82  Economy / Economics / Re: Harmful effect of robot to the world. on: May 02, 2024, 12:30:06 PM
To be honest I quite agree with you back then all manufacturers using human as the gear of the company to keep moving but if you got a modern factory in almost every country robots are being used as simple as rolling the dough. My concern actually same what happen with human later most the media news said that new job will emerge but in the world with AI robot and quantum computer I dont know if human would be needed
human are still needed to watch out how the robots in general operate as well as doing the creative work that are needed, gone the days where doing mundane task of repeatable activity such as rolling dough already.
this means, learning skill and being an expert at it is the way even more so for mechatronics, electrical engineering and so on, this world is the world that favour STEM graduates.

I agree with human are still needed to watch out how the robots in general operate but now human is needed to watch out and robot do all the things I know the reason is robot doing repeatable activity and push human to more creative and create new job but not all person have higher education IMO

Whoa! That's a bit too extreme, I'd say. You are simply overthinking it and making it sound like a problem too big which it isn't. It's real life and not a movie where robots and Artificial Intelligence take over the human race and want to have and control the world by themselves. That is only possible in fiction and not in reality because in reality, robots require maintenance, artificial intelligence doesn't operate by itself but it requires data to operate and it's us who do all that work for those machines and programs to work properly.

hahahha yeah maybe am bit too extreme and overthink right now but robot AI and stuff is getting smarter day by day I even look an AI create a short Movie and some music don't you think this crazy

not all countries will accept robots as workers in factories in their country, there will definitely be strict regulations regarding the use of robots in factories and employers are obliged to comply with that.

Yep they need to regulate or else factory gonna have 80% robot and yes not all countries is accepting robot but I heard tesla making car using almost all robot from stamping the aluminum sheet welding and paint job
for that we still have time to get better and try hard to get passive income from other sources.

I hope I get passive income next year  Grin
83  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is the game 'Fortune Tiger' or the little tiger game famous in your region? on: May 02, 2024, 01:46:24 AM
Do u mean this a slot game from the PG I never played it before heck I just barely knew it from you the slot game that is popular in my country are zeus and mahjong people play these games and win a lot but nowadays my friend said that Pragmatic play didn't give any jackpot for couple day so they moved to PG but I never saw people play this game
Hmm thanks for mentioning these, I'll look into it more.

Do most slot games work basically the same way? Is Tiger just one of the thousands of slots that exist?

Do most slot games work basically the same way in a simple term yes and if you well is close to win When you spin a modern slot machine, it generates a random number for each reel to figure out which symbol to show. A reel might have 3 blank spots and 1 jackpot symbol, but that doesn’t mean that you’re only 3 times as likely to get a blank spot.

But, even the blank spots aren’t evenly weighted. Let’s say that a machine’s random number generator is configured to show a blank spot on any internal result from 1–16. The blank next to the jackpot symbol is probably weighted more heavily than the others - maybe *that* blank shows up from 1–9, and the other two blanks get 10–12 and 13–16. - https://www.quora.com/Are-slot-machines-programmed-to-inveigle-the-player-with-almost-wins-or-close-calls-that-would-normally-not-occur

Is Tiger just one of the thousands of slots that exist? Yes basically all same you push the button and behind the scenes everything is almost same when you hit some pattern you win the game and win the money
84  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Claw Machines: a category of gambling? on: May 02, 2024, 01:43:21 AM
~SNIP~

So you mean, It's real that some claw machine has been set up? that's why sometimes there's a low chance of winning because the claw didn't work well even if you already placed it correctly in your target item. If that's the case, They tricked their customer in order to play more and more until they get at least 1 item from that machine, It is considered as a type of mini gambling and just a normal game at the same time because it gives us an exciting and interesting game while spending A lot of money.
I think it is pretty much a fact this is the case, if not then a skilled player could win most of the time by simply getting better at manipulating the claw, so the owners of those machines need to find a way to counter those players, and the way to do that is by manipulating the strength of the claw, this way it does not matter how much skilled a person may get when using the claw, as if the claw itself is not working properly, then they have no way to win no matter what they do.

Yeah South park already tell you the truth a claw machine has been a set up. the owner of claw machine did that I mean at the end of the day all of this is just for a profit and that it if you want to give some free stuff that fine you can make the claw even tighter and stronger maybe no skilled required for it.

Hahaha skilled player is everywhere and people who want to profit is also everywhere this is just business and people who play it sometimes just do it for fun and test their luck
85  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would you advise a friend in the same way? on: May 02, 2024, 01:35:04 AM
So let me summarize you had a friend whose dad is old and own a pile of cash in the bank and a company right? Did your friend need advice from you or this is just your initiative. I mean if the business is running well you can use the money in the bank to grow the company without bitcoin. Just tell them there is bitcoin + and - of it and let him decide, if you friend think forward he might consider to buy some bitcoin

I mean, there is nothing wrong with providing advice but it is important to make sure that the person receiving advise understands all the risks and everything involved with the investment suggested. So if a person is suggesting Bitcoin investments to a friend for his company, he needs to tell him both the positive and negative consequences of the investment so that if things so south in the future, he doesn't get blamed for his suggestion.

If I was suggesting something as volatile and unpredictable as Bitcoin to my friend, I would tell him straightaway that I do have some investment advice but I want him to know that there are risks involved in it, and then I would urge him to do some research about it and decide for himself and I won't be responsible for anything negative that might happen if he makes an investment in it because it will be his own decision.

it is important to make sure that the person receiving advise understands all the risks and everything involved with the investment suggested this is number one priority in my opinion tell him both the positive and negative consequences of the investment are also a good move

The point is that when you give some kind of financial advise to someone, especially a friend, to really have to stress about one thing: that person needs to do his own research. You need to give a hint, the first suggestion and a brief explanation of the reasons you think behind your choice of investing in bitcoin (or something else) but everyone is different so maybe a good reason for me could be a bad reason for you.

I agree with Ale that the person really need his own research first before go all in hence before he made any investment all we do is only give him a hint the good and the bad ane let he decide the final decision.

87  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Rise of eSports Betting on: May 02, 2024, 01:27:04 AM

Just like the traditional athletes, esports players are well compensated depending on the organization or team that they are part of.
The more sponsors their organization gets, the more money they get and that means stable money for them. There's not that much different for how they earn money aside from the tournament prizes and sponsorships.
They could also have their own personal brand deals and I think that the pandemic as well did really drove more people into esports that means more computers, and demand of it and means more money in the actual gaming scene.

esports players are well-compensated this is very true I just do quick google searched and Esports players can earn well, with the top players making millions of dollars per year. The average salary for esports players is $50,000–$60,000 annually, not including tournament prize earnings. However, salaries vary by team and player, and can depend on the player's ability, the game they play, and other factors. Tho it depend on many factor but still  the make a good money from it

It’s about time for the eSports to get the spotlight and also the recognition, it has been a great years for them and I believe with the growing support and the growing players, they might hit the main stream as well. Since the pandemic many reset their lives and playing online seems to be there only option to have fun during that time and yeah probably that scenario affects the popularity of eSports, I’m into eSports as well and I can tell that its really fun to bet and play at the same time.

and now there is betting for esport so the spotlight and recognition are not gonna stop here and the grow will be tremendous just wait and see for now

The surge in e-sports has indeed occurred; This has been the case in recent years, and COVID-19 may have even thrust the industry further into the limelight. What may have been the informal beginnings of e-sports among friends globally is now emerging as a billion-dollar industry, attracting interest from a variety of parties, including traditional sportsbooks and e-sports betting platforms.

With continued growth and greater recognition, it seems that e-sports will remain firmly established as part of modern sports culture, and will become an issue in itself that is interesting enough to spread to global platforms.

I agree with that that eSports Betting is now getting continued growth and greater recognition and now become as part of modern sports culture and I don't see the trend getting down from now on.

92  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will the number of new investors reduce? on: April 28, 2024, 10:56:18 AM
As long there is baby being born the number of new investors will never be reduced Grin hahaha.

Why do you think the number of new investors going down bro In fact after covid hit more people are joining the investor family not in crypto alone but in almost instrument if you watch the news because people know Invest on something is a good tool to prepare in bad scenario and this is happen to crypto the halving migh already done but I dont think this gonna stop the new investore to take a look about crypto and bitcoin industry.

Kevin O leary from the Shark tank said that Bitcoin or Crypto industry gonna be the next industry to join the S&P 500 so I dont think this gonna be stopped now
93  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How has Satoshi's identity never been revealed ? on: April 28, 2024, 10:49:10 AM
i was a true geek and he knew everything about the privacy, and anonymity, and when he created and released that anonymity and privacy he did it carefully so no one could actually know his true identity. I know that each organization has some predictions about him but no one actually know who Satoshi was.

I totally agree with SamReomo that Satoshi is a true geek and he knew about privacy and anonymity he probably still alive right now and still watch bitcoin goes up and down but he decided to stay hidden, If I were satotshi Im would do exactly the same like this by watching the world pace forward while keeping the distance I mean there is no really benefit to show up right now and maybe there are people know about this satoshi but they also keep their mouth shut.

Even tho Government has a tool to reveal the satoshi and then what he is not a criminal so why bother ? Right?

But if you guys have money Buying bitcoin now is still worth I mean the ATH is around 70K ish and I believe it could go higher at the end of 2024

97  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Rise of eSports Betting on: April 27, 2024, 10:01:24 AM
eSport is getting popular I dont know since when but since Covid 19 Hit I believe the rise of the esport is began get recognized from people around the world What began as casual competitions among friends and now has evolved into a multi-billion-dollar industry so this growing popularity has naturally attracted the attention of both traditional sportsbooks and dedicated eSports betting platforms and now become a mainstream. I heard the news that eSport player nowadays can get a ton of benefit by joining some top clan and do tournament in it. Olympic and Asian Game now also has esport

Yeah you can set up the strength or adjust the claw machine if you the owner you can set the claw more tight or more loose when grab something and hahhaha ring a bell it is similiar with playing gatcha in games and I personally consider that as a gambling too hahaha.

Oh one more thing if you still curious about claw machine consider checking google this "can we setup the strength of claw machine" there are also videos tutorial in it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zL0GO9SCHwU
99  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Another health benefit of online gambling on: April 26, 2024, 09:39:45 AM

100  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Claw Machines: a category of gambling? on: April 26, 2024, 09:26:31 AM
Hahahhaha very very good question is Claw Machines: a category of gambling? Claw machine is everywhere and kid loves it, adult people loves it I mean who dont like this game hahahah and this is personal opinion but I would condider claw machine as mini gambling machine  Grin why because I heard that the owner of the claw machines can setup how much power the claw is and if you have weak claw meaning you need extra careful and focus to win the prize

Do you consider this a category of gambling game? Mini gambling machine yes hahahha but this is JuST IMo
What are the chances on long run? Skills matter, or do you have to be lucky, nevertheless? chances are good especially if you have skill a focus and yes luck are needed too
