run a dedicated miner bamt linux is one of the easiest to use but offers no software voltage controls. Trust me a 7950's at stock setting can use almost 300w by itself. I've seen it.

A 660w Seasonic will not break a sweat powering two 7950's. I've been mining for 6+ months with an XFX 650w unit (rebadged Seasonic) and two 7950's at 1075mv vcore, 1000mhz core. Pull from the wall was a bit less than 500w.

PSU is all about getting a quality unit/brand. Crap like OCZ power supplies might not cut it powering two 7950's but a quality single rail 660w Seasonic unit will be fine.
96  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: Power supply for 2x 7950? on: April 22, 2013, 02:22:18 AM
run a lower voltage bios and you can make it work although its not ideal. at 1.25v this will probably not work. at 1.17 or lower it probably will
97  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: Help build a 3 x 7950 mining rig? on: April 21, 2013, 10:40:18 PM
LOL don't listen to any of these liars. BTC mining has been more profitable then it has in over a year, but don't mine BTC. Its a wasted investment. This right here is why I refuse to buy anything ever again on these forums

I use to be happy with a 6 month ROI. Now we are about 3 months on gpu's
98  Economy / Digital goods / Re: WTS: Crysis 3 and Bioshock Infinite Game codes 0.25BTC for both on: April 18, 2013, 10:08:05 AM
two sold, two still remaining
99  Economy / Digital goods / [Sold} Crysis 3 and Bioshock Infinite Game codes 0.2BTC for both on: April 17, 2013, 11:16:57 PM
I have TWO remaining Crysis 3/Bioshock game codes. Asking 0.2btc for each code, this provides you with a steam code for Bioshock and an Origin code for Crysis

I also have one code for the following games Hitman/Tombraider/Sleeping Dogs/Farcry which I want 0.35BTC

100  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Efficiency problem on: April 17, 2013, 10:28:55 PM
its my understanding that efficiency is more like luck so I wouldn't worry about it. If you leave it going long enough you should get close to 100%. As long as you stay mining at a pool mining with 1 difficulty (like you are now) you should be fine.
